This app is horrible. You have to close it and reload to view your cameras every single time you want to connect. Unable to load and view evens that were recorded. Why won't they ever fix these problems???
When the system was first installed, the ability to get alerts and review from my phone worked perfectly. Now, I can't get my phone app to connect to system at all. Frustrated.
update was needed as my lg has not gotten a alert in over 4 months. installed this updated version and now i get a alert when it feels like it. still not fixed for LG phones. my operating system is up to date. looking for a new camera system as they are not even answering their tech emails.
This is the 21st century. This app need serious updating. For one, it takes way too long to boot. The quality of the picture is very good once I get it to boot up on my 5G phone. However the sound sometimes is erratic. I wish Uniden would concentrate more on quality with this app and us the upgrades we deserve.
Since the update, this app no longer works! It is very frustrating to try and depend on this for visual home security. 🙁
App doesn't work. The "view event" feature doesn't work. I have to take the memory card out to see the video footage.
Thanks, 😑 now I don't see anything, it says bad online connection, when it is connected to a good wiffi signal and I have good coverage, only when I get home does it connect instantly in my cell 🤦♂️
notifications are useless if you are not home. No way to view recorded video from the app on my phone.

MY STUPID SYSTEM KEEPS FREEZING WHEN EVER I LEAVE THE ETHERNET WIRE PLUGGED IN TO THE ACTUAL UNIT... ITS BI-POLAR & I #NEVER KNØW WHEN IT WILL ACTUALLY WØRK, ØR JUST FREEZE 🆙 ØN ME AGAIN?! 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 😡 IT WØRKS GREAT IF I DISCØNNECT THE ETHERNET WIRE! 🤦♂️ FML WTFH SMFH
alerts not working. started 2 weeks ago. was good until alerts stopped working. Update: Solved. I also have a Cobra camera system that is very similar to the Uniden system. Probably same manufacturer. They have an app "Mycam View App". It's identical in function and they fix the problems. I had notification issues on both apps starting at the same time. The My View app got fixed right away. I added the Uniden system device to the app. Works flawlessly. Uniden still needs to fix the UGaurd app!!!
