Easy to use, view multiple accounts, transfers are a piece of cake, bill payments easy to organize and schedule, love the new pay button shortcut for loan payments. I would like to see a higher maximum amount for the mobile check deposit.
over all it's good app. I've been having major issues transferring money from one account to another, meaning from my account to my daughter account that I have a joint account with so if she needs gas money or what not. Been intouch with them about and they have no clue why. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt
It took me a long time to get it set up, but it ended up being due to my own ignorance. The check deposit option works just DONT USE A BLACK BACKGROUND or it will say that it has folded or torn edges. I use cardboard now. Very handy, since I'm in a local that doesn't have U1 or US ATMs.
No issues since I've been using the app, over 3 years. Love the convenience of bill pay without a service fee. Keep up the great work.
Pretty easy to use. Good support if you lock up your account or mess up your login. I have been a member of universal one for 46 years. Great Credit Union.
Without the mobile deposit issues, the app is a 5. I have used this app with apple and android and seem to always have issues depositing checks. i have been successful in mobile depositing other accounts.
The app is great for viewing balances, transferring funds from one account to another, bill paying, and making deposits. Fantastic.
The app does not work anymore. It keeps saying error. I've uninstalled and installed about 10x. Still not working
Very nice and clean when you walk in. Tellers treat you great. Great security I can't complain. If you want great security switch to Universal.
I understand some security behind the idea... but it would be amazing to access my account number in app instead of having to pull out a folder of paperwork
I love being able to see my account whenever I need to without calling and having to enter so much information and then wait as you go thru all the promps. I log in see what I need to see and I'm done. Easy peazy
Makes basic banking very easy. I would give it 5 stars if there were a higher limit on check deposits.

Great app and convenient and thank you. But I think the check deposit should be more than 500.00 dollars cause most people paychecks are always more than 500.00 dollars

I absolutely LOVE this app! Easy to use. Self explanatory. And if you need to contact one of their customer service reps, they are knowledgeable, friendly, and did everything they could to help me with my acct when I had an issue. And the issue was actual me and my poor memory lol. But they helped me fix it nonetheless.
