absolutely unusable, I have a valid U Abo and it will not show it, instead it shows me a screen telling me to buy one then says I already have a valid one. I've had constant problems with this app, since it's been released
Useless / Unusable. The App repeatedly keeps stopping. I wonder whether any of the Senior Managenent have ever tried to install and use this App themselves! Not at all a good example of Swiss Efficiency. Trying to get my E U-Abo onto my Mobile ... NOT!
Unable to renew my U-Abo. No matter what, removing the app and reinstalling, your app is unable to connect to the server! Your personals at the front disk are unable to solve the problem. Please spend some of the cash you collect from your clients on some qualified programmers to solve the trouble! What's use to advertise for a U-Abo that you are unable to maintain or undate!? Sick and tired of your service.
I got thiswhen it first came out. I can count the number of times it worked on 1 hand and I haven't even used up all of my fingers yet. Jan 2019 until now this didn't display my subscription but told me valid ticket data exists every time I tried to purchase a new one. I've since spent CHF 172 on tickets to work and back. Today this app decided to function, turns out my subscription is valid until Feb 20th and I've spent almost 200 bucks on an excuse so I don't get fined for not having a ticket.
Since a few days I get a "cannot connect to server" when trying to renew my abo. I tried cleaning data, cleaning cache, uninstalling/reinstalling, nothing is working, tried different wifi, 4G internet, etc, nothing worked. Since uninstalling I get this error on the login page with the phone number.
I think they fixed all the bugs, because it works just fine! I could set up my profile and purchase my U-Abo fast and easily, and my profile picture and SwissPass were linked and approved within 30 minutes, even though they say it might take up to several days. For now, I am very satisfied!
This app used to work fine, until it auto updated and now won't work. To run the latest version you need at least Android 8, otherwise you can't register. The advice from the helpline was to get a newer phone, or apply for a abo refund...
This WAS a good app, easy to use, when it worked. Unfortunately it no longer functions correctly since updates. Now full of bugs and errors. Frustrating.
Works perfectly fine. With a registered credit card, i can always renew my subscription without having to go to any counter.
Good app, normally. But.... Don't update to android 11... I have a valid uabo, but the app still not work with the latest OS, who will be guilty? With the latest Update from the developer, the app is running as expected.
App has no longer any use for me because of the Swisspass and the fact that the U-Abo can be transmitted only once. I prefer a physical copy of my 530 CHF U-ABO

Works perfectly...only negative is you must always have your phone on the tram or train otherwise you get a 5 CHF fine.
Sadly cannot use the application on oreo 8.1 since it will not upload a picture or take one.
Easy app to use and one can not forget it at home, not unless you forget your mobile phone.
It doesn't allow you to choose your zones. Just full of bugs.

Changed from two to one stars. Sadly, no option in the app to send notifications evenso it says so in the app. It also asks you to contact support via email. Did that and never heard back...
