I am so disappointed that this upgrade was such a downgrade. So many features were removed and now you force people to take unnecessary trips to the credit union to conduct business. I will be looking for a new banking facility in 2022, and I have been a member for over 50 years.

Just made my 1st deposit using this mobile app & I am in no way "computer savvy!" If it functions as easily as it seems, it's a miracle solution for me! Just learned that share branching office no longer available in my area & had to find a new option to deposit funds. If it works, won't even need stamp to mail my deposits in!! Absolutely fab & stress free to set up app, take photos & submit deposits (it even tell you how to position camera to make sure it's a good shot!). Am loving this!!

This app is useful but it is very easy to get locked out. It is mainly my fault but I have problems with this app and website more than any other bank's app and website I use. Other banks have better sites and apps. This one is ok and convienent until you get locked out after 2 or 3 wrong log ins. My advice? If you forgot then make a new password or try hard to remember or be locked out!!

It's good when it works. The app either gives an error message or it doesn't open at all. The most frustrating part about it not working is it works when I don't need to get onto the app really but when I need it it doesn't work at all. And this can go on for days at a time when you cannot access the account. This is one of the reasons I never made this account my primary account, just a backup.

I started to experience problems a few months ago with this app. It had been working great the last year but now it never opens so I've downloaded it and deleted it numerous times in the last 3 months. It just will not open! I have an android Samsung.

It's a fantastic way to bank. I don't live near my home branch and I use mobile banking all the time. It's convenient and safe. 7/30/21.. the app doesn't work and I can't log in online down to 1 star from 5. They said they would call .. this was on 7/28 .. no call

Overall great app. Really like the check deposit option. Only issue i have is that "an error" occurs fairly frequently and the app recommends calling customer service- not convenient.

Not able to see Minor accounts that I have access to. I'm not able to see them on Online banking either. It's frustrating having to call each time and put on hold and no no one never pick up. I Guess you are short of staff. No one has answered my email either.
