U.S. Eagle Mobile Banking

Easy to navigate, never an issue with current Deposit & Account Balances. Drop list has plenty of banking choices to manage your account(s), from transferring via Zelle or simply another US Eagle member to paying bills. Love this Application.

Lost my card and I was unable to turn it off or reorder a new one, despite advertising that you can through their CardHero feature. Tried it on both the app and the browser and still not able to. I'm gonna start looking for a new bank on Monday.

I absolutely love this app It works amazing for me I haven't had any problems. Absolutely love how helpful they are when i call. Would give a 10 star if I was able to.

This app is easy to use and it has multiple options for what you're looking for I love my bank everyone there is very friendly and knowledgeable great job and great staff 😊😊☺️☺️☺️

I love depositing checks from home! I just wish there was not a limit on the size of the check. I still have to go to the bank sometimes

Generally useful banking app, with exception for the creditcard section. It uses an external source which is useless software. I cannot let this automatically pay off my monthly creditcard bill because it seems to depend on whatever was my last manually entered bill pay amount. Also, it wants to make the payment 3 weeks later than I want to do it. This might lead to unnecessary interest or penalties. I went back to manual mode to be sure it goes right.

If it was possible to rate this app a zero, I would. This app used to work fine, but now, it definitely doesn't. Making a mobile deposit is nearly impossible as it consistently "fails." It's extremely frustrating because the app insists the back of the check be endorsed with "for mobile deposit only," which it clearly is. Even after going over it with darker ink, it still fails. After numerous fails, it makes me want to throw my phone.

Mostly a very good banking app. Allows you to make mobile deposits and view all transaction history. Major drawback: you cannot transfer money between accounts. You are still forced to open up your computer for that one. EDIT!! They have fixed the bug that I had complained about. No problem transferring bergen accounts now! Terrific app.

Applied for auto loan, rate was twice the amount of another credit union. The process almost seemed bothersome to my Eagle, sad part was I could have paid cash for the car with what I have in savings. Other than that, I have experienced no other problems, always kind, friendly and helpful. I do recommend EFCU!

I don't know if your technology has decreased in performance recently but your app is doing more shittier than ever

This app used to be stellar. I have used it for years without a single problem. I don't know what they've done to it, but now it consistently rejects every deposit that I try to make through it. It is now a complete failure as a practical app, and frustrating beyond belief that they have ruined a tool that was once nearly perfect.

Unable to add new information to bill pay. ...fixed.

I have been with this bank for almost 4 years now and this app is horrible for a banking app. Worst banking app I have ever used and every single time I try to deposit a check with the mobile deposit it never works. Not once has it ever worked always have to go in person to deposit a check. The only function that works is to check your account balance

Fast and quick no jumping thur hoops..

The app is fine, It's the service at US Eagle FCU which has tanked. The people who are supposed to assist customers do absolutely nothing. Ok, they do get you in debt if you want a loan. They do nothing else.

It is great belong to a credit Union that will actually talk to you about your financing and give you options to earn more money with the money that you save their It's also nice to have a bank that when they tell you there's no fees or the tell you there is no debits withdrawn from your account for odd reasons that they actually backup their word

Banking app. Its okay to check your balances and transactions which is helpful. If you want to make a mobile deposit or transfer funds, the app doesnt work. Not at all what it was supposed to do. Doesnt live up to expectations.

Keeps me well notified on currents purchases.

I love this app. It works 100% for me. Easy to deposit checks with app. I can turn my debit card off & on with the app. If I choose to its nice. Check my balance, transfer money with ease.

Have to close and reopen the app every time I use it to get it to load. Only downloaded the app to pay my car loan and cant use the app to do that. Every time I try to look at an account the app says there was an error and wants me to retry.

Pretty useless and a royal pain to use.

Perfect for my account, love the setup and ability to access what I want easily; however the only thing I ran into was issues with the check picture option.
