Update: Works perfect on my S20 Ultra. My only complaint is that sometimes connectivity is difficult on my Galaxy S10+. I'll just be told that it's trying to connect, and it eventually times out. This may just be a problem with whatever wifi I'm connected to at the time or my signal strength, though, and really isn't frequent enough for me to consider a "big" problem. Other than that, the app works great and let's me do everything I need!

I use a few online banking apps. Compared to others, this one is still a bit harder to navigate. That said, it is still fairly user friendly. I like the layout for the bill pay option and transfers. I also appreciate customer support, as I have had good experiences using the chat, as well as reaching a real person when I call.

Your app is refusing to accept a deposit I make almost monthly because it says I've deposited the check before. I have not. The date is new and the amount is written differently. What is the problem?! I'm becoming deeply disenchanted with Twin Stars' online platforms. They've deteriorated dramatically in quality and usability over the past year. I do my banking online. This is a big problem!

Hate the new platform! Bulky and a pain in the neck. Liked the old one much better. Hopefully you will take a look at it from a user's perspective and see how fragmented it is to use. Update: After months with the app, it's still clunky and disjointed. I have maintained several subaccounts for my convenience and my feed puts them all together. After many many years of TSCU membership, I am considering changing financial institutions.

With the latest "updates" the functionality of all of TSCU is horrible. I can't set up friend transfers to be recurring or just transfer once in the future. I can't order or name my accounts as I see fit it has to be alphabetized. The site has stupid graphs and add-ons I would love to see gone. Yeah, if you actual use the website and ap you would find your solutions do not match my complaint

It's a lot harder to see transactions clearly because they're all listed together. It's difficult to set up transfers from my business to personal and vice versa. I don't like our at all anymore. Very sad at the changes

Easy to use. It's easy to scroll, transfer money and sign into. But I am not confident in its updating. I used to know when a charge or transcation coming in. Now the charge just arrives. On pay days I used to be able to see my money pending the day before. The day of, I used to be able to see my check at 2am. Now I don't know when I'll see it. Sometimes I have to click on an account to get it to update.

They've gotten a few things smoothed out, but the button response after you transfer funds has a huge lag. It takes awhile to get out of that screen so you can go on your merry way. It's as if it can't register the touch.

The app doesn't show a balance after each transaction like it previously did, so it's difficult to quickly and easily assess your transaction. Some of the other features are nice, but don't matter to me as much as seeing what's going on with my account.

I actively avoid using it after they changed the app. I know it's sounds like the ramblings of 90yr old against change but I'm 30 and the app just made things more complicated and made it harder to use certain features.

On the very rare occasion there's a problem it's always fixed. I've never left twinstar unhappy with whatever needed done. They are loyal to their customers and will do their best to help. The app does have a problem with the saved password portion. When I click my keyboard the option to add my saved password doesn't come up. I have to put away my keyboard and then open it again to access the saved password and then I have to click unlock twice. I have mentioned to an online chat agent.

The 'upgraded' app is less user friendly than the previous version. Had to re-do all family and friends account info for transfers, cannot set up automatic transfers to friends/family, bill pay no longer shows recent payment history. If I want a 'feed' I will go to Facebook. I really despise this app, and will stop now before I rate it lower than 2 stars

Not a fan of the new and "improved" app and online banking. Much more cumbersome and less user friendly than previous system. App hardly ever opens on my first click, opens then closes. Randomly turns off my biometrics. Recent transactions list is ALL accounts leading to added confusion at times. Pending deposits no longer show until WELL after they have actually deposited. No running balance. Home page balance and summary DO NOT update or agree (pending transactions. And more.... out of space.

Always a professional & pleasant experience with account or transactions questions and assistance. Had problems after app update and staff was quick & friendly to help and find solution. Only complaint is your only Oregon Twinstar was closed during pandemic (Wilsonville branch). Would really love to have it or another branch open again for your customers here! 😉👌

Update 4/29/22: have been to the bank and completed the disconnect process and I *still* have all accounts. Not a fan of the displaying of joint accounts. I want to be able to see my own activity without everyone else. I am joined with my daughter's accounts for ease of transfers, but this may move me to PayPal.

The app is simple, easy-to-use, and very helpful for paying bills. The app is rarely ever down and when it is plenty of notice is given of the possibility the app is down.

The update is trash. They found out how to make it look fancy but less useful. I have to call to check what automatic transfers I had going on with the last app and if I need to alter anything recurring. I have to call to do everything I was able to do with the last app.

Very very poor design on a banking app. Looks like a white page with numbers and very very hard to navigate around. I would not recommend Twin Star unless it's the only bank you can find to work with. Most banks have friendly apps (Ye nstar "used" to have a great app) but this bank did an overhaul on their banking policies, apps and how they do business. Do not recommend.

Incoming transfer is immediate. Yet the outgoing transfer is slow & takes several days. That should be change to immediate out going transfer.

Update: this is still all the same issues I would love to go back to the original app please or fix issues. Thank you Downgrade back please. This app was amazing before and now it's hard to do anything at all. I could pay everything and sreach easily. I cannot sreach for anything now. It used to give me confirmation when paying things or transferring but no more of that either.

UPDATED UPDATE: I loved the simplicity of the old app, the new version is too busy. I can't see anymore when my paycheck is pending the day before and I hate that! It doesn't show my actual balance unless I refresh the page. Very frustrating. Seriously fix the app! Or you are losing a customer of 20 + yrs/ STILL WAITING FOR THE FEATURE THAT SHOWED WHEN MY PAYCHECK WAS PENDING THE DAY BEFORE!! 🙄

The new app removed most of the easy to use features of the old app. The "feed" is stupid and confusing if you have multiple accounts. You can't easily cancel a card or dispute a transaction. This is an awful upgrade.

Absolutely horrible they made the app worse. Just change it back to what It was before. The "feed" function is a joke. I just want an intuitive landing page were I can see all my accounts and their balances at a glance.
