Never in my life have I had this much trouble spending money. I literally had to call and read card information over the phone. Completely destroys the purpose of an app. I sent in screenshots, sent in descriptions of what was happening, and still today, a few moments ago, payments are still not being processed. Fighting to give you my money and you still won't fix the issues. Wow.
Terrible...I placed my order with Nike. I tried placing an order for socks after 10 minutes of constant app spinn ing and not allowing me to update payment info, I went to Nike's app and placed the order with them. This isn't the first time I've experienced the app performing unacceptably slow.
Horrible! It is the most frustrating app I have ever used. If you are browsing and click on something you want to look at and click to go back, it doesn't go back to where u left off. It comes back a blank screen with some sort of message that there is an error and to try again later. It keeps listing the same items multiple times. And now I am trying to use a coupon code, but it is telling me that my cart does not apply. When I read the fine print, I do am qualified. HATE IT!
Would recommend you add the option to scan your receipts and allow the customers to review all histories. Not just the history from you buying from the all. I am a huge UA fan but I think the app needs a lot of modifications. I want to be able to see how often I shop at UA and my overall history with the company. I should be able to do that from my phone. Should also be able to get coupons/points once you reach a certain $$ amount spent. I recommend you retake a look at the app.
Normally this app is good but lately when I try and change my credit card info, the screen just keeps loading and not able to change credit card so now can't use the app.
I love the brand and I use the app quite often. I TRY to shop using the app, but unfortunately the app itself does not function very well. I would shop more often if it wasn't a struggle each time
Communicating with esp the night customer service I think in the Philippines may be okay, but I can't understand why they don't know of their carrier's non deliveries as I tracked a package and was said to have been returned to their shipping and receiving dept.... ? Now in April 2022, an order recently placed said was canceled. Called but HOLD TIME AN HOUR ❓PISSED CONSUMER!
Too many crashes, wont let me to pay via any payment method. Frustarted. Deleted the app. Re-installed, same issue.
Pages don't load (shopping cart won't display), can't go back because page won't load, not sure what's going on with the app but it's not user friendly.
Functions well enough for finding stuff but going back has an issue of not loading causing you to go back to the home or buffering for a while
Downloaded the app because their website wasn't letting me place an order. I kept getting an error about my billing address. However, I was going through PayPal, and using the checkbox saying billing is same as Shipping. Yet no go as the same error continue. Even if I added a new but the same address. Then the app doesn't even let me move a saved item into the bag. I've placed orders before so not sure what's going on now.
This app is no longer working. "! Oops, no product's to display" ever time I try to open this app and a search. Works fine from Google search and chrome browser
Terrible app and corporate policy for refunds. BEWARE....if you pay $170 for a pair of shoes and expect them to ship the size you ordered....GOOD LUCK!! WORST PART...the refund process is horrible. UA will hold your money for weeks until they decide to return it!! I'll never purchase anything from UA ever again !!
The app is always easy to use. The verification of being a veteran is easy through the app too. Very convenient!
Organized and easy to find what I was looking for. A few glitches when going back and forth between items.
I ordered my shoes for $50 on Thursday at exactly 1:55pm. I paid an additional $25 in shipping to get them by Friday which is exactly what the shipping option said. I didn't receive my shoes on Friday as purchased. I was told they're cut off time for shipments is 1pm. (How ironic) I Called Customer service to refund my $25 shipping fee. I was told its subject for approval from a different department in 5-7 business days that they can't reach directly. 1st & last time ever purchasing under armour
Bad app, look at an item and try to return and app either crashes, shows you no available items or takes you back to main screen. Tough to see and order items that way.
Terrible Shipping service. Under armour uses the worst fedex service possible. My package was delayed 3 times and will arrive after the expected date. I will never buy from them online again.
Under armour is amazing. They have the best customer service. If you call in to place your order they almost always give you a promo discount. Nike never does this. Things like this is why I only give my money to under armour when I'm buying athletic apparel. Not to mention Nike supports slave labor. And under armour has way better gear. The u.a. app could use some updates tho. Everything is set up good, but It lags , and often times will loose your spot and you have to reopen and start over.
I get a notification that actually seems interesting, but when I click it, it just sits there loading. Sometimes I'll be browsing through items, click on one, then go back and it says that no items match my search. It's just a very clunky app.
I love the choice is gives you and the differently type of shoe and clothes it's gives you to pick from. AN plus it give you areas to we're you cam customize them to 😀
Cart and saved items won't load. Even after reset, Uninstall and reinstall. Please fix it fast.
Search function is trash. This app asks what my preferences were on first startup use yet the search function proceeds to show me women and children shoes.
easy to use.. no issues at all.. and product shows up when it's supposed to..
Slow loading. It's faster to just use the website. Not sure why there is a lag on the app.
I like the app it self But it keeps crashing!!! And it is slow to refresh. You look at a item and go to back out to keep looking at other items in the category and it either is really slow to reload, or won't reload, or reloads only about half of the items in the category. I have high speed internet so it's not on my end. I really like the products but the app itself is Horrible!
