Soon as i open the app it says error
I hate this card! And since the app doesn't work and I always have to call and when I have to do that I always have to enter my card number twice. It's been saying for two years now and that's the "reason" is because "We are updating our system" bull crap! And who are these people that gave it 5 stars? Tell us what we are doing wrong
App ain't worth a crap. Even after setting up online access I still can't do noting on the app. Junk!
Nonfunctional. Won't even recognize my user name.
I suggest you close your US Bank account as they are going backwards into 1999 and have disabled all applications for all brands of Tablets without even notifying account holders. Even the remaining apps all rate below 3.0. THIS IS PROGRESS?

I downloaded this app, signed up on line, & now it doesn't recognize my user name or password. Tried to contact & was transfered from one department to another. This card is a joke. I'm cancelling it as soon as I get direct deposit started.
Even tho I did all my log in stuff needed an still can't log in Uninstall asap
First it would not authenticate my login then once I reinstalled it would not take my login information at all.
I have called customer service to ask why I cannot input all the characters of my password and they told me to uninstall, then reinstall the app. I've done that numerous times and it still will not let me do it. Useless! I actually figured out how to do it.. YOU MUST GO ONLINE, CONNECT YOUR CELLPHONE NUMBER TO GET THE VERIFIED LINK FOR THE REAL REGISTERED APP. THIS APP IS NOT REALLY THEM.

Since I changed to a Galaxy s 7edge it won't let me log onto my card, but the app works just fine on a regular phone. I just decided to do mobile banking and text to check my balance 😑
Says input for user name is wrong even though it's not.
Downloaded, error on log in. Reinstalled, error on log in. Have to go through chrome on my Galaxy s5.
This app is worthless!! It won't let you sign in and apparently the developers could care less because it has apparently been that way for a very, very long time... Wonder how the bank itself cares about me and my money....things that make u go hmmmm.....
Signed up online but this app doesn't recognize any of my info not even my card number!!
Useless app!! Every time I try to log in it says " Error please try again later" What really is the point of having it when I have to call in just to check my balance.
Had this app on my Galaxy S2, and it worked great. Now I loaded it to my Galaxy S5, and it will not recognize my user name and password. Very frustrating.
says my username is wrong and I'm using the same one I use on the website. I called customer service and have never had such horrible customer service, pretty much told me I'm on my own.
You would think they could fix it now after all these complaints!
