The layout, convenience, and simple functionality is terrible. the formatting for the home of the app is terrible, the settings widget is simply a link to their website and nothing else?it would be nice to be able to import songs directly into the app since it will not be detected otherwise,but you cant import music. the app also does not run in the background at all. all of this with 0 customization, 0 troubleshooting and not even a real settings tab kills all hole for this app. PLEASE fix these

Working good for me. The app allows the lights to flash to music either on the phone, or through the phone's mike, or by movement of the phone. A pretty neat function. All the colors are adjustable from the phone, as well as brightness, and flash speed.

I bought 3 of them from Walmart. One didnt work at all. 2 wont connect to the app. I have another version of these lights that only use an app and do not have a remote and I had no issue with that connecting to the different app from the same company that it required.

1st their lights do not work with firestick, ps4 or (I'm assuming) other things like that that connect to tv. I guess it only works right if you use just the tv and nothing else which is BS. As for this app, well I don't know how good it is because no matter what it wont download. It's not my phone because I have plenty space and can install other apps, just not this one. Dont waste your money on their lights.

I bought the lights expecting them to be good but when I plugged them in nothing happened. I read the instruction again and tried to fix the remote but broke. So, I downloaded the app and they weren't connecting properly and there weren't even any instructions or ways to get help. When I tried to connect the Bluetooth, once again, nothing happened! I tried plugging it in to my charger, laptop, and TV. Also I tried 2 packs same thing both times. Waste of my time and money. 凸( •̀_•́ )凸

Far more accurate than the near useless remote control coming with most products. A "save your own presets" feature, at least 1, would be helpful.

App is slow to connect but works. The app also accessed the microphone on it's own when I wasn't in the app so dont give it the permissions. Luckily my phone alerted me to this. Not cool, uninstalled.

If 0 stars was available that's what it would be. Doesn't connect to Bluetooth through the app. Cant control anything through the app. Worthless.

Tried both apps. neither will connect to the lights. I have an android phone. not sure if that is the issue but its very frustrating.

Does not work. It crashes when you open the app and will not detect any of the Aura Led lights products that I bought. I tried this with many different devices. Please fix this. I really want this to work.

Dumb af only works when I'm turning my tv on and off and even then they only flash every color once then turns off and can't control the lights from the app or the remote.

I cannot get the device to line up with my phone on the app when I left click the far right of the app it shows intelligent Bluetooth paired but nothing else

I went and bought a thing of LED string lights and it's not working I plug it in the wall I plug it into my computer that controller doesn't even work and I tried using the app to make it work but it didn't even connect I was excited to get this but now I'm disappointed

sure wish i could customize this app. or I wish there was a way that I could at least get it to stay working when it's in the background or where I could get help with in the app or where I could actually see what the app is doing outside of just the legal information doesn't seem like this was any sort of actual consideration given to this app"b

so basic.... no settings can be saved and music feature cant eun in the background on its own.

Seems like a good concept, however the bluetooth function does not seem to work at all.

Doesn't work, I have the 40$ aura led lights and the app doesn't even find the led device for me to change its settings....

Bluetooth won't connect, app won't work, remote doesn't work, led lights work though.

Horrible!!!!! The app give no option to connect lights to bluetooth or even how connect.

Never connected to the bluetooth. Wasnt able to use the app, thus, its not rateable. Zero stars

Bluetooth doesn't work. Remote was ok, but since it doesn't do what I want, I'm taking it back. ZERO star experience.

The app doesn't even work. For any usage at all, you have to use the remote it comes with.

WORST APP EVER I don't even need to tell you to not download it because you can't download it and I hit the button a few times and it crashed the app store
