Horrible is all I can say. Drove to Cincy for US/Mex, 4 tix, arrive 30 minutes v4, unable to pull up tix on app via mobile nor WiFi. Kept crashing/wouldn't let me in. Reset passwords. Still no dice. Can't get through gate, fortunately box office helped us out, but we missed first 15 minutes of game. Grrrrrrr. So trying again, 2 months later Can't log into app. Go to website, reset password, app still won't let me log in. Garbage, pure and simple

Only thing this app is really good for is looking at the team schedules and rosters. None of the in-game stuff like voting for man of the match or checking in to get caps works. Clicking on notifications to do these things just brings up a blank page and these features don't seem to be accessible except through the notification.

Do you guys even test the app when you send out push notifications? Every time I click a push notification for a announced lineup, voting for MOTM, or previews, it takes me to a blank screen within the app. I guess a horrible app is in tandem with horrible support for paid insiders.

I can't even get past the "put in your zipcode for notifications" page. The "next" button doesnt work.

Not good, I'm a member and this is not what I expected when I pay more to be a member. The app crashes all the time, can't even load my tickets it crashes, go to settings it crashes, go to support to look up help it sends me to articles. Needs to get fixed fast, just sad when they have money coming in from paid members to not get this fixed right. It doesn't even keep count of the games you have gone to to give you the right number of caps.

Not very good. The formatting was way off (for my phone at least), I could barely read anything because all of the text on screen was either overlapping or cut off. Besides that, everything else looked good.

Impossible to meaningfully follow any match. But plenty of social commentary. I just expected more sports and more accessible information about the matches. There are other apps that give just as much information in a better format. Uninstalling

This is such an inconsistent app. It occasionally works and when it does most of the features won't. I've never been able to get a "cap" for being in the stadium for a game. The most consistent behavior is the app hanging.

Over the past few weeks the app hasn't worked at all. It is literally blank every time I open it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, signing out and back in. Nothing works. I downgraded my rating to one star- its now a useless app!

I cannot complete the onboarding process because when I tap "Finish" and select my Google account, I get an error that says "UH OH! DEVELOPER_ERROR" --- Update: I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and completed the onboarding as expected.

App crashes all the time and my insider status on app says standard even though I'm a VIP insider. 1/10/20 update. After some back and forth app has been updated and is working better. Previous issues have been resolved.

Literally can't login to the app to access my tickets for the game. Absolutely abysmal app.

This app is bad, poor information on the matches and about the national teams, and loaded of irrelevant content of social media. It would be better if you fix that one about match center and put key information about the matches and national teams uninstalled👎.

suddenly used 1.3GB on me today! in the span of one hour. And I wasn't even using the app -- all background usage. I am very unhappy. Uninstalling now. I installed this to follow the Women's World Cup but I've mostly gotten my info from Google as this is all glitz, little substance

Tried this app unfortunetly only works in portrait mode I installed this on my tablet so not really what I expected will most likely uninstall, why are people viewing anything in portrait mode is that how your TV is ?

The app keeps crashing and I am unable to access my tickets without the app crashing. Frustrating and useless from that perspective.

Good luck trying to get your tix to show on the app with the TicketMaster app. I'm pretty tech savvy and this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had to go through to buy tix for upcoming WCQ. Brutal!

About as good as the USMNT and not nearly as good as the USWNT. Can't consistently get roster information. Generally, a mediocre UI.

your app just downloaded 1GB of mobile data in a very short period of time with no appreciable difference in content. what the hell did you guys do? removing app.

I can login to the app, and website just fine but it won't let me link my USSF account. Changed password 5 times and still no luck getting the tickets on the app.

Tickets on pixel are bugged and not allowing login to USSC Account Manager via the app. Need to get this sorted. It's not fair to be second class mobile users.

Impossible to use this app How the heck do you log in?? Tried using my existing US Soccer account.."you don't have an account, please sign up first" Tried to sign up with the same email..."Login identifier already exists" Gaaahhhhh!!!!

Great app.. it would be even better if there was some live streaming option to watch MNT/WNT.

I like this app. It is a nice way to follow the games for the World Cup. I have one question though, is it possible to follow other teams that play in the World Cup other than just the USA?
