U Account

No idea what all the negative reviews are for. I'm in an IVA so needed a bank account that was simple and easy to open. This is it. You can pay money in, you can take money out. You have a debit card (granted, the fact that you can't see what your 'pending transactions' are is quite annoying but..) and you can set up direct debits. It has a convenient app, you can check your account 24/7 and block your card easily if you lose it. U Account is a win for a £10 monthly fee. What more do you want😁

Nice to have an app, because every company has one now but this adds zero to anything the browser on your phone can do. You can save log in details on the browser, which won't log you out as soon as you flick away to check something, which the app does. It is much quicker to log in on the browser too, the app is very slow for some reason, and the app has much more limited function than the browser page. The app is pointless and only exists because companies feel they ought to have one now.

Ffrees is absolute scam. Now banking for free with a basic bank account from traditional high street bank in the United Kingdom. Dont know why I ever banked with Ffrees in the first place. Much better service and satisfaction all round from my new banking institution. Steer clear of these clowns. Don't say that I didn't warn you!

Used to a very quick app, not so good now, takes ages to load, if it does at all. Other than that other banks cause you trouble getting paid into this account for the 1st transfer. But I'm very happy it works

This is an excellent banking app, the only issue i can say is when you pay a recipient, it needs to be transfered straight into recipients account, but otherwise i've not no problems, really pleased with the service, i would highly recomend.

after falling into financial problems and not having the options of credit, this card has been a great help allowing me the options of online payments, contactless, and full control of my spending, without the worry of further debt.

Still needs improvements, fingerprint scanning is not always responsive and access code button does not work at all

Great when it works, But after an update today I cannot login, It just forever loads. Been trying it for hours now and had to login via my pc instead.

Wirecard who U account use as their card issuer have been having issues since the start of June, have an extremely dodgy background, failed audits, massive fraud and administration, but U account have no issues dealing with this dodgy company! U account lied to its customers and assured us that the wirecard problems would not effect its customers, they lied, ive now spend 3 days with no access to my money and U account giving us zero information on when I will be access my money. Terrible!

closed my account when they knew i had payments coming in, seems very fraudulent because i have sent the documents which were asked for and no I am waiting just for a reply no good whatsoever.

This people are fraudulent, my account has been on review for more than a month now with a balance of over £1000 and my company wrongly paid my wages to this account and they have refuse to send it back to my company for them to pay me in a different account. This people are scam they have no contact number for you to speak to anyone, they keep telling you they will get back to you with no reply. stay away from this criminals they are scam.

been using frees and u for more than 2 years now. things are pretty clear and easy to understand. don't know what everyone is banging on about tbh. never had any problems with them before.

I know uaccount has had some problems but they were resolved. Always had good service and love using it so decided to stick with them.

service is pretty poor 6 days my account password and pin are still not available can't access the money I have transferred, I'm beginning to think it's a con download at your peril.

the u account does what it says ,never had a problem with it ,its my only bank account, if you notice from the bad reviews these are people using the account with no proof of funds ,so legally the funds are withheld , all transactions and payments are done within 2 hrs

very bad n wrost app, unable to login my new account, Always show ur Email PW is incorect, uninstall and never use this kind of useless app,Waist of time n mony.😡

Stay away from this fraudulent company, they hold your money for no reason and they don't reply to you even when you send all the requirements, they have stolen 500£ from me and restricted my account since 2 months, later i found out that they did the same thing with too many people.

can't login or change my details.. I've sent a message no reply my cousin has a uaccount and tried contacting them for me but the idiots said I had to contact them myself.. so how the hell can I do the if the link doesn't work? I'm a new customer who hasn't actually managed to use my account because I CAN'T LOGIN.. THIS COMPANY IS PATHETIC..

I am 69 new to all this app lark but I have found this to be so easy to use I have never had any problems it's a great app and account 100%

Have not even downloaded this app let alone used it!! How can I give an honest review of some thing I not used yet??? Again I updated it n again saysin update???😡😡😡😡 Again trying to get into my u account have updated it already but not letting me in till update it again!! But not download new update again 😡😡😡??? getting annoyed i use my card on few websites but after a few months i can no longer use it it gets blocked i ask the company and they tell me uaccount have blocked it but uaccount tell me its the companys not them its a massive flaw

is an excellent account did you everything that you need only one drawback PayPoint can't pay in yet but give it 100 out of 100

All of a sudden I cant log in after update

Used to work, now the update will not download. So one star as I can no longer use it
