Still garbage, this is a 0 star app. The rest of the review hasn't changed at all. Seriously use another company... Garbage. You will spend half your time trying to login, the other half waiting for connection..... if you have a pin pad save yourself the trouble, and hassle. Go with that. possibly another security management system. If i could give 0 stars i would.
This App is excellent. We use it for our church. Over the last year we've had no problems
Seems like some bugs need to be worked out. Like not synching properly and not arming correctly. But good step in the right direction.
The app is getting better, but it really needs a way to disable the sounds. I want push notifications, but that alarm sound is the most annoying thing ever and totally disregards all settings I have on my phone to silence it. It has interrupted me at church, in the night taking care of a sick baby, etc. I need a way to keep push notifications, but disable that terrible sound.
Used to work great, now it fails all the time
Doesn't connect, very inconsistent.
Application crashes a lot, hung up all the time, takes forever to connect. Interface pretty simple, but it just doesn't work. very frustrating.
