It's super concept but it have some call attend problem & text, voice message & audio file not receive quickly. It's very very slow to receive on receiver inbox. Please check & fix all problems.
Hello TwinMe. I have emailed and send a description of a " minor " update flaw that shows 10 March 2022. My family and I ( with my assistance ) did the updates. After the update ( we ) notice that the Profile page was " stuck" even when we changed our names And profile picture it would not show as before , last year up to untill February 2022. Its still a 5 star app for us. Yes it may read as a " negetive post" , it is not. Please to comfirm if there is a flaw. Thank you .
Wonderful to see my granddaughter in Germany from usa. She calls me and sends me stickers and emogi and we play with dolls in both country together. We miss calls to each other and i have trouble finding emoji to send to her but on the whole nice she can call me without her parents needing to worry she might call someone we do not know.
After updated Android 12 twinme apps performance are not well Message not Sent or Recieved Real time, voice call, video call notification are not coming So my request to you plz resolve this problems asap
I do appreciate the intention and work behind this app. The idea is brilliant indeed. But there are some issues, i don't know if it's just for me. 1. Messaging is not instant. Even if I am connected to internet, I have to open the app to see my messages. I gets the notification after opening the app itself. 2. It doesn't ring when someones is calling me. Just accept/reject option. 3. Needs night mode. It's actually a suggestion.
I appreciate the concept and the options built so far. Need to work on below things for a 5 star rating. 1. There are no setying available to change the font size and type for the conversation scree. 2. The message sent/receive time not available. 3. The crashing of the app while selecting Media in the chat. 4. Reply option to the messages to be added. 5. Application performace to be improved. The concept of the app is much appreciated. 👍 All the best guys. Hope these will be implemented soon.
I really like the concept but there are some minor issues: - The app doesn't support Vietnamese *displaying* so I get error characters (sorry, not *typing* like I wrote) - Lack of emoji & sticker samples and self-destruct timer. - I can't find where to adjust notification sound and text size. - The external speaker volume is too low, almost the same while turning off.
It's been fantastic now but quite slow for large files and ring not coming out after latest update
After recent update, while incoming call , the phone non stop vibrating after pick up call
Does not save the pictures or videos, and it takes ages to get delivered and received, network is not an issue we are using 4g network, have done all the settings still the same and now recently facing sound notification issue its does not ring even though my phone is on ringer mode and rest all apps working fine. This app works fine only if you want to chat.
New update broke calling. Keeps saying permission not granted when trying to call.
Read a review where someone said recipients sometimes don't get messages outside the app. I can confirm that issue. It's not about the messages being stored. It's that once you leave the app to do something else on your device, you get no notification the other person responds. Clean app but the notification issue needs to be fixed.
Good messaging app in the making. An essential feature for me is missing, which is local/cloud encrypted backup in case you lose or break your phone. However I contacted support it is the plans, at least the backup part. Very quick reply! Auto-disappearing messages would also be most welcome.
Good mostly for no no.no mail. But how many members in a group?No croup option. And what is special in premium app? Is the premium one time or regular every year. Of course the great invention or though.Thanks.
I rarely leave a review, but I appreciate this app and its developer(s). They clearly care about their users - they comment on nearly every review and they quickly reply to any feedback. The app itself is great and I love it. The only features I would like to be added soon is saving received media and rotating video to landscape mode when viewed in the app. For the media I've already sent feedback and I was told it's being added soon. Looking forward to it! Very nice app. Thank you.
Too good app for social messaging, very very private and secured. Very satisfied with app but only negative point is it takes too much time for sending or receiving media files and that too when arrived in chat window, it appears where sender has started sending like if after sending pic, we started chatting, pic will be downloaded up somewhere before chat and you ve to scroll upper to find Everytime, otherwise this is the best , simple but clear. Just correct this.

Its a great app. Just one issue. Only when you open the app it gets Network access and starts working. Why doesn't the app take permission for network access by asking once and for all. It will enable the app to receive messages anytime otherwise only when the recepient opens the app they can receive messages. Basically, I have to text the other person on whatsapp that I have texted them on Twinme. Then they open the app and then the app gets network access. Please look into it.
A very usable App. Using WebRTC in a messaging App is a great idea. App does not try to mine one's contacts and no intermediate server dealing with message content to be concerned about. No account setup so no details divulged. Love the use of QR codes. Peer-to-peer message transport and end-to-end encryption using DTLS and XMPP is documented as the signalling protocol. Anybody looking for a messaging platform to provide secure communication without giving up personal data should try this App.
Having been using for a while with satisfaction. The latest major update with new UI makes it even better with easier access to conversation with less clicks. Wish list. 1. Default start screen be Conversation page, rather than Contact page. 2. Ability to set contacts specific to Profile, say, work contacts & family contacts. When I use family profile, only family contacts show up to avoid any chance to send to a work contact by mistake. 3. In group chat, who read or did not read the message.
My main issue with this app occurs when sending media files, specifically video. Once sent in the chat it takes a very, very long time for the recipient to receive it. Many times it may take an hour or more. I don't want to have to use a different app though. Aside from that I'm really loving the app, not picky about much else. Thank you. It is very good but low upload of videos, sometimes the answer of the member comes late or not after my answer but his own one and the bad issue I think is the groups doesn't allow u to have more than 10 members (I hope it can be resolve it soon bc I like to work with it). But the rest is very good. I like a lot this apply. I am looking forward to see how they can improve it. I feel it will have a great future
Awesome app, it's the only one i found that is truely free and not try to read address book. Wishlist: 1. option to open the app in conversation tab rather than contact list. 2. allow creating shortcut on home screen that jump directly to a particular conversation 3. gif/animated gif library 4. for some reasons my voice session speakphone mode is not very loud even on max. 5. a bit more info on msg status/who received in group. 6. storage usage seems high (2x of WeChat)
I so wanted to like this app. It looks beautiful and highly polished. Unfortunately it just doesn't work. My partner was sitting next to me both on same WiFi. Sent social invite (to test), accepted. Contact added. Send message. Nothing. Send video or voice call, rings but cannot answer. Tried BCM for comparison. Contact added via social, message sent and delivered immediately. Phones are Samsung S9 edge and OnePlus 5 both running latest Android 9. Sadly, I can only rate 1 star.
The app is really good. But, there are minor issues. 1.Like the app sometimes crashes when I tap the gallery icon in a chat to send a picture. 2. Msgs are being received or sent little late. (surely not a problem with network) Except these things everything works well. 👍 ZONE - INDIA (ASIA) PHONE - XIAOMI REDMI NOTE 4 (global version) ANDROID NOUGAT.
doesnt work at all (Germany) and my friend in Turkey said the same. edit: it came back to work again thanks!!! even if I want to send you feedback from the app itself, couldnt coz the whole screen stopped as if you opened a picture and you can't press any button.
When will there be a backup functionality implemented where you can back up your contacts so you can switch phones, make a factory reset and so on without losing all your contacts? Update: But can you make a backup for a single app to Google Drive without turning it on for every app on the phone?
I like everything about this app except that it doesn't play animated gifs. They appear as a single frame and need to be saved to device to see them properly. Not sure if there is a workaround for this...
The app is nice but one disadvantage I have observed so far is that when you send a message it just accumulate in the person texting and receiving. Which makes it difficult reading all over again will be glad if it is a continuous something rather than accumulating in the person texting or receiving messages
First, why are there no editing options for messages? Please include an edit option for messages as well. And second, the time of each message is not displayed next to it. This program has another problem When you open the profile photo, your profile or others' profile, shows the image in half... meaning the white screen at the bottom.
