System Issue after app updates. Account connection failed and the only way to get it fixed is to submit a support ticket, however ZERO communication after several days. This used to be a decent app, however if access is corrupted and you have zero recourse to fix it, what's the use?
Far too aggressive with the security prompts when app focus is lost, to the point that it's almost unusable.
App doesn't even work nowadays, not a reliable app to manage your accounts in, seems to update balances once per day and never works on the weekends.
This app is great for helping me manage my finances and plan for future investments....when the app will open. I can only access the app 50% of the time
There is no mobile device tab under the settings.
Stupid waste of time!
While there is the occasional glitch, I generally enjoy this app. I like the features, and enjoy the format.
Latest update fixed unresponsive issues.Definitely love it and deserves 5 stars.

I have had trouble with explaining my accounts. Setting that aside, the app works great with the money manager app. Once you get THIS second app, and link it from your account, the balance check is easy and MORE secure. You can avoid storing your password in the UfCU app.
