I've used this app ever since I first moved into my apartment back in March of 2014. To this day, still using it. TBH, I really have absolutely no negative feedback, whatsoever. Nothing faulty about this app, nor the company. TXU has good rates, so to speak, and good customer service. And, if anyone were to ask, IMHO I highly recommend this service.

Dates for the card needs to be fixed. Can't tell if I have the correct month and year because of the issue and have to adjust everytime.

Im old school and not into all this new computer stuff but l down loaded your app and it makes it so easy for me to look at my bill at a glance when lm not home and its so darn easy to pay my bill.. Sure you can get you current bill and all the basics you would expect. I wanted more like to see how much I am paying per Kwh and to compare several months side by side. It's almost like they don't want you to know. Just pay the bill and renew when your term is up, but oh, we don't have that plan anymore so here is something else we picked out for you which happens to be more.
