I changed device and was disabled just like that, even when I know my password and pin am still not able to access the app, I called your call center and was told to double uba secure pass app which I did and it still didn't work . You should fix this as this is stressful and I don't like queuing at the bank. π
It's impossible to register. It says an OTP will be sent to the registered phone via SMS, but I never get any SMS. It just doesn't work. And I do not know why you keep deleting bad reviews. Fix the system instead
Update this app and make it functional. I've not been able to register on it with my new phone, and therefore I'm unable to use it. It's a really innovative solution if you can make it work. Then you can charge a nominal annual subscription fee from users. Don't go backwards, all bec you want to generate revenue by making people buy hard tokens.
This app is not supposed to be on the play Store. It doesn't work, and doesn't help. I have tried so many times to Login, but it kept on saying that the user you specified is not eligible. Even when I know that my user Id is correct You guys should ban this app from the Google play store. π
I have tried several times to log in but kept getting the message that am not eligible for one time OTP even though I have done all I was asked to do, filled forms, got video call for ID check and was actually given a user ID "yet nothing works. Made several calls on average of 23 minutes. Its a shame
The app keeps stopping. I have to reinstall a new one and link to my user ID every time I want to make a transaction. It's frustrating! Some of us don't mind spending on the hard token, so we can enjoy ease. What is this rubbish? Wish I could rate it negative stars.
I never had any problem using the Uba secure pass just that one has to be enrolled on internet banking before it could be activated. I suggest if the app could be activated without going through internet banking it would be more better. An easier means of activating the app should be considered.
WORST MOBILE BANKING APP This securepass app is a non functional app that you cannot use. I have tried to set it up but keeps giving me same error that user cannot be signed up. I called customer care several & they confirmed to me that customers can't setup the app that we need to fill offline form to upgrade limit on account then we can make use of normal pin to transfer. I do not know the reason why UBA will give us non functional app in the name of secure pass just to fool customer. #Spit
This app is a total waste of time. I had to install and unistall several times and still can't get it working. Why put it on the app store if it's not fit yet for customers to use for the purpose it was made. Why not make something simpler where you get a code on your number anytime you want to login on your mobile banking app to atleast save the involved in this.
UBA why? For the past many months the below quoted message has been what I got in my several attempts.it is unbefitting of my UBA. Please upgrade the app or resolve the hitch. Thank you "An unexpected problem has occurred. οΏΌ The system has encountered a problem while processing your request. I'm sorry, but we were unable to process your request. A System Administrator has been informed of the problem. Please try again later"
I wanted to change transaction pin and was asked to download this. It keeps telling me I'm not registered for OTP. So, what's the point of having the app? Why send me here if I'm not registered? Why demand Secure pass if I'm not registered? What is this? I would appreciate if this is sorted cus it's hindering my transactions.
Horrible app. Works only for about an hour. After that it doesn't launch. I have to delete and reinstall it anytime I need to use it. Funny the app hasn't been updated since Oct 2017.
This app works straightforward and easy for what it is meant for. I was shocked to see critical review by users who either don't know what it was meant for or do not have account set up first. I like the option to copy the code which stays on your phone screen for 5 minutes while going through your internet banking. It needs just orientation information by developers for clarity to those having problems. Well done guys.
Signup was pretty easy and straight forward. Generating tokens as well, but all the tokens I have tried to use on LEO have ended up failing. LEOs error message is "Sorry, an error occurred validating your code. Please enter another code." And when I do enter another code, the same thing happens
Doesn't work! I have tried severally to activate it but I keep getting the same error message (the user is not eligible for OTP log in). Meanwhile, i receive OTP when paying for stuffs using my ATM card. This is really really bad. Why set up the app when by default it's designed not to work?
The app is not useful when you change your device. I have been calling CS since and nothing done. This is one of terrible app on playstore with zero customer help online. And I don't like que tΓ³ BANK with face mask.
Everytime I try to set-up the app, it tells me an OTP would be sent to my mobile number but I never receive it and I'm therefore not able to set it up, can you please fix this problem
Kees telling me not eligible for OTP, must one go through stress before accessing his money? what kind of frustration is this. UBA is frustrating my life yet they keep stealing with there over high charges. 11k has been missing from my account its 2 years now yet uba can't even explain, what a bank.
I don't know what's going on, but the codes this app generates are all invalid now. Like, the app isn't working anymore, I started using this app so that I wouldn't need a hard token from the bank. Maybe they deliberately messed it up so you have to buy the hard token from them. A 0/10 cuz it fails at such a basic thing.
Very very useless app. It keeps saying I can't get a one time OTP verification code. One of the worst apps ever. ππ
I downloaded the app two days ago to do a transaction above the daily limit for PIN transfers. But the app keeps showing "Invalid Token". This should be fixed. I can't go to the bank to do that transaction.
No sense! I repeat myself, no sense! How do you get customers!? You are never precise! because of this, forced to make several rounds at the bank. Customer service (physical and online) is very slow.
Terrible. You guys really need to do better with all this ineligible to get secure pass otp. It doesnt make anys ense at all. Recovering mobile app becomes a herculean task You really should do better

Rubbish, I can't even do a single thing just because of this bank, cant request for my statement, okay trying to get my email to get it sent, secure pass not been able to identify my userid... My transaction since 1st Of April is pending
Excellent app finally have the earliest it sounds good to appreciate it and look forward to meeting the team and get back with it sounds like a great idea
The most useless app everπ‘π‘π‘π‘, since yesterday morning, I can't change my secure pass. It's keep telling my login ID Is not valid... And it's keeps saying "this user id is not eligible for the one time pass" what nonsense
My experience with this app is bad..... Below is the response I kept getting..... The user you specified is not eligible for one-time password (OTP) login. UBA should update this app.... And fix the bug
It's not working. This app should either be updated or removed totally from the playstore. I've downloaded, installed, and uninstalled it over and again. It's the same annoying response: "the user you specified is not eligible for OTP".
