Have never been able to use this app because whenever I try to sign up it says my info is invalid.

I only use this for mobile deposits. I would like the option to take my own picture. The check recognition is too fast and more often than not ends up taking blurry pictures. This is very frustrating when I have to attempt to get the camera to focus 5 times before getting a decent picture.

Has nice features but needs to include a fingerprint login option and also be able to view your account history farther back than just a few days. It all needs to be a little more user friendly.

Very seldom do I have an issue with this app. If so, it usually turns out to be operator error. I am not tech savvy, so this app is definitely geared for those in my position. If I ever have questions I can call the bank and they hold my hand through the problem. What more could you possibly ask for?

The bank is fine but the app is just absolutely horrible. It takes more data to just get to the stupid login screen than to stream 5 shows on Netflix at once!!!!!

Keeps getting stuck on the loading screen. No update needed and on fiber wifi, so it is not on my end.

The bank has so many offers! I joined as 55+ free checking! No minimum balance. AND free checks!!!! Not to mention the GREAT customer when you visit inside! Excellent bank!

I've been trying to get set up with online banking with this app for weeks and nothing. I may as well have a Wells Fargo account. I started this account for the personal experience. Dumb decision.

Lately it hasn't been letting me sign in. It just gets stuck on the loading screen and won't pop up to enter in my username and password

Great app but I hate the late updates seems if it takes forever with having payment go through always pending for days 😡😡 Please fix this !!

Keeps telling me invalid password. Can log on online with same username and password

its a really good bank to bank at i like all the smileing faces when i go i go inside the bank

The app is horrible!!! I forget my username login and I go to reset it and it asks me to answer MFA questions that i never answered in the first place...

Provides me with my balance from my checking account mostly anytime. I like how it tells you about all $ going out of your account and to whom and tells you about any $ deposited into you account.

Takes forever to load.

Has always worked fine for me. Got locked out once for entering password wrong several times and couldn't remember my secret questions but was fixed with a quick phone call. Didn't even have to wait on hold.

Every time I try to update anything it won't let me so I have to delete the info and start over. It also keeps taking me back to the login screen when I'm in the middle of doing things.

Very easy to use, probably my most useful app

Big improvement over the last app in that you can open each transaction for more details. Good job guys and gals!

Nothing works I say I forgot user name and it doesn't help me

Explain why this app is so big and requires so many permissions.

Asks me a security question, I type my answer and says it's incorrect. Which I know it isnt because I wrote it down. Not sure how to go about getting it corrected.
