U Mobile Top-up

This app service is so horrendous that I hesitate to even give one star to it(even though minimum is 1 star).What the hell with this app,I have to wait for a long time and retry many time before it can connected to online banking...please fix it

I just wanna ask why UMobile signal is too bad. It always loses from 4G to E and G. Why everything is unlimited? Coz can't use anything from losing signal. Just wait for downloading or watching sth, enough for old.

The apps payment is not user friendly at all. I've chose payment using debit card ended the system indicates to keyin OTP code (for credit card) instead of PAC code (debit card).

Sorry .. this app is not convenience anymore, 1st and 2nd time topup and ok successful but this time im not gonna use it anymore, duit dah tolak topup tak masukk2 lagi dalam phone *sigh*

Its a great app which is fast and easy to used. I hope you guys allow and update for international card payment :)

Everytime i reach the step 2/3 it went blank page and nothing happen. Then i have to do it again and again

Horrible, I tried 4 times everytime tell me can't process international transactions while my card is Malaysian!

i just reload with this application. Really fast and easy one to use

*Pissed off* So, what does this do if this app don't service me on time but taking my credits on time? I trying to trust this app that I could actually get to top up my credit on time and make my life more convenient but what I got is only system error and report to ask for refund. Is your app really works like this? How worse is that? This way is more inconvenience than going out to top up credits. So what's the point for us to use ya app?

This happened twice. I already transferred the money, but after that they didn't topup my credit. WHAT THE HELL???!!! I even sent an e-mail to them and submitted a complaint but they ignored my e-mail and took no notice of it. Never using this app ever again.😠😡😬 I'm utterly, genuinely and ultimately disappointed.
