Okay so there are a lot of things I do like about this app. It has a much more up to date look to it and does not take long to open. It has also made it really easy to keep track of energy usage and compare bills. The reason I have given it a 2 star review is that the info either doesn't load quickly or the app freezes and I have to close it. This app has the potential to be really great but until the loading issues inside the app are fixed it's barely usable.

It fits my needs better and has a sleek modern UI compared to the old one. The addition of Touch ID is great as well, Much easier to quickly log in, pay my bill, and move on with my day.

I was informed via email to download new version of this app but unfortunately it does not work. I never had any problems with the old app and used it for nearby three years with no incidents. I've also deleted the old app so I will have to find a way to pay my bill this month. I'm not good with change but when change causes delays I'm really not happy. Please fix this!

Hello. Here to help, maybe. Lol. My app has also "frozen when the app opens. I hit the "back" button at the bottom of the phone and everything usually goes back to normalcy. I Hope this helps you guys. Wish I could reply. The app does have loading issues sometimes, that could be simple IT maintenence. IDK the info the app provides is useful. It's a well organized app, simple to navigate. Everything needs improvement, including myself. Be easy.

Absolutely love this app! So easy to pay, keep track of my usage in different areas, and even predict what my final bill will be! The interface is so user friendly and easy to navigate, plus I've always had great customer service with TXU. Never changing apps or electricity services; this is too perfect.

It doesn't even work! I downloaded this new app because I needed to pay my bill and the old app is no longer supported. Well, it won't even open. Every time I try, it crashes. The furthest I've gotten is the login screen, but even then it crashes as I'm trying to sign in. The old app worked fine, so I'm not sure why a whole new app was needed. Bad move.

I hate the new version of this app. I log in, and it says loading but nothing is loaded up. The first screen is totally blank no information of my account what so ever. In the menu screen, the tabs freeze up. I NEVER had problems with the old version, if it's not broke don't fix it!!! VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

There's always something wrong with the functionality of this app. It either says your login credentials are incorrect or they have a system error etc and the list goes on and on their IT department should be a little more on top of system glitches for the consumers protection as our electric is very important to us as well as our information. Get it together TXU because this is embarrassing how can we take care of our bills or accounts of your constantly having problems please fix it

The app continuously crashes. I installed and reinstalled thinking it might have been an issue with download. The second install is exhibiting the exact behavior. I'm not sure what type of shop you guys are running but y'all need to get it together. Someone in QA should have caught this during UAT testing. Depending on the total number of impacted users I would recommend a temporary rollback!

Two stars simply because anybody can make an app for people to go on to send them money. But some people, like myself, download an app for the ease of access. If I have to make a new password everytime I log in, I'm not going to have a good, simple experience. Please fix app to already know when my device logs on that it is indeed me. No password required beyond initial download or new device. Please. BTW couldn't be happier with my electric services. Just want to pay bill hassle free.

This app is useful. I like being able to compare my energy usage between months, days and even hours; seeing which appliances are using how much energy (who knew the hot water heater is only second to the heat on the winter?) The two things I don't like is that many words are cut in half b/c of the text size. Most important is the old version showed the price of natural gas - current, last month and projected - and this one doesn't. I pay based on natural gas price so this info is crucial.

I don't like this version. While the app itself is working fine for me, they removed the current estimated charges you could see updated every 2 days. This helped me manage my bill on a much better level. Now it only gives me the month estimation. Please restore the ability to track current usage during the month!

Bit disappointed, cant view the billing & pymt history. I only get a half of the image on each line and when i click on it it doesnt bring up my bill. I was so excited when i first changed apps and was hoping for a better working one but this one is a step backwards to me.

This app DOES NOT WORK! In the past I used the original app at least one time per week to keep track of my usage, pay my bill, etc. I can't even sign on to this inadequate version. I'm about to switch companies in part because TXU doesn't seem to care about the frustration this app causes customers, including those of us who have been with TXU for over 30 years.

Constantly lied to every month about what I owe. Says my projected bill will be 80, cool 2 days later I owe 210. It does it every month. Every time I think I'm saving money no, I get the bill and it's well over 200 dollars. And there are no charts explaining the jump in cost. In fact I can see I been using less in the winter so why is my bill higher?! Honestly once my contract is over I'm getting rid of TXU. By far the most expensive electricity company. I wouldn't recommend them to my enemies

App displays blank screens most of the time. I have Uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I guessed and added extra to pay and cover my bill because I couldn't see it. Now my power is turned off and I'm having trouble figuring out why. Gee, thanks crappy app devolepers for putting me in the dark and ruining the food in my fridge.

This app has serious problems. I can't access old bills or payments I've made. This review automatically had a star and will not allow me to remove it. I give it ABSOLUTELY zero stars. Txu has been around too long and has too much money to have an app so faulty. I know you guys have the money to hire better computer techs to make your apps. I can't even pull up bills from 2019. I have been charged almost $800 between January and March of 2020. And can't get anyone to explain.

This app is, well, basically USELESS! It does not show me any information except the bar graph at the bottom of the page. No other information is available. If there's another app out there that actually works, let me know. Update, I'm still not able to use any of the app., other than use it to see the information still on there even after my calling this last week. Nothing has changed! Next billing, well, let's just say I'm UNINSTALLING the app! Well out of room for negative comments !

I could not log in. It kept saying loading and nothing changed. I tried doing this because the automatic system has declined my card the the 7 times which i have been using for the last year to pay my bill. Yes, i have reported it, still not fix after 3 month. I was hoping this would be easier and solved my problem but i was wrong.

Instead of making everyone call why not just fix the issue??? What's the point of having an app that constantly gives error messages when trying to logon!??? If we wanted to waste time on hold we wouldn't need the app! Never had these issues with the old app

I love this app, but recently when I click on the app it opens but doesn't remember my password, which I have to re-enter again, and then when it goes to the main page its blank nothing show not my bill or estimates but a blank page. I tried uninstalling and downloading but nothing. I check if it needed to be updated and it was already updated. Can you please respond with a resolution?

Ok so they clearly have not fixed the problem. I was only able to log in one time and now I continue to get an error message when trying to log in! The old app may not have been as fancy but at least it worked. I bet if they kept getting an error message when trying to run my payment it would be a different conversation lol

Have to change my password most times I use it. Even though I change it to the same password everytime. It lags out to the point you might as well just use the browser or call them. Waiting on the phone to speak to a person would be faster than using this app.

Very very poor, the first 3 month the bill was reasonable, then the bill as been $390 / $440 a month. And plus they offer a gift card of $300 and never sent it. I signed a 2 yrs contract, expecting to save money with nights free, I will not renew contract. """THE SAVINGS THEY PROMISED IS NOT TRUE, PLEASE BE AWARE OF FAKE ADVERTISEMENT OR OFFERS""" But did not believe it when friends told me about there scam. The saving they promised it only reflected within the first 3 month of service.

App takes a while to open up and sometimes seems like it freezes. The dashboard feature is more detailed than the last app so that's a plus. Overall the app is good because I only use this to monitor my monthly bill and pay it.

Cool app, like that I can see breakdown of my usage and bills. What's annoying is when I select Renew my Service or Shop Plans and click continue nothing happens. Kind of a pain to have to log into the web. Not the end of the world but for a company as large as TXU I expect the phone app to work.

As other users have stated, the fingerprint login feature seems to have been disabled after the most recent update. Other than that still a pretty good app for viewing usage, and paying your bill quickly.

Being able to keep track of my electric bill on my phone with minimal effort and always getting whatever information I need at the time I need it, I was able to set up electronic payments so I never have to worry about my electric bill being paid on time and I'm always able to use the app to discover how much electricity we are using at any time. I love this app.
