Used to be a lot better in the history department, you could run history by month and year, now they just flat out run it for you and you have to scroll through everything. Not bad unless you want to see 8 months ago. Mobile app anyways.
TFC's mobile e-banking app is a great tool for convenient check deposits for me especially because I live far away from any office or branch. Deposits are made really fast and I don't have to wait days before the money is available for use. Great app! I can do just about all the banking right from my mobile device. Thanks for the great service from Tyndall FCU! A member since 1973!
Latest version of the app (12/2018) has problems figuring out that the back of a check is endorsed and wont let you deposit unless you get lucky with the scanning process. Otherwise a good app.
The bank is AMAZING! This app however needs some big improvements. Mobile deposit specifically. Always have to take MULTIPLE pics of checks...tells me it can't read some part of the check, yet it's clear as day. Just get frustrating. Other than that no problems.
It’s very convenient to be able to access my Tyndall account whenever and wherever I am at the moment. My Tyndall App gives me complete access to every aspect of my account. At a glance, I can view my available balance and a pending charge balance, so I know exactly how much I have in my account. I can transfer money from one account to the other as needed, update my information, and message a customer service agent if I have a question or problem. That is why I love my Tyndall App!!
would like to be able to see more information on my pending an also my recent transactions. other than that the app is wonderful. very secure, love that I can use my finger print to access the account.!
It's okay and everything on the app works well but I hate the fact you can't do everything that you can do on the regular website. If that was fixed it would be incredibly great!!!
Works very well and easy to use. The one thing missing is the ability to transfer between accts.. Tyndall has always treated me wonderfully and been the best bank I have ever used.
Tricky at first, but once I got the hang of it, I love it. Entering the username and password is awkward because the phone has small screen to work with, but it's manageable.
Can't see external accounts on the mobile app. Not very user friendly if you are just financing a vehicle thru them and not using them to bank
Honestly, a solid app. Have relied on it for yrs. Some functions are better handled in-branch or via their website, but def recommend.
I love this app. I live in Freeport, Fl and this app allows me to keep TFCU as my bank because I can handle about 99% of what I need on this app. It has made my life so easier and stressless. I love my bank.
Mobile Deposit has a LOT of issues. It takes 10 photos at a minimum per check before it gets a shot it will accept.
Tyndall's app as well as its employees are the best as far as my experience goes! I spend a lot of time out of my great country, the USA. My fellow gringo friends sometimes make fun of me because of my alliegence to a small town Tyndall CU. They all use big international banks. But Im a small town guy and my experience with Tyndall is the best of all banks Ive ever used. Besides as ex-military I like the idea of a US military CU...even though you dont have to be ex-military like me to be a member
Super simple. Banking made easy. with the Fingerprint sign in, I can get my transactions and make check deposits in a matter of minutes! Thanks, TFCU!
this has been a nightmare !!! OMG i have to say in all honesty, once gotten past wrinkles in my personal information, it has become smoother.
Easy to use, the closest Tyndall bank from my house is a good 40 minutes away. This app makes everything a lot easier and I'm thankful for it.
I can pay my bills, check activity and deposits checks. I don't feel anything is missing for a banking app! Well done.
Does everything i need it to do, easy to use, onky complaint is i wish i wish i could get push notifications every time a transaction accurs.
I wish you could use it on a split screen so you can see what you're transferring from and to at the same time.
it is very hard to get a clear picture for a mobile deposit. gives you a very hard time and have to take a million photos
I absolutely love this app! I can pay my bills, pay my credit card, upload check to be deposited, and so much more!
Tried to make a mobile deposit and it timed out 3 times before I was fast enough to get the picture.
it's just nice to have and easy to use. keeps my information handy for when I need it. just about anywhere and anytime.

The online banking always says there is some type of error when trying to log in and then it locks me out
Mobile Deposit, while convient, could be much better. Instead of taking your word that you endorsed the check, the app auto-senses the endorsement; this would be fine if it worked but it rarely does. A prompt asking if the check had been endorsed and then letting you bypass the computer would be adequate but instead it makes you take 30 pictures before accepting a perfectly good check. The rest of the app does what it should do.
