Typing Speed Test - Typing Master

Overall I love this app. Offers great practice tools and multiple tests you can take. A few issues I've encountered are weird symbols suddenly showing up in the sentence structure which is automatically going to give me an error because they are not part of the English language. There are also spaces missing in between the different sentences which is not accurate form in the English language often causing another error due to natually hitting the space bar at the end of the sentence.

This works pretty well: accepting auto-correct fixes & working in both portrait & landscape. It also has a free-form input mode to measure speed when composing as well as typing from copy. This is nice, since one is more often composing than copying on mobile. It doesn't handle next word prediction at all however (as each word is "graded" in sequence), so even if your keyboard correctly offers multiple word predictions you cannot use them during a test. Also, many of the tests seem to contain words that are marked wrong even when input correctly. I mostly noticed this with words that included a quotation mark or other punctuation. The text of the tests are also a little weird, with some instances of odd capitalization or incorrect punctuation, but this actually forces the user to pay closer attention to the text in order to match it properly so isn't really a downside for the intended use. Overall I'd rate this 3-stars, since the mis-graded words make many tests very difficult to use. However, few other typing test apps are actually any better so I'll rate this a 4. As it is one of the best available.

Trying to improve my speed and accuracy for coding. This app is good practice, particularly the "give a test" section (though I would call it "take a test" personally). You can pick various practice stories and select the amount of time you wish to spend on it. This gets the job done. The GUI is a little clunky and leaves something to be desired but it's functional and measures what you need it to.

I gave 3 stars cuz in a city of the blind, the one eyed man is a king. This app has a lot of bugs, fix it! I can't start listing them all, but the one I hate the most is when my typing speed showing on the screen is different from the actual speed at which I am typing.

Would like to express my gratitute for this simple yet extremely helpful app that is helping me to improve my typing skills. I'd also like to offer a simple suggestion, that is to provide an option to have each word on display read outloud. This would allow me to type with eyes closed and visualize the keyboard.. This is pretty good, but please change the test copy font to something with serifs -- on single letter training, I can't tell the difference between a uppercase "i" and lowercase "L" (I vs l). Additionally, every once in a while, a curly " will appear, to which I don't think standard Android keyboards have access to.

Easy to use. Found it simple. works well enough to teach you typing either by word or sentence and you can test yourself with paragraphs. If your looking for simplicity this is a good ap for you.

It's useful app to increase typing speed. My suggestion is to change the font to the system's default. I'm slightly trouble in this font when typing in sentence. I can't identify the symbol whether it is a comma, asterisk, quotation mark, colon, semi-colon, or dot. Another suggestion, you add more features like typing lessons, exercises etc. same as the typing master in laptop/computers; since this app is online. Me using physical keyboard through OTG on my phone, I don't have laptop.

Good but after my experience some mistake are there in sentances as most of letter, special character, punctuation marks are not in normal keyboard and it show in paragraph. after typing its show wrong words , which irrited every typer person. need more improvement in this apps. offline is not available. we needed internet to start the programs.

I think it is the best application in the android to learn typing both in english and hindi. One can learn the typing very easily by using an OTG keyboard . It is the best application for those students who cannot afford computers or laptop or not able to pay higher fees to learn typing. It is completely best for the students who are students and preparing for the government exam like SSC CHSL, SSC LDC, SSCCGL, RSMMB DEO,....etc....I love it ... it is very amazing....

This is very good for typing who not only improve your speed but aslo improve your accuracy. Also someone take online typing test in it. The only thing that I want in it is after the result of typing test if the software also show the NET SPEED and GROSS SPEED then it will more useful for typist. its nicer than other apps, but there is still something left to work on. For example, there are too many advertisements while practicing typing which is quite disappointing. Secondly, there should be chunks (proper paragraphs) visible to the learners.

This is one of the most wonderful app on google play that i go through . As this is used by mostly govt. Aspirants, please can you put a option of pdf for sentences so that we can take out that print out and type while looking at paper or provide simple typing like wordpad where it can count our words and speed. . It would be a great help. Thanks for this wonderful app..

This app is excellent for typing speed improvement. But if you give a option for type to see a external note book then this is more excellent for larner. Plz think about it.. And one thing , when we select 'give a test' option , there are alphabet of the words are highlighted. But in railway exam & other exams words are not highlighted, so according to the exam's pattern, if your test passages is not highlighted, then it is more build up our confidence..

Sentence practice is not working properly. I'm using this app from 3 months. It's a great app to learn typing but this version is not that good, some bugs perhaps are in this version. When i type in sentence practice everytime it stucks in one word and not shows the next word. Please fix this bug ASAP. BTW it's a great app to have.

So at first, I want thank the developers, who developed such a brilliant app. My experience for this app is so good, you can type in almost 9 fonts and all of them work properly. We can type in mangal and krutidev fonts also and that is really a great thing. Everytime it gives a new passage and you can set the duration too, you can learn typing from initial stage. So what you need is a otg cable and a keyboard and you can easily learn typing with your phone.

This app is really exceptional especially for mobile devices. I have Logiotech Bluetooth keyboard [I'm writing this review with that keyboard] but I can't use my laptop to everytime to speed up my typing speed. So I was in a search for this kind of apps. And finally I got this app, perfect for my needs. We have ton of this kind of softwares for PC but for smarthphone this is the only Great choise. Keep updaiting the app all the time. Thanks a lot for providing option to type without highlighted each character too. This app still needs many improvements, are following:- 1. In Mangal Remington Gail, first the incorrect words must be corrected. 2. In Mangal Remington Gail, there's no bracket () facility to type. 3. In English, when I type a word with comma ',' or dash '-' key then it display red colour as if I've pressed wrong key, So it must be improved.

It's an excellent app to improve your typing no doubt, but the thing which is preventing me to give it good rating is that it sometimes doesn't allows me to get right in. When I tap the app icon it opens but it keeps on loading and loading never ends, even after having well enough net connection.

One of the best apps for typing practice who do not have computer/laptop . Just connect your phone to physical keyboard and start drilling with the help of this amazing app. Need little bit of UI enhancement and improvements. Thanks to the developer for this wonderful app .

The app is OK, although there are a few issues. Sometimes there are wrongly spelled words, and really bad grammar. Other times it's the words getting cut off and marked wrong before I can see it in the next line.

You should stop showing Highlights (Green) for typed letters. Especially, stop Red highlight for wrongly typed words. You Should provide option to Disable HIGHLIGHTS. And also Give Full screen option because when we type through otg Keyboard, Soft keyboard doesn't appear but soft keyboard's place remain with white Background. This place can be utilize for showing long paragraphs and big Typing Box.

Whenever I type fast in this app it suddenly refreshes and jumps to the other word of that particular sentence and ruins my accuracy and typing speed. ps;- used this app after update and again still they haven't fixed the issue ,so i've dropped it's rating to 1 from 2 stars.

It is a good typing app , i am using this app from 1 month and the experience was amazing,.. And one thing i want to recommend you is to add a feature in which a user can add their own text or paragraph they want to practice , like i want to practice coding so there is no similar para , or you can add a special section for coder to practice coding because there are too many symbols in coding. To increase the speed in coding or programming there is no similar para .

You should provide option typing in offline mode like previous version. Should update with dark theme for Android 10. One bug in current update when I type and reach last word of that line the suddenly one alphabet automatically show. I think it's a bug. Overall good app but you should give offline mode like previous. Thanks
