Two Way : Walkie Talkie

It's truly a real walkie talkie! This app is so freaking cool! It literally makes your phone Into a legit, push-to-talk walkie talkie....only cooler bcuz there is no limit to the range of distance you can be away from the other device. If you need a walkie talkie quick status, this is absolutely the app you should download. Super duper easy to use and quick transformation from phone to walkie talkie. No annoying ads. I have not one bad thing to say about this app. It's awesome

Good app but needs some more abilities. Need the ability to lock to a channel or a manual change channel only option. The app also needs the option to autostart upon phone reboot. Lastly, it needs an option for the app to auto open when someone beeps. It would be fantastic if it had the ability to be ad-hoc on the data to go directly from phone to phone without needing a router or data connection.

This is a great app that I saw on a movie but me and my friends are experiencing some problems like the talk button wouldn't work properly and the audio would get a bug and produce a lot of echo making hard to understand. I suggest that you put some talk button in the notification bar for easy access, all in all it's great!

App has many issues should be dealt off: The app puts you front of the local channel number on every restart, so you have to enter your favorite channel number again. Forget about long talks, it cuts conversation everytime it likes to (Maybe it has some time limit I don't know) Sometimes onscreen push to talk doesn't work, so you need to start app everytime it does that .

It works fine. But we can hear other people talking in a foreign language no matter what 6 digit number we enter. I don't understand how the 6 digit number works, there are people on every number we've tried. I needed something just to talk to others on our wifi, not the entire neighbourhood. If you want to talk to random strangers it's great!

Love this app. Much quicker than texting or even dialing a number to talk! Just have the other person install the app, both agree on a 6 digit number for the channel and simply push the green circle to talk. Also, reception has always been clear as a bell, not like the walkie talkie of back in the 70's!

Very quick and convinient however it doesn't keep running in background process after a while making it's use obsolute because I need a walkie talkie running in background 24/7. I tried updating my battery saving settings to no avail. Could someone please recommend a convinient walkie talkie app that never fails to operate in the background?

You can't turn it OFF unless force stopped, needs an off button. The "You are but using Battery" is still persistent despite any resolution. Otherwise works well and is simple and to the point.

Kinda Awsome... It has no Limit to range to connect to the other Devices, You just need to create a channel or just use map to connect to same channel.. Its freaking cool. Download this before it gets buggier...

Well so far so good, this app seems to work well I installed on my wife phone and my phone and came up with the same number code on both, they very well and it being able to work in the background is a life saver, my wife is very I'll and needs to be able to call me upstairs with one touch of button at any time as at moment she is bedridden, for me it works perfectly I did not need to change the code because it came up the same on both phones, have not needed to change it at all so excellent app

Very simple, easy to use. I need it to be able to save the frequency number I manually put in though. On the iPhone it saves without doing nothing. On my android S9 it will resort back to local area frequency and not on the one I put in. Other then that. I recommend

Greet app to communicate with people in same Wi-Fi network. Very simple UI makes the interaction feel good. There are some delays in send and receiving audio, but it's not a big issue. Hope future updates will fix those.

I do appreciate no ads, & it may mean that I talk too much, but realistically, I should be able to talk longer than ten seconds. It's like a ten-second limit on holding the button. Other than that, it's stupidly easy to use.

Just what I was looking for.. No tricks, no stupid sign ups, no time wasting.. Once you and your contact download the app, just hit keypad and make sure you are both running the same frequency and that's it.. Awesome app.. Will share with my whole team🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾

The ID number is changed all the time by the App itself. You do not know what ID the other side is using. The set ID can only stay for a while. Two side have different ID, so they cannot create connection. this App is useless at all.

Works well, very straightforward. I would like to see it have the capability to search for users or scan between several channels, like a scanner.

For all of those saying this app doesn't work on Android 9 or 10, it does, but not on battery saver, if you want it to work on battery saver, then go to settings -> battery, click the three dots at the top right and go into battery usage, find two way, and disable it's battery optimization, then it will work with battery saver on.

Needed the most basic walkie talkie app and found this. Does the job well. Best part is it automatically connects users on same WiFi network. And, no registrations required. Best wishes to the developer!

When I search this app up on Google it states that this app will work without a Wi-Fi connection but when I try to chat with friends or family I cannot press the talk button without Wi-Fi connection turned on please have the developers fix this ASAP then and only then will I rate 5 stars.

Very good app, please add an option to view how many users are connected to the same channel and also another one to pin the channel if desconnected from internet. Thanks.

I give one star ónly. Reason? One MÚST have internet difi to be able to communicate ! Useless for OFFLINE !!!! I give two stars, since the voice clarity is good over a long distance, bút why nót through one's phone # and nót WiFi ?!!!

This app would be perfect if it had a VOX function. It doesn't so it's useless to me. Suggested it to the developer over a year ago with no response.

It's not working correctly it seems the guidelines are not compatible with homeland security. This was a fun app.

Nice simple interface. App works okay. Sadly no simple bookmarking of channels. No cheap option to remove annoying advertisement at the bottom.

No. These work great. Either set same number all time ...or ... Set the Same City with GPS ..that's city codes .. I think it's open air in a city code mode ...right ... Yes the gps map zoom to city .. clear the number ..then hit gps button .move map to city. Everyone on that code is on. I'm scared.
