I was told the phones were free and they are not. I was told how much my bill would be when I got my phones/home internet, it was way more. I asked if the home internet/modem was good for streaming/gaming, I used it for a couple days then it didn't work. I have called customer service about my high bill. Every time I call they give me another amount for my monthly bill. I switched thinking I was saving money now I'm paying way more. The phones aren't free!!! The service sucks!!!!!!

It says it's the fastest and most convenient way to manage your account, but the app rarely loads. When it does load, it will freeze and start the process of access over again. Hard to rate an application well when it just doesn't work.

This app is horrible. It's so slow, takes forever to load and that's if it loads. You would think with them being a cellphone provider their app would be flawless. But no it sucks even when you do get in the app if you try to navigate it it loads super slow switching between screens.

So mych better service than AT&T. May cist a bit more but you cannot put a price on quality os service, reliability and most importantly trust. I have a serious illness and even when dialung 911 AT& T failed. We have tried to get cooperation but to no avail. We are so happy with US Cellular. Everything and everyone goes above and beyond for us. Well worth a few extra dollars. You get what you pay for! Thank you US Cellular

Worst app ever! Will not hold log in information. Asks for verification over and over. Then when you finally get in it gives you an error page. And makes you start again. You would think they would fix this issue so people can pay their bills.

Not user friendly. It's very finicky. It doesn't save my log in info, the thumb print won't work, and sometimes it never loads so I have to use the website on a browser. Very frustrating!

Super easy to make a payment! Very easy to navigate and all the buttons are right there where you need them. The service can be a bit spotty sometimes for the company itself but they're working on it!

I was told by a customer service representative that I could save money if I upgraded to a different package. My bill went down $100 dollars one month then added $200 more the next and was told not to worry that was a one time payment and my bill payments will be the same as what it was. So they basically ripped me off $100 and jerked me around for their benefit not mine!

I was completely blindsided with the new phone on line promotion last December. it appeared the phone was to be $6.66 per month. instead it is $26.66 per month. When I contacted US CELLULAR regarding this in April, I was advised that the promotion required a plan upgrade. i did this at that time, but my future phone installments remain at $26.66. After numerous chats with US CELLULAR this is still not resolved . very disappointing as i have been a customer for over 14 years.

App freezes 95% of the time while loading. Most of the time it doesn't even get to the home screen after logging in, sometimes it will and I can get to one or two more screens before it freezes up while loading one of those screens. The little blue spinning dots just stop and then it sits still for 30 seconds or more and then shuts down. Update, a year and a half later and I still can't log in. Absolutely worthless app

Why does this app have a stroke every time I try logging in? It wants me to put in my phone number to send a verification code but when I try entering it the screen keeps flashing. Thought it mightve been my phone so I tested 5 other apps and then the us cellular app again, its only the us cellular app doing this. The app IS working better than before but the app flickering and becoming unusable for a few moments needs to stop. Made me think my samsung galaxy s21+ was dying.

After years of use, still the absolute worst app I ever have to use. A cellular company can't have a better app?? Full of glitches and circle backs to relogging on everytime you click a button. Really sad. Been this way for years. USCellular should be embarrassed.

I freaking hate it. It's the stupidest app ever. Makes me so mad, it starts logging you in before you can even enter your information. I cannot believe it is this bad on several different phones and even when I un install and reinstall. It never EVER WORKS RIGHT

Awful app. Logging in is a chore every single time, it never saves your info and the biometric/fingerprint support is a joke, when it's set up it never works, just infinitely asks for your fingerprint. When you try to just enter in your password instead it goes to a screen that makes you authenticate, even when you've never used a different account before, which will often just glitch into an infinite load and you have to start the whole process again. Fix these login issues. It's unacceptable.

This is the worst app, it freezes most of time logging in and now every time I try to open it a message box pops up saying an update needs to be installed but I already installed it and there's no way around the message. Once you're into the app, which half the time I give up and go in through the website, usually the app is fine...but nothing special.

The app has most options you expect from an app, including account history, device upgrades, add a line and bill payment options but it's crazy slow loading screens can be irritating and make shopping for accessories or device upgrades all but impossible. Drops from the app (where you go back to landing screen and have to log in again) are frequent. It also seems like the site or app is down for maintenance often.

Even with repeated two-step verification on the device I've had... for 3 years... after the biometric login fails... I am stuck in an infinite loop of the login screen to never getting into my actual account. Ironic, it doesn't let me into the app to let me pay or to see how many godforsaken payments I have left before my contract is over. They don't call it US SMELLular for nothing! Never had these issues with Verizon or even Sprint!

The app only works half the time, if you're lucky. It moves slow. And frequently takes you back to the home screen in the middle of doing stuff. Sometimes it cycles you through the login screen repeatedly acting like it's signing you in then you end up back on the login page.

This app has always been super frustrating. I usually have to go to the website to pay my bill because it won't load most of the time. When it does load, it takes forever. The login is just a nightmare. I have a newer phone, and I've tried clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling. It's just janky and always has been. If it wasn't such a pain to switch cell providers I would have already. I pay all my bills online and it's always US Cellular that gives me the most trouble.

Update after being a terrible app! It just got worse. I login with the browser but I guess Uscellular is trying to push there buggy app so it opens the app instead. It was bad in 2019 and 2022 it still bad!

Ever since I started using the app instead of going in to the store to pay, I have had to dispute my bill every few months. This is the last straw, I'm canceling US Cellular. The federal government needs to intervene on behalf of customers, because these telecommunications monopolies rip us off every chance they get.

STILL Broken garbage. Never remembers login if checked. Slow and buggy. So infuriatingly slow, every time. Seriously, this app is awful. I don't know how a carrier could put their name on this. Half the "features" just point you back out to their website. Menu links often get confused and just send you to account home. Just all around frustrating to use. This app and USC are both trash.

This app update is junk.. I have tried 3 times to get logged in and it just spins the load symbol over amd over with no change. Cannot access my account at all from my phone. Very disappointed with this as well as my service seems to be getting worse with data connection and phone calls dropping constantly. Customer service has always been good but the app amd service not so much.

If I wasn't stuck in a loop trying to log in this app would be fine. I can't get past the screen where I enter my number and it just loops. A fix is needed yesterday.
