Of all the investment apps I use this is the worst. 1. No fingerprint sign in 2.Constantly crashes. 3. Besides not having finger print sign on, the sign on process is ridiculous. I have to do several attempts half a which don't work at the least. Then when I finally get it up and running it closes out to quick. I could say more but it's not worth my time

Terrible. Much of the time its completely unusable. When you can log in it constantly gives errors and wont let you trade. I will be switching my entire account to a different brokerage, and may switch banks entirely because this was such a bad experience.

Worked fine the first day. The second time I tried to use it I get an Authentication failed. The message says to sign digital agreement on desktop site. I resigned the agreement and still get the same error!! Wish they would make sure their apps work before releasing them. Not very professional!!

Since the last update the app is completely broken. No matter what I do, it will not let me log in. I have a 7 figure account, and I'm leaning strongly towards taking my money elsewhere after having my investments with this company for 15 years. It's 2021. Not being able to log-in to my account on the mobile app for days is entirely unacceptable. Fix it now or I'm gone.

Poor design. Get with the times. It's clunky and visually unappealing. Basic information that we want to see isn't there, or is hard to find. Very disappointing that in this day and age, a large national bank has such an infinitely inferior investment application even when compared to small regional credit unions. Please reach out to your consumers for feedback and hire two professional app developers to fix this. Figure it out. Make your website better while you're at it - it's not much better.

Very good tool. Easy to use. App is great and the robo investment function is great too. Only thing is can't see the timeline process/performance from this app and what exactly they are investing into. They need to able to show more detailed info.

Just a shell of a web browser. Terrible app. Shows a user 404 page not found errors, internal server error pages, and access denied pages. Instead, just use a browser to get that UI look from the last century.

The app doesn't give a lot of information. It says my account isn't enabled to trade, but I signed up for a brokerage account. The only help option is to call a 800 number. I like US bank, but I'm going to close my brokerage account and go with another company for investing.

Multiple times the app wouldn't work as i was trying to sell a stock, tried to call in to sell and was on hold for hours. While on hold the stock tanks. Gave them an opportunity to fix the complaint and they stated it was not their fault. They basically held my money hostage and i had no access to it during the market. All i asked was for help with small transfer fee of 95 dollars. I lost way more then that. How is their app not working and lines busy my fault?

Absolutely Horrible app. Selling anything is trash. Obviously there is no testing team at US Bank, or someone would have seen whats wrong with this app. Can't sell my options because this app will not actually submit to sell your stocks or options. Continuously have to sign back in due to unintelligent thinking. This has been my worst experience with the market, and I urge anyone looking to REALLY invest, this is not the bank you want. FYI: Their site is also flawed. Charles Schwab for the win.

Can't Log-in..... Tells me I have to go to the website first....I have been to the website and there is nothing to do. So I try to log in the application again but it keeps telling me I need to go to the website first. This makes no sense

Well let me start off with with this , how can a business be call us bank relia card and not fill like it has no responsabliy .if it's says us bank it reflex's on both party's .my account has been lock from September the 23 2020.i have sent out 5 verraction like they have ask me to. I've goton 7 veral letters from them Staten my case has been found in my favor and it was resolved.not only that I still get post every week forunployment .but because they have my account still locked .it doesn't s

When I enter my log in details it gets stuck on a blank white screen. Please fix this us bank I would love to use it if it works!

Convenient way to view my brokerage accounts and submit trades. I like the day change and balance history enhancements. Would like to see gain and loss information for individual securities.

Most of the time, it's down. Ridiculous. Trading apps when time is sensitive, should be up time 99.9%

App never works 100% of the time. Often I get a blank white screen when I try to log in. This is unacceptable for a big name bank. I much prefer Robinhood. But use this for the stocks I can't buy with Robinhood and it just makes me appreciate Robinhood all the more.

Very indeterminate behavior of the back button. Though this app does function it feels like nobody cares to make it function well. Does anyone who develops this app even use it?

Totally broke this app with the last update. It's useless until it's fixed.

It was not told to me when I first started how mean patterns are back by this corporate website and how someone can be having. Money in the holl alot of them. could look or freeze up the ability for use of my funds or getting to them .

Too many problems. Ended up costing me money because i couldn't log in.

What a unreliable source. System not responding and no one cares on US BANK end. Nasty.... 1 star for sure!!! Loosing money by not having system online all the time!

Was good. New update doesn't allow you to log in. That's bad.

Not very user friendly. I still haven't figured out how to use it. Seems like this app is an afterthought.
