U-BOOT The Board Game

I love the game, realistic and fun. I only have 1 problem and 1 request. 1 problem is that when a hull is breached, the sailors sound like demons. Like how they talk, is like if their voices are being played backwards. It sounds creepy and disturbing. Hopefully that will be fixed. 1 request is that they improve the game graphics much more and improve the sound effects too. I would love to hear the submarine shake and creak during depth charges and see smoke from the funnels of ships, fire, etc.

Fun game specially with 4 players. To me, Immersion on this game is critical so I'd like to recommend you to use much better sounds in the app. I use a nice Bluetooth sound bar and doesn't feel awesome, we use tabletop audio to improve it. So please add more variated sounds, and specially voices; like maybe same phrase recorded in different ways so it doesn't sound like a robot, and whole variated submarine sounds. I even use a LED bulb to turn the room red on combat mode.

Most impressive accuracy in sub game. Missing is map and codes, and ship recognition, you will need a map and code to decode messages. All controls are explained and you can go back to menu, and reread instructions if need be. Really needs a in game map to plot courses. It still not a perfect game yet.

This is a fantastic wee app but I'd love to see unrestricted Submarine Warfare without a time limit, having a time limit of a few days totally ruins the experience for me, I just feel rushed and would love to go out much further and longer, hopefully the rest of the war gets included into the app. Really hoping to see an update soon as stated in other reviews. Congratulations on Destroyer: Uboat Hunter, really looking forward to it but please don't neglect this little gem, give it an update.

No save feature and if you pause it and leave it in the backgroud it crashes and automatically closes. I want to learn the game before playing with others but I don't have time to play the mission all in one go. So basically I can't play this game until a save option is added.

I'm so glad to have the app as I have been drooling over the board game for several weeks now without being able to play it. That's going to change! I've tested the app through several missions and it runs smoothly and fine so far. Thanks for allowing us to test it.

As a fan of Iron Wolf VR, this is the best simulation of a ww2 submarine you can get. This is not a normal boardgame, this is a full realistic simulation on the table. I play Solo and it is amazing. This is my favorite board game of all time. But the only negative is : it is so real and you feel the tension and responsibilities like no other game has. Everything that must be done to operate a submarine is represented and everything that happened in ww2 will be represented in this game. (now that the app can save mid-game I will play like there is no tomorrow.)

I played with a group of friends over the weekend and had a good time. It would be nice to be able to run on the surface with batteries. Also be able to fire torpedoes on the surface. Ive already glued the model and painted the the crew. However like i men mentioned it would be nice to be able to run on the surface with batteries fire torpedoes and also fire torpedoes with just the hydrophone, not using the periscope.

while apps good. could do with option to turn off main menu music. also for the more novice player extra items display would be handy for example a timer to show the count down to next shift

Best submarine simulator board game ever! Very exciting, very nervous when on missions, stressful when you are captain since you have to take responsibility for the whole crew. It's a rollercoaster of emotions! You guys did a great job with this game! Thank you!

Avoid this game at all costs until developers have actually addressed the issue that you cannot save a game. Playing this game means that you risk losing hours just because an app accidentally closes, phone clears some memory or you need to take a longer break.

Tha app works perfectly with the game, if you're looking for a complex and detailed game then look no further and even though I'm a sailor I still found this a challenge, best played with friends but on your own is good too especially if you're getting use to the game

The game is fun with my friends but thanks to quarantine I cant play the game without them. But I do see a lot of potential for this game as a simulator and since you got the companion app can you also make a separate simulator game

No update since May and tons of issues. I guess they gave up on this failure before more money is lost. Lack of a save game ruins the experience, and it seems like nothing will be done about it. Avoid the game until you see it in Target for $20

Excellent board game and very challenging. Would absolutely recommend if you want an in-depth and very detailed strategy game.

App looks really nice and everything is really smooth. Haven't played any mission yet, only tested and works great.

Very complicated with insufficient details about how to play, even the training and help messages are vague and not efficient, it could have been fun if the creators invested some more effort to explain it.

great job guys! what I would love to see though is a random mission generator to enhance replayability. Just an idea.

It is an amazing game. However could be a game just for android not being necessary the physical parts. I hope you develop a only media version for this game.

Absolutely amazing board game, one if the beat ive ever played, and this app is what makes it so. Easy to use, submersive and well designed app.

This game is very good I love it so much but i haven't figured out how to decode/encode messages I've read the tutorial but still haven't figured out could anyone give a hand please

could you add a walking around feature and improve the laggyness when youu go out side the submarine and probably add crew too so your not the only one in the sub operating it
