This camera is piece of sh***! after 1 month it stopped working. I uninstalled the app to install it and start from scratch and every time I try to do that it says that I have no internet service. Which is a complete lie because I have service I'm able to install other apps with no. This camera is worthless. Just a waste of money.
Network Connection Problem Detected. This is th error received by me even when i sign in or Login with existing credentials. Earlier this was working but suddenly it has started giving errors. Please help with a solution.
Unable to connect through the app. Been that way on others apps with saying no "network connection". Emailed and received no response. earlier it was working. now shows network connection error. doesn't sends password to my email. horrible. my network is all ok though. seems there is no support too. so many complains but no reply frm d developer.

It nevers get connected again. Always has network connection problem. It seems that the developer has abondoned this App. 🖕 my digoo dg-ulc flood light cameras are scraps. But I still saw some advertising on line selling these cameras. 👹
It worked before my phone(Pixel 2XL) was upgraded to Android OS 9. It doesn't work at all, keeps crashing.
Application is not working anymore since one month so Digoo camera is useless. Don't buy Digoo products. They are having no customer support. It's only one star because google play has no option for zero. Stay away from Digoo!
Garbage!!!!! Since the update it stopped working. This is outrageous. No support nor help. If you just purchased one on Amazon you just got ripped off :(

Horrible app and camera. App keeps shutting down and not connecting to camera. Don't waste your time or money.
The app will not connect to the network, won't open past the sign in screen. Camera is useless without the app.

our portronics camera worked for ~2 years, and stopped ~2 weeks back. portronics says "the server has expired"!!! never heard such a thing, ever. feel short-changed! do we have any recourse ?

It doesn't work most of the time It was not working with Android 9 for ages. They developer fixed it but now I can't connect anymore (network error etc). This was a problem in the past and was fixed but its back now. In general you can't trust that you will actually have a camera when you need it...
