The worst experience I have ever had while uploading my documents for verification. I literally tried more than 10 times to get registered, but all in vain. In fact, the developer has to remove that software bug to get the job done.
Worst app and customer service. Three times I have gone to a car and not been able to open the car and their customer service didn't help. Conveniently when I have these issues they never forward me to their after call review option.
There is no doubt that this app is user friendly. But what i like the most is even though you don't have to take pictured compulsory, there is an option where you can upload the pictures. Another best part is that the cheaper daily cars are marked on the map itself which saves time of clicking the car individually... And that new car fleet? …Amazing....
Awesome service as compared to other rental apps. Very good customer support service. I have never faced any difficulty of using this or finding cars. I'm really glad to use the service.
Very bad experience, last April my car broke down in Dubai and I needed to go to Abu Dhabi for an urgent business call,directly I thought of UDrive since I heard about this EASY service in social media, I downloaded the App and logged in, as everyone does I checked the terms and conditions box without reading them since they are in very small font, got the approval and started driving, after reaching Abu Dhabi the app won't let finish the ride and had to drive back to Dubai paid alot. Be clear
Competitors do a much better job. GPS accuracy on the app is appalling, cars available is low, maintenance is below average. Enough said.
Couldn't even complete registration. Lots of text is invisible, you have to predict what's written to go to the next step; and once you finally reach step 3, it keeps telling you that there's an error in the internet connection. Tried it on both wifi and 4g.
Used udrive after a recommendation from a friend. We expected faults or issues, but it turned out amazing. Easy registration and cars are quite easily found. Our car had less than 1000 km's and even had that brand new car smell. We enjoyed the car for the day and everything went off smoothly. I rented from udrive a day later and again a great experience. This is our first time to drive in Dubai, but after this experience not the last. The udrive service has given us confidence and the freedom to explore Dubai at our leisure. Thank you udrive...and Waze :-)
They improved the service a lot. Customer service is picking up the phone 24/7, waiting time on the phone is not longer than 2 minutes. It is very nice. Application is working without bugs. Service is convenient. I enjoyed and I keep enjoying. You won't regret for using UDRIVE service.
It was nice experience for me to drive desired Cars from U Drive and the services and assistance was very perfect compared to other well known Rent a Car team in the UAE (whenever there is assistance needed it was bad experience and no one contact back if the phone is busy or disconnected, also keeping in the phone around half an hour & charged money). But UDrive is totally helpful and I strongly recommend those who doesn't have car
I have done a trip of 10 minutes only and when i wanted to end the trip. It was blocked there and didn't confirm the ending of the trip. I was late for work which is why i took udrive, and it made me more late when i was trying to end the trip. I checked the app now, and it shows over 50 AED charge. I will not accept an error in your app performance to cost me this much for such a short trip that would have costed 12 dhs with a taxi. I called your customer support and the call got hung up
Updated review. Used daily unit. 1st day problem, the car was not starting, it seems battery was drained. Called the customer service and they helped me through it. 2nd day going to work, the car was not starting again, called the customer service and took time for them to help me so I suggested to end my trip in the middle of my rent but the problem was the unit was in my parking area in the buiding. And they keep insisting that the car has no problem at all but it was not starting.
Worst experience app is getting crashed constantly. On both Android and IOS its is getting crashed whenever I am trying to search for a car.
All times error, if you are going somewhere for an emergency and end the trips is difficult and apps showing error for end trips time to much time taking last call the customer care and onilne via end trips
The best. U drive is the best car sharing app so far in UAE. All the negative reviews needs one to read and understand the terms of use. If u do you will be having a super friendly application to use. I have been using Udrive for almost three years now with no regret at all. Since then they have upgraded their cars as well for better experience for their clienteles. Keep it up.
Great app to start renting in Dubai. They approved my application within minutes and start renting right away. I tried other apps but this one is the most intuitive and fast
Don't allow me to reserved any car , keep giving me need to finish your registration . I already finished everything . The app is rly cheap and not worling probably. I tried to call customer service it keep putting me at waiting que then they cut the phone call
Udrive is very helpful for my riding needs. But am facing a problem from the app. That is I cannot see the trip amount before trip close. That's why am facing some problem in maintaining correct balance in my bank account. So provide an option for seeing our trip details like time, distance and how much amount it will take. Can you make it for us it will a very helpful feature for us
Udrive is simply the best car sharing app I have ever used. It is so easy to use, they have plenty of car options to choose from whether long term or per minute. And I love the fact that you do not have to worry for parking and petrol charges because it is all on them. All you have to do is book your car and enjoy the ride. They also have a superb customer service support whom you can call anytime to assist you. I am so happy and satisfied with Udrive!
Really happy with how Udrive increased their availability and even the app interface is now super easy to use and understand. I love their just swipe and unlock feature, saves you lots of time when you're in a rush. Great going!
Thank god, not even registering, so many bugs, uninstalling my very first install. Bugs are: When registering country list is blank. Impossible to enter international phone number as box remains white. Selecting any country doesn't show cities so you can never continue registration. Such a waste of time, you really need to work on your app!
I have my license ,but i am still thinking to buy a car. Here udrive comes into play and its really helpful in times of need. Recently my family was visiting me so i used it too much weather to pick them up from airport or drop them to some shopping center's.. And above all fuel and parking is free .. so its a win win situation overall for a user. I recommend this app over any other of this kind.
Great concept. The application is straight forward and easy to use, without the hassle of the traditional car rentals and it's more convenient and cheaper than hiring a taxi. Loving it! ❤️
A very easy app to use and a perfect back end customer support system has made life easy !! And the most important thing is the variety range of cars available and they are there everywhere.
Used the services and found them to be pleasent experience. I did not know the charges parameters of after 3 hours it being converted to a day charge and a quick call to the call center via the app sorted me out. Keep it up great app.
Very bad service i use the car one time but at night time but head light not working next time i when i want to drive the car i go to the car using taxi then car is not opening upon calling customer service the car is not working
The application in general is ok, the main issue, sometimes the extracting of car list gives error and you must check available cars using map
Trying to reset my password, but app isn't sending link to email with error "Something went wrong! Error #006"
Happy with the service but please fix issues after launching the updated app, it's not working (android user). Update 19/2/22 App is sorted, thank you! You guys are amazing with customer service. Also new white cars are super nice! 👌
I really like udrive..I book it almost everyday...the app is v user friendly, the cars are decent, neat n clean, the charges are reasonable, call centre people are always prompt in resolving my issues..it has been a lovely experience, and makes it v v convenient for me to commute.
