Not user friendly. Would like to be able to run a scan but can't find where to do it. Backup setup was easier.

This app is not as secure as my old app it slowed my phone down to almost stop , have had numerous problems with the phone since the change , waiting for skylink .

Has helped me feel safe and secure. I hope the fine service continues.This app stopped working today April 30 2022.

It continually marks junk files as files I have not used in a while. It should allow you to see what it's marking as junk so you can make a decision. second, as of newest update it refuses to back up mms, sms, call logs, saying I must go into app and approve back up. There is no setting for that in any of those apps nor in Us Cell Protect. Then it keeps sending me emails about the junk files for 2 years now. Please address the above issues.

I use this on my Galaxy Tab S4 that I got for work purposed. I take a lot of pictures as part of my business activities. Occasionally it doesn't seem to able to back up my pictures. I uninstalled and reinstalled once and it worked great for awhile but it's back to having an issue again so just uninstalled and reinstalled again. Will have to see if this corrects the issue.

5 stars if you can help. During a backup it will not backup calls, logs, MMS, and ,SMS. it tells me I need to give the app access. I've been through setting many times and gave the app every possible access right I can find. it must be in one of the services I'm guessing. what access permission am I missing. thank you.*****I've adjusted my rating accordingly. Google's permission changes both take away from the unrooted user and cost the dev $,however it should not lower their rating. thank you.

Lost my phone. When I received a replacement I tried to restore my data, pics, ect that I had been backing up on the old phone to the new one. No dice. Contacted support and after an impersonal conversation via e-mail I was told I had never performed a backup on the old phone which is hard to believe because I remember performing a number of backups because this was one of the main reasons I pay for this service!! Would not rely on this product to reliably back up your data!!!

Always keep my phone working properly and safe when I am in the public using the wifi available. Additionally, it let's me know when junk files need to be deleted off my device and I just love it! It also reminds me when I need to restart my phone as in these times and days all help is needed to staying safe and secured as available.

So far ok. Just now seeing the n ew update to app. Like the ease of use to the new design. Hope it will function well.

i have learned to trust this feature & i like the reports & safety it provides my phone. the only thing i am apprehensive about is "the lost phone" part of this app.i like the alert, & lock but i don't want my phone swiped & data lost. so since i cant have the paets i want,i have oppted not to allow the "missing device" part of this app.

Amazing app. Keeps me up to date on my devices health and security. Its very useful and it only takes a few seconds to check up with your device. Also the notifications tell you whats wrong with it.

This has been a nightmare to get set up again. Terrible to get logged in. And when finally did, it shows old phone, not current one. Also keeps telling me cannot make connection to update 2018 database. Worthless with old database. Anyone have better recommendation to keep phone safe?

It seems to clean up the phone apps enuf to make it run smoothly. Also, it DOES NOT remind me constantly like some apps do that I need to clean or drop the temp., etc., etc.

This app used to be amazing! Now when I run a backup the app blanks out and shuts down. I've been running backups on 3 devices for years and now I can't even get a backup to process.

Very useful. The menus are easy to navigate and the scanning feature is really nice. Great app for detecting issues with your phone/other device.

l had this app on my pgone..it was hacked into in less that 72 hours..it was supposed to be safe ..l also kept trying to get rid of a pop up for find my phone..it knocked off my security and data protection..couldn't get it all back..sorry but l cannot give a good rating..may you all can fix that problem

wow, the app used to be good but now to give me full protection, the app wants full control of my phone!!!! Nope, not happening

very nice app. it does all the work and if somthing is a little off in the system or you have forgotten to maintain your device no worries this little app has you covered.user friendly and so easy to use that my son had the biggest smile on his face he was watching Netflix message came through he clicked on it and gave me my phone back and said I fixed your phone dad it needed,(help health) let me know if u need me to fix it again a must have app thanks .

EDIT: You guys reached out to me and offered an email to contact for support which I really appreciate. However, I'm still really displeased how the App itself lacks the ability for account editing/deletion, and I have to spend days in contact with developers just to get my own account deleted.

could be easier to find the button to scan my device. not as easy as it was before.

I gave one star for an app that used to be a good app. Since October, I have not been able to do a backup. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times like support suggested. There have been a few updates to this app and none of them has fixed this problem.

Just updated the app and now it isn't working. I click on open and it just backs me out and can't click on the icon on my home screen as it doesn't do anything.
