App doesn't work. Tried to place a to go order and kept getting an error message that "oven baked rolls" are not available on every product and to de select them. However, there isn't even an option to select or deselect them.

Food is great. Service can be excellent but our last visit was not the best. Food came out incorrect. Appatizers came out without dressing and asked several times but server never returned to bring missing items. Was frustrating because we really love the restaurant. We are hoping the last time was just an off day. We plan on coming again for my Birthday this coming Saturday night. Will keep you posted. Peace, Lou G.

The app is ok. I literally just downloaded it after eating there last night. I was hoping it would have a rewards program like other restaurant apps do where you can add your receipts to your account. That is not the case here.

Ordering on the app is good butttttttt then you have to deal with the upset of not getting your order correct! I have never received what I ordered, the way it was ordered. I don't like how when you order a loaded baked potato they give you just the uncut potato and little container of cheese that is barely enough to load a mouse trap. I stopped even odering them cause of that. I would suggest making it where you can make notes on each plate being ordered.

You really need to put a box at the end of the order for like special request because like I wanted the broccoli to be extra steamed so it was soft that's just one example other than that they definitely would have gotten five plus Stars because we love the food here and when we dine in it is always an awesome experience at the O'Fallon Texas Roadhouse

Super easy to use, very convenient. You can pick the time for pickup or do as soon as possible. Allows for modifications to items easily.

Love this restaurant!! The food is amazing and the prices are very market Fair. The customer service is amazing at the establishment but when using the app it can get a little complicated to maneuver through it but the outcome is amazing.

The app is very easy to use. Everything separated by sections and has photos to display each of the items. Some of the prices are fairly good. Just make sure to check your order when you get it because the last 3 times I've ordered there has been something wrong, but the app itself is great!

This is the absolute worst app I have ever used! Everytime I log in and try to order, it takes me back to the very beginning. I had to log in at least 6 times while placing my order. Once I finally placed the order, it didn't show up on "my orders". So I had no idea if I had actually placed the order. I have used this app twice and hated it both times. WORST APP EVER!

What an easy way to do it. I was stubborn and would call everytime but finally downloaded the app and am so glad I did. It's WAY easier! I'm a creature of tradition so it's nice when I go on the app just pick one of the two or three different meals I usually get which they have conveniently in a simple clic k, check out, done deal, go pick it up.....

What happened to the roll button?? I love this app, but we always get extra rolls and now the button to order extra rolls is gone! Now if we want extra rolls we have to place a second order when we get to Texas Roadhouse to pick up our food. That means more waiting, extra swipes on the debit card, and just overall a more difficult experience. Please give us the roll button back! There is even an extra cinnamon butter button now, but no extra roll button.

The food is always great the pickup isn't always so smooth. I NEVER get the texts when it's ready. Other than that I love love love it!!!!

Update...Iphone app worked to order online!!!! Probably is Android apps fault!!! Says order online and then says ordering online isn't available... Probably not the apps fault cause they wouldn't take our calls either. Hopefully you have better experience.

Easy to order and use. Placed a mobile order and paid all in one. Very easy to use and get exactly what you want.

I usually use other types of order apps to order food but I love being able to order directly from the source. It gives me comfort and security to know I am going to get exactly what I ordered.

So far u haven't had an issue with the app or my orders. We order from them frequently and have been satisfied with the orders and timing.

Super easy to look up wait times, add your name to the wait list beforehand, or to order pickup if you don't want to wait at all!

I tried to order online and it didn't work, so I called and the machine directed me online or to the app. I downloaded the app put in our order, went to check out, put in my gift & credit card info and got an error message. I trouble shot the issue for a bit and found out that the order wouldn't go through with gift cards. When I went to pick up the food the gentleman at the window said that the gift cards not working sometimes in the app is a known issue.

Doesn't work! Tried to order online from pc. Says error with order, nothing available. Called store, told they don't take phone orders try the app or web. Download app. Sign up for account input same order same error. Tried from wife's phone, same result. What a waste of 30 minutes trying to place a to go order. Getting food from somewhere else... this Is a worthless way to do business.

The only bad thing about the app is it uses system font size, instead of preset font size. If system font size is bigger than normal, it makes it hard to read the headings. Otherwise reasonably easy to use. Thank you.

Placed our order in the cart, entered gift card and payment info. When we went to checkout, got an error and could not place the order. Tried again under a different name, same error. Wasted 30 minutes. Cannot recommend this app for ordering take out.

The website was straight forward and well planned out. I placed my order rather quick and my experience was a delight.

I posted a review with 2 stars and they reach out to me and say they don't like to disappoint, so attach a link for me to contact them, but you can't reach them because it goes to the app and you need the receipt # or it won't even submit the request. Pathetic! I don't have the receipt. Very disappointed again!!!

Easy to use and there are no complications with gift card payments! Plus, the food is always great.

First time using this app. Usually order over the phone. Order is messed up. I want to go back to ordering on the phone.

Downloaded the app to place my first order ever, took 20 minutes going over the menu and placing my items in the cart. Entered a gift card and debit card and when I went to place the order, an error message pops up saying an error has occurred. I tried several more times and finally gave up. If you are going to offer a service, make sure it works before wasting everyones time! Update: I sent an email to them like they asked and noone has responded, they don't seem to actually care at all.
