I get notifications from 2 weeks earlier. A fraud lock was placed on my account for unexplainable reason. It seems to wait way longer to deposit my large benefits, as to where it's like clockwork on the same time for small regular weekly benefits. I don't feel like US reliabank has very much concern for the people who have the accounts with them. I think they either have a lot of system issues or they just try to confuse or trick people then steal their money. The last update was March 👎
I have never been able to use this app. It's been broken for at least a year that I've experienced. I've tried making an account and it says something went wrong. So I waited a long time and tried again today, not only does it now say I have an account, but gives me the same error message when I try to enter my card number to see my username info! Totally broken. I'll continue using the text system.
If this card had a chip it'd be perfect in every sense of the word, it's app is fantastic. You know all the bells and whistles that come with the card, alarms, warnings etc.. all in all it's a step up from what we were receiving, I'm very pleased with the card and the app. Hope all that read this have a great day and God bless you all ❤️
It won't allow me to change my password. I've tried 3 completely different passwords that fit all the criteria but it keeps telling me that I can't have the same password as I used to have. Would love to get some help with this since the app is impossible to use.
Easy to use You can transfer funds from the Reliacard to a bank account ($2.00 fee). We found this to be especially convenient. Also, I had a question and had to call their customer service which was excellent, he was most helpful.
My phone was stolen, they used my list of passwords on my phone to fund my cash app and send to their cash app and stole over 2,000. They are FDIC insured and advertise that they will refund money that was stolen from you, but they don't. I went thru my bank statement and highlighted the money that was stolen n signed saying I was telling the truth. I never received anything from them, other than a letter a month later saying they didn't see any abnormal spending! No refund! That's wrong!
US Bank Reliacard is terrible app and bank! Not many retailers accept it, the daily balances are incredibly low. The max POS transactions you can make in a day is only 10. I've had to call customer service over a dozen times in the past 2 days because of constant declines. There are no ways to transfer the balance to another bank. Cannot freeze the card. Get different information from every agent. Highly dossapointed!
It keeps locking me out of my account. No notice, no reason, nothing. I can't even see the fact that it's locked when in the app. I have to call in EVERY time and ask what's going on. They fix it, bit I should NEVER have to put my groceries back because of this. Ridiculous.
Bad app. There's a problem on your end that shouldn't take long. Same message since I downloaded this app over a month ago. Just updated the app and still the same issue. Can't use this app to do ANYTHING at all.
Does not keep accurate updates, doesn't notify when it is supposed to, sends incorrect information constantly. Extremely inefficient and unreliable.
I say one star for the following reasons. App won't update, I get texts and emails. Saying I have an alert. Updated my phone won't work. Uninstalled reinstalled nothing, over it. Please fix
I can't even get past the sign up. It ask for my last 4 ss# and the 3 ccv number and I did that, and it's telling me it don't recognize the numbers. This is a bs app just like the card. I hate dealing with this bank I wish child support would switch back to the other bank they used. I would give 0 stars if I could.
It keeps saying money had been loaded to my account and I look on it and it nothing loaded into it please fix it and I try to text y'all and it won't let me and my phone is linked to my account they don't want to do hardly any maintenance on it at all
This app does absolutely nothing but show you your balance and transactions and notifications. There was just a new update on the app that still does nothing. It would be nice to be able to connect this card to pay bills with but that's not an option.
Annoyed! I can't get into my account. I have changed the password and every one that I have created it says cannot use a prior password but I know I have never used that password.
I love the app it works night and fast and it's easy to find everything on the menu bar keep up the good work ReliaCard!!!
Nice look. Easy to navigate but nit a whole lot of extra informaion. Like basic info that most people might want to know.
Perfect Works great! Exceptvthe text verification on everything you do. That gets annoying but otherwisr I have no complaint.
Since the last update I no longer get my push notifications. This is important to me. Please edit this so that we get this notification back.
Everything thing is great about the card except the $2 fee for a money transfer. I know that $2 doesn't seem like much but my card is my unemployment check and when you're on unemployment every little bit is needed.
App is worthless trash never let's me log in never accepts my password and keeps trying to make me reset everything would of gave it zero stars if I could of and the app update didn't fix anything at all so fact your all saying bugs and issues fixed threw update is complete BS!!
I've got the worst problem's with this App I'm always having a problem with changing my phone number, So I am able to get my notifications from Tempus Unlimited Check's and To get Notified of when I use it and To Get My New Balance??
This new update made it impossible for me to log in. I use the remember me option but now my username isn't there and when I try to enter it I can't, then it tells me my username is incorrect.
Was satified till i kept getting something went wrong messages. Otherwise easy and explaintory navigation.
This app is absolutely terrible. It is so glitchy. Every time I log in I have to enter my phone number, text code, card number, 3 digit code, birthday. Are you joking. And after all that I still can't log in most of the time. "Something is wrong in our end." Trash app.
It constantly shuts me out, I've called customer service 5 times and still can't get it to work. I like the app , I just wish it would work.
Messes up a lot with the login. I couldn't reset my password at all. Had to go to the website in my browser.
So far so good! It's a very simple app no glitches or lags. Works just fine,it has finger print log in, easy money transfers (with 2$ fee) and it connects to customer support easily. I was able to make a call in the middle of the night and they were able to help me. This app is better than many other bank apps i have used in the past. Keep it simple, keep it sweet.
