Twycross Zoo

Really handy having the integrated map so it can guide you from one animal to the other. Was also good for allowing us to plan and be realistic in what we would be able to see and not just wander aimlessly. Would be nice if when you have unseen animals from your wish list if it could roll these over for your next visit as a starting point?

Search function and directions to the different animals are useful but it relies on you knowing which animals to search for. A static map like those around the park that shows the key animals so you can get your bearings would be helpful. The directions could also benefit from some labels on the buildings so you can get your bearings as you walk

Nice clean app, great for tlak times, but the planner doesn't sort by time (I added Tortoise and Lemur talk, but Lemur was listed as up next despite Tortoise being 1.5 hrs earlier!). More promotion of the app in the zoo, and fixing the ordering in the planner (great feature) would get a 5 star!

A well constructed app and easy to use. I like that you can list the animals alphabetically or by proximity and get directions to them.

Difficult to find places and navigate. Easier to take a photo of the map board to keep referring to that.

You'd do better with a map. Doesn't even do the basics like update you when something isn't available. Couldn't follow directions at all.

It's an odd one. Morally commendable, reduces paper usage. App is not as good as, say, taking a picture of the map...

Stop with all the unwanted notifications and it might be ok.
