The app maker should add the spoken descriptions of ranks like PO3 wears on the sleeve of his dress blue uniform a perched eagle a specialty mark and three Chevrons and that you need to say chief, spoken description, chief if a chief asks you the spoken description and all that.

Great app. This is a very helpful app for someone going into boot camp or just eager to learn about the navy. Does need an update though. There are some words that need changed. 11 general orders is not completely word for word and it needs to be if someone is studying them to prepare for boot camp.

I'm gonna be honest. I lost my Navy start up books. This royally saved me. Great resources and great app.

This is a great app. But maybe there should be a quiz section. To help challenge a little more

Great for knowledge however a little bland. I'd love to see audios for the creeds and be able to zoom in. Even games would be useful to even further learning everything I need before going into boot camp.

Great app. one suggestion though. when I went to boot camp, we had to learn the words to our hymn. Adding the words to the hymn would be a good idea.

This app is good, but very basic. It only covers a few things and does not cover as much as you would expect.

Would love an option to enlarge rank. Small pictures and the yellow sleeve things are hard to make out.

As a future sailor set to ship soon, this is a great study tool and I use it daily. Better than having to carry my Start guide everywhere

App users may find information on rates in addition to rank including abbreviations that define a sailor's rank and rate.

I've been in the delayed entry program for a few months and this app is a perfect study guide for when I'm not home, traveling or have down time.

Has almost everything you need just not the chain of commandd but its good to know everything on this app becuase they will ask you them. Awesome app!

Cool but you took the rates out. I was looking forward to viewing badges and possible brief description. Needs all planes and general orders.

I think expanding the nav speak and including nautical terms might be helpful also since it is a boot camp app I think the RDC maxim has place, no matter how short it is.

Anyone going into a Naval ROTC or considering joining the Navy should learn this app front to back. It takes an hour or two to read through all the information, and all of it is going to be required knowledge.

I can always study now, and its simple to use. Awesome app

Before I marry my handsome Petty Officer I wanted to know more about the Navy so I didn't end up calling his captain a chief... this apparently helped me do just that! I appreciate it!

I like the app except the ranks are too zoomed in and I can't see the pictures of the ranks.

Decent app and I'm glad someone took the initiative to make one like this but I just got out of Navy bootcamp and there is a lot missing.

Should add rates and fix the music to have a stop button. Good app though. :)
