Why don't you display the transactions right away on the screen; it's very inconvenient to download the statement every now and then. Especially for loan accounts, it's better to display the transactions on app screen itself. People don't feel comfortable to download the loan statement every month for a single transaction. Hope it will be implemented. Moreover, finding the statement file (downloaded) in the phone is very difficult as many files will be there in the phone with same series.

Not very user friendly. It has happened many a times with me, that whenever I tried to pay while shopping, it has asked me to update first. They don't keep option to skip for time being. It is very humiliating when you are in the line of billing counter and you HAVE to update compulsorily. This shows that developers are expecting that customers are not going to use for shopping.

Everytime I try to login and check balance it seems to have server error. Even in e-passbook the closing balance after each transaction doesn't appear. One can only view the transactions.. Worst experience ever. Need lots of development. Edit- working fine for now. Thanks Edit- Thank you for the updates. Now I can see my balance after every transaction in my mPassbook. It was working fine. But with the latest update, I am not able to transfer fund. Once keyboard pops up, you cannot hide it by taking it down. So, it literally blocks everything. Also, with the new version, I am not able to input the amount in 'Fund Transfer' page.

I've 2 fixed deposit accounts. Loan against fixed deposit feature has been incorporated by the team. I updated the app. Now i want to apply loan against my fixed deposits. But it is showing that i don't have any eligible loan account on deposits. Secondly for the first time click on this app it doesn't open. It requires too many times clicks.

Most of the times I get error messages as "server not reachable". Can't even take screen shot to post the pic. Don't know how many times I've uninstalled and re installed but facing same problem. While application is working it's best and easy app for banking. Please fix the issues and make app working 24/7. Presently I'm using 7.24.0 version.

A new paint job, nothing else. But they manged to keep their core aim, ie not useful. Credit card option was available after the last update and now it is not accessible when logged in for the second time. It is only returning a message 'access for this feature is not allowed'. Developer trying very hard keep the 'worst app' status.

This app does not open on most of the time. It becomes very irritating when one has to transfer money but cannot access the app. This problem is persisting for very long time. I posted this review about 6 months back, nothing has improved since then. In fact it has become worse. Connectvity problem is ever persistent. Surprisingly access to ppf account has been withdrawn. In most cases more features are added to make app user friendly. In this case it is the reverse.

If you could spend a bit more on technology, you could really have a good product. Future is digital banking and not physical banking so please maintain the app well. The app hanging up in the middle of operations shows the bank's lack of seriousness and commitment towards customer experience. It is a good app but don't think the management has an understanding or the intent to see the reality. Sigh!

I am unable to open my account details in the app. The problem has been occuring for the past 2-3 months. Everytime i login & select any option it shows 'there are some network issues try again later' but my net is working fine. The Indoasis app opens and works just fine in my mobile. Despite updating the app and using the latest version of the app the problem is still there. I cant access my accounts nor the mpassbook, statements, balance enquiry nothing through this app. This app is useless.

Worst banking app ever. I have multiple bank accounts with different banks but the experience i had with union Bank was very poor that it cannot even display account balance and statement properly. Other bank apps are flexible with making merchant payments and everything but this app doesn't have proper interface. It was really tough for them to keep it working all the time which they fail to do in many cases. #worstbankingAPP #WORSTSERVICE.

I have installed this app. After 2-3 login the app doesn't work. I have to remove catche files and data and re register the app. I have re installed the app 6-7 times but there is no change. This I experiencing from last one month. Even after updating the problem continues.pl look into.

Stuck at registration screen "Sending sms" Update: Still stuck. Lol. A bank cannot even make a app properly. Feb 2022 - Still stuck. Still stuck. Dear umobile team, kindly allow us to login using internet banking. This OTP verification is not working. This app should be declared as one of the worst app in the entire history of Android. Update : umobile changed to NXT. Still unable to login. Developers should know changing name won't impact the ratings. It is still 0/1.

Been trying to apply for a new passbook for a week now. Everytime I submit the request an error comes up about null pointer exception. It's an issue with backend and yet isn't resolved yet. Tried to give feedback and report the issue in app but there also got the same issue. Basically wherever one needs to write anything like description etc this error comes up. Not a polished and well tested product.

Most of the times while creating FD account it shows notification as "invalid occupation code, contact branch." If we visit branch they say that there is some issue in the software. It occurs often. Few days later it gets rectified and/or after updating to new version. Important thing is we cannot add other mutual fund house as biller in their application. Kindly update this your app. Because all other banks are providing these things.

Waste App. Sometimes buffering for minutes. Not able to go back or move forward. Just closing the app and starting the task from the beginning.Is this the way the nationalised bank app works. Very poor technology.

Update: The new NXT version is hopeless and worse than previous Umobile. Not reliable 24x7. Most of the time server not available message while opening the app. In all, bank server is too slow which results in failed transaction which again takes several days to reverse the debited amount. Rating is now chabged from three stars to two stars as the app remains unfunctional during most of the day even after an update claim8by the bank

It's the worst app. Never works when it's needed. I am not able to login to app from past 1.5 years since I've changed my mobile. And the customer service is so terrible. Even after contacting them for like 10 times, my issue is still not resolved. All they know is just to deregister and register mobile banking which is of noo use. This app doesn't deserve even a single start rating. So disappointed!

This app has been giving me so much trouble.. im not able to see my bank statement.. app is shutting down automatically. Customer care is telling to uninstall and re register.. after one time of checking it's happening again like that. Should I uninstall and re register everytime I should check the bank statement. Worst things this is. Your app has so much bugs and issue. Clear that first. No point of using this app

I could have given -1 rating if it was there. It always says "There are some connectivity issues, please try after sometimes" though we connect to wifi internet which has 100MBps speed. And it is not user friendly. This app is Completely no use.

Works fine, but there is a lot to improve in this app. I couldn't raise any service request as it doesn't allow the user to select account. App's response time has to be improved. Hope the developers would work on it..!
