I love TXU and I-Thermostat because they make my disabled life easier, besides they have technicians that know their jobs are polite and well educated persons that leave me as a client, happy with their service. I rate the whole system with a full 10, the best of the best. Tony came today to interconnect the Thermostat with the router and set it up through my cell, so now I can control it Wireless from my cell. !!! GREAT, AWESOME JOB TONY !!!
Great application to control the the temperature. I have been getting a 504 Gateway Time out which doesn't let me see the run time per hour. Need some help with it. I have an Android
This app would be wonderful if it stayed connected. It connects for a few minutes then doesnt connect again unless im home and reset everything. Annoying
It keeps saying Offline when its not If it is I don't no what to do The panel shows it's working very inconvenant cause I gotta get up and change to temp manually😞
If your have no wifi, on going or even temporary, this app refuses to use your cellular data! (Like all other normal apps!)
Lag time is disgraceful. So if you regularly find yourself with extra time on your hands, this is the app for you! 😳
Never stays online. Keep having to reset internet connect and after I do it will not stay online. Very frustrating.
So difficult to understand. The technician does a great job of explaining over a 5 minute period 🤣 then unfortunately you're on your own.

It may be a thermostat issue or the app issue but ot does not stay connected to the internet
AWEFUL!! Wish I never got this junk. Always loosing connection. And never turns off.
Has a mind of its own. Not user friendly. Why can't you guys fix these on-going issues. What's the purpose of these reviews if there not being addressed?

constantly losing connection then won't reconnect automatically. I go through steps the end up calling support and they do the same dance for an hour. rediculous!!!!!!!
