Five stars before last update. Now my app will not open on my phone, I have uninstalled and reinstalled to no prevail. I use this app for work to monitor our camera system. I just want it to work like it used to
We are professional installers of surveillance systems and have installed many of their NVRs, this app works great ans is the easiest to use.
It keeps stopping and won't let me add a camera so I have no idea whether it works or not
Can't always connect to server. Customer service a little vague.Will update rating if conditions improve. Hate logging in everytime. It's 2016,everyone's using their phones for God's sake....
It was working great until the latest update now it's so slow to load
It would be nice if they intergrated the S9 and S12 apps. Also having to log in every time gets old. Please allow us to save login credentials.
After using once the app keeps crashing...
sign up was easy but it crashes when I log into the app and need it to work for some upcoming projects. Will give a better rating when its fixed.
