App icon changes after you install it. Account got locked on the second try and saved questions to recover account are different to the ones you registered. Please fix the app.
Terrible. It does not recognize my user or password. Both work on the website. I am not an organization, but it is the top required field. Another poor banking app. That is way I don't use them. Now even the website doesn't work. Doesn't recognize account information. Perfect during a pandemic. Would award negative stars.
Bad appt.- Like the other reviews for personal accounts, I have install and uninstall 5 time nothing works. I've called customer service twice, there suggestions didn't work as well. I went personally to the bank in my area. Did not work. Old app just fine. Been using old app for years. Whoever idea to update app not so good either. So far I lose to make this work. Good Luck!
Absolute garbage. The app and desktop site do not communicate properly and it is impossible for me to code receipts without resetting my password every.single.day. The app should have all the functionality that the desktop site does. I shouldn't have to use the app to upload receipts and then log in on the computer to code them!
It always says there's trouble at their end and doesn't allow me to log on. Their mobile app fails often. I almost always have to go to the full site on my phone which is not convenient and defeats the purpose of downloading their app.
ZERO! I can no longer use the app because the update is not compatible with my device. USBANK does not have any other app for managing my personal credit cards. Navigating using the web site through a browser is the only option!
The Zelle feature just stopped working, I have had nothing but bad experiences trying to send money... I called the tech support and was instructed to log in from a computer and then everything worked. Things ide rather be doing on a Friday night... poor form US Bank Mobile app. I definitely won't reinstall. Dust off the old laptop. CONVIENCE, maybe I should hit up an internet cafe since US BANK likes it retro.
Apparently the personal mobile app does not come up in Playstore if the device is not compatible (like my Samsung Galaxy Tab A!!!). The corporate version comes up so people, of course, try that. I tracked down the personal app but it said it was not compatible with my Tab A. Really?! Come on US Bank! There are two or three Tab As out there!
It is sad that us bank does not include average customers in their software! I just purchased a brand new tablet and their app will not work. It requires a organization name and will not let me access my account. They need to change the name of the app to rich people only! Time to change banks.
Thee worst experience ever. Never lets me log in, tells me my info is incorrect, when it is not, gives a temporary password that never works, told to go online, that doesn't work, so explain to me what the hell works. Again do not use them at all. They are the worst of worst hands down. I have never experienced anything like this. Horrible, unprofessional, and non helpful

Continuously getting the message that us bank has problems on their end. Not allowed to use bill pay. A serious problem. You need to change a scheduled date or amount. No can do!
I have used the US Bank mobile ap for years and it was great until this last update. I don't have a computer so I have to use my tablet which now seems to be incompatible with the ap and I was told there is not going to be a fix for the problem because 'there are so many different tablets '. Doesn't US Bank employ people smart enough to create an ap that will work or do I need to change banks?
The app has serious drawbacks it frequently asks to update the app and when you do it just goes into trying to load the app which it never does even when you uninstall and then reinstall the app it does not. Basically a waste of valuable time. The help desk is not helpful at all
I don't like what I have to go through now to just get to my little nothing bank account!! Going through that corporate app thing sorry I liked the way it was, after you signed in then you can choose corporate or not!..please make it compatible with the Samsung E 5 tablet
Horrible app, won't let you log in using your password service that fills in the the password. Used to work until they updated this app about a year ago. Most frustrating bank app ever!!
My experience has been totally frustrating. I have been trying access my personal account for two hours. Which includes a long wait to talk to customer service. Why can't you just take care of your customers before we find another bank. Please make the Personal Banking App. Available Now. THANK YOU
I cant find my app, where is it? You keep saying it's installed on phone. I want ease i access not going through half the websites trying to find account. EXPLANATION !! Igave this stupid app one star, yet it shows 5. May be bank shopping time. Lots of banks pay lot higher interest rates .ZERO STARS
I am not a corporate customer! Can't get to my accounts any way I can think of. This current app just su#cks. Am able to use an OLD version on an old cell phone, which works just fine. Get some help fixing this app - call Arvest Bank. Theirs works great.
Unable to use at all, won't allow me to login because I don't have a corporate name. Last app version wouldn't display in landscape mode but was still functional but limited in what you could do.
Maybe it works well...when I tried to sign in, it told me I couldn't sign in for a personal account. I had to go online on my web browser. Once online, I couldn't find an option to deposit checks. Uninstalled. I'll just find an atm.
Totally useless app as it won't open unless you have it some kind of business account. I suggest changing Banks as that is what I am going to do. I can't login to the bank from my tablet using the app nor using Firefox. If I log in using the old app on my phone I can access US Bank but they have secondary Authentication and have to phone you or text you a passcode. Hey US bank managers look at the rating for your app it's a little over two points out of five what a joke
The old app was way better they made me an update to this new one can't even see balance I have to login to just check my balance takes forever half the time it doesn't even load up I don't know why they changed there was nothing wrong with the first app I installed and how come you can't check your balance just by looking in the app you have to go through logon and password
"This app may not be optimized for your device" is the message I am getting. No one is willing or knows how to assist me through this at Customer NO Service. Help me optimize my device, walk me through what steps are needed whatever that may be to get going again. Sorry, I am frustrated.
There was un update to the app and now it seems it only works for business accounts....all others...public, veteran. employee...seem to no longer have access through a mobile app...I'm thinking I may need to make a change...this is not a very good experience...
Just like many others, I used a USBank app for years on my tablet without a problem, but now nothing works. Nice job, USBank IT geniuses! I've deleted this piece of code garbage. Actually went into a large USBank branch to figure this out, and no one had a clue. Not a good sign.
It doesn't work! It's for commercial accounts & won't allow this simple ordinary customer to use it, to use it via this android tablet. So why don't they fix it? I did call to complain. Didn't do any good. Always someone else's problem. Responsibility?
They need to change the icon. It's a generic android icon that doesn't tell you it's for US Bank.
