Frustrating app. Each time I want to access the app, all I see is error in connection. I used to think that was network issue but realised later it was the app. I have 3 other apps of other banks and the open with same network strenght while uba app shows error in connection except the mobile app which opens but I can only transfer maximum of 200,000K only a day. This is why I downloaded that of internet banking app which refuses to open.

It's a terrible app. I don't think the developers of this app have any sense of software quality. The app keeps rolling and coming back with stories of 'services taking longer than usual to respond'. I have never had a worse experience with an app. I don't think this app was ever tested for performance before being released to the market. It's a shame

This is not a banking app. it's a web browser which only access the banks internet banking website. it is very slow and signs you out regularly for no reason when you are using it. you can not even do simple transactions on this app. none of the features the bank advertises is functional on this app (and on their website too). very disappointed with the app but I have no other choice since I'm out of the country and when you call customer service they ask you to come to the branch.

I enjoy using the app. Its predictable and easy to Navigate. The only challenge is the impossibility of users to print or publish a receipt. Worse is how this has been for over 1 year.

apps service is very .its irritating. once you open the apps you can't go back . have to close only and again have to open by user I'd and password. and can't even take print . many time I have try but couldn't get my statement print.

I'm sincerely very disappointed that a Pan- African Bank like UBA can't develop an efficient Internet Banking Application that can give customers a time-life saving experience, that can help in emergency situations. I nearly lost my beloved one to this App, when the only place I can rescue her was through my UBA Account. This was one of the reasons I closed my account with the old UBA some years ago and went to the reliable Standard Trust Bank. How much is a reliable App ?

Everything about using all the UBA Apps is difficult from the mobile banking to the internet mobile banking and to the secure pass app. Please ensure to make your apps more user friendly like other banks within 3 mins everything is settled but with your bank its the other way round. Very annoying

This app is really TOO SLOW. Takes so much time to load and sign in. If I have a choice between using this app or another bank app I have, I will not think twice going for another. Sometimes I even prefer coming to your banking hall than using this app if I have the time and in the country. The developers of this app need to see how other banks app like gtbank works and overhall this app. Thanks.

This app is the most annoying app I've ever seen. I tried creating a User ID but it keeps telling me one has been created. Pls when and how? The same goes for the other app too. I'm starting to wish that I didn't make the decision in opening an account in this bank. Everything is stress😑😑😑

this app does not give clear details of transactions... if a transfer is made, the name of the sender and recipient should reflect on the transaction history once you miss downloading the online receipt, it becomes impossible to get anything that shows the authenticity of your transaction, should the recipient claim no money was received

Complete waste of time and resources. Couldn't use the app for even one transaction. Navigation is difficult, app keeps stalling.

I do internet banking with other banks. I can therefore safely say that UBA Internet Banking platform is frustratingly awful. It needs some fine-tuning. (It's Mobile Banking platform is fantastically great and I recommend it to everyone).

UBA Use to have great online banking system, but now their system is very very poor and bad, you can't do any transaction with any of their platform, it that bad.. Please wake up UBA

This is the worst App ever, it looks like it was developed 200 years ago when technology was coming up, check account balance is problems, to get transaction history is difficult like hell, please I'm sure some UBA staff uses Guaranty Trust Bank App, please let them engage the developer of GTBank App and do exactly the same, I Love GTb compassionately, easy to understand and navigate, even an illiterate can use the app. UBA APP is frustrating and annoying

it's unfortunate that since I started using this app I have never enjoyed it. it is either it uploads half way and goes off with an apology or it continues running around till you get tired and put it off. it seems the bank management doesn't read these reviews to ensure that something is done about it. those who commend this app may be the bank staff or hired commentators.

Very clumsy and difficult to use. More or less just a replication of the online banking web page. Not mobile- friendly at all.

Am afraid this app is totally useless. I wonder why a bank such as USA won't be careful enough before presenting this to the public. Moreover, the registration process should have the option of a secure pass beside debit card.

This App is just at the bottom of the ladder when compared with Apps from other Nigerian Banks like GTB, Zenith Bank and even First Bank. One cannot Downlaod a transaction Receipt. Once you click on print Receipt, the App closes. Another issue is copying and pasting Secure Pass Code. You would copy the Code from the Secure Pass App but pasting it on the Internet Banking App becomes impossible.

This is the worst banking app I've seen. It keeps failing and then logs me out and I have to do the whole verification process even setting my pin and password and it repeats all that again

Cant download my statement of account. It refuses to download all the time. And i have tried over and over again. It is frustrating. Not every 1 has the leisure of goin into the banking hall to get this.

Very poor indeed, I enter my password and it keeps seeing it as incorrect until I exceed the 3 attempt given. Just to slow, interface worst, account details in cell not properly aligned etc....I beg let me knock at another bank door

Very poor navigation. Very useless app. Infact this has made me decide to open account with another bank. It's a complete waste of time.

Why can't it be done like the local mobile app. This app isn't robust and user friendly at all. So basic and erroneous. Make it like the mobile banking app which is very easy to use

cant find the menu button when i open my page, i cant transfer funds to other bank a/c , i can only get to quick link which does not have all the options . this is really a terrible situation

The app is not responding any longer. Uninstalled and reinstalled same issue. Even on the web goes to error message. What's going on?

Atimes it would not open throughout the day.. very useless app.. even the site too won't open... till now i can't withdraw cause it's not opening... is it that you people did not pay your developer his complete money??? ... same complain since 2018 I'm just checking reviews.. SHAME!!!

App not user friendly. Very difficult to navigate on this app. Most unfriendly app in Nigeria's banking industry. UBA can do better.

The app is so slow,navigation is poor and not easy to understand,login takes time and most time brings up error page even when login credentials are right..........too poor does not even deserve one star....
