UAE Exchange

The app updated itself today and wiped out details to log in and transfer money! Other drawbacks are I need to select destination currency every time I log in. If I want to track a transaction it does not provide with a drop down list. I need to remember the multi digit reference number in order to fetch tracking details. Not user friendly. Else it is very convenient instead of going to the branch each time to transfer. And as of now no transfer charges are being applied.

Was always unintuitive but worked. Just. Now is so bad its unusable. Don't go into branch. They also don't know. Terrible. Use another transfer service instead. Update. I have tried again every week. Old website new website and app. None work. There is no contact email to get someone to look at it. On here people reply to offer help but they don't offer any contact details so there is clearly no desire to fix things. A shame as the rates are still the best I found.

Great app. I have been using this app for almost a year. I found it very simple and user friendly. It has made life easier. No hassle of withdrawing cash and visiting branch for remittance. It allows you to debit from source account and credit to your destination account with best rates. This shows the commitment towards customer service. Kudos to UAE Exchange team.

I used to transfer funds every month using my bank app, purely for the convenience. This app however is a game changer, it offers me the best rates in the market at zero fees !! There are many more features including real time rate check calculator as well as options of connecting with your bank for direct transfer. Great app and even better service.

In the world of digital transformation, this is one of the slowest functioning app which takes 3x times more than their branches to complete a transaction. If anyone wants to use the slowest means of transferring money overseas, there cannot be any better app than this. By any chance you had to use this app, be sure you will have to wait for atleast a week to get the money, keep following up to receive auto generated replies.

The new version of the app is really waste of time and pathetic to work with. Even though to check the currency rates, it crashed and states something went wrong on every occasion. Transfers take much longer than usual. I'm not sure why this app is upgraded as previous version was quick and user friendly.

I have used UAE exchange app for the best part of one year. I have yet to recall a transfer that went smoothly without having to send reminder emails and make follow up phone calls. The customer service is poor, staff are poorly trained and their remittance section is grossly incompetent. Avoid if you can!

Used this app every month to send money home, yet for the last few weeks it doesn't even open. Just get a message saying the app "keeps stopping". Tried uninstalling, reinstalling, force stopping and restarting. Also tried it on three different phones including a brand new one, yet still can't get it to work

Absolutely useless and a complete waste of your time - do not feel tempted to give it a try! Honestly it seems someone spent time building something that can display adverts but has no functionality at all. I am angry that I wasted so much time - thinking it was me not using it properly.

Could not login when needed. It thrown error something went wrong after spinning for around 1 minute every time. Did not provide on much clue on what exactly went wrong. I tried uninstalling band installing it again, but didn't help. It was little frustrating experience

Who signed off on this app? It's unsuable. As per many reviews, it simply doesnt work. Stop apologising for it, and just get it fixed instead. The app fails to make transfers rornrandom reasons and then the failed transactions count towards your daily and monthly limits, even though they didnt go through. Needs complete overhaul to be of any use.

Poor standards..if there is a dislike or negative stars would have selected it.. You have to follow up continuously for 4 days to get your money credited to beneficiary, Else it may take 1 week to get the amount credited...if it's 1st time we can adjust.. But it's happening for every transaction..and it takes years for their customer service to respond, if they respond they will ask to you to forward your statement, Even if you have mentioned the transaction ref. In the remarks column at the time of transfer.. And it will delay for another 3 days.. Very poor..service..

One of the finest app on my phone and undoubtedly the most convenient with various functionalities offered. Options like money tracker, rate alerts, the ease to use, zero complexity are something which make the app a top class. And ofcourse, its UAE Exchange.. The name has it all!! I strongly recommend.

I have been using this app for one year back and it was working good. Recent days it doesn't work and not allow me to do a single transaction,whenever I try to make a money transfer one pop up window comes that saying service is temporarily unavailable which I can see more than a month.your efforts will be appreciated if you can rectify this.

Most pathetic app interface major issues 1. For selecting DOB - for my case it was 80 it took 10 mins to scroll.. a simple date entry feature can save so much time 2. After entry app said use existing customer login 3. In the existing customer login it used my mobile number and DOB( which again took 10 mins) and when I entered it showed my right credentials and when I select okay it says invalid phone and I'd.. it took both from it's own data base and is showing this.. not sure who made thi

UAE Exchange app is really good for remitting money to our home country and that too at the best market rate. I have used this app multiple times & saved a substantial amount of money. Its the most convenient & trusted way to transfer money. If case of any transaction failures, the support team is prompt & highly responsive.

Very useful and great service from uae exchange. Saves lot of time and money. Online transfer is very simple and easy if you are using wire. Direct debit option is difficult as it relays on respective bank. Requested to add few more banks to your online banking list. Loved it👌 Thanks UAE Exchange.

This app is actually the reason that pushed me to use another exchange service, the app is very bad. First the app keeps refreshhing Everytime i need to check the rate. It also keeps failing to register (even though am already a UAE exchange user), also why you're saying " enter your customer id" OR the "mobile number/birth date", but you actually need to enter both.

Worst app! I have been trying to send money for 2 days now but it keeps crashing. Customer service hotline is for 'show' as I never got to speak to them due to the long waiting period (more than 15mins). UAE exchange needs to grow with the market and invest properly in technology and manpower to prevent this negative image! Don't download this app unless you want to get high blood pressure

I dont want to give any star to this application. None of their digital service is working correctly. I have tried their website and app both. They should not promote their internet unless they fix the bugs. I dont like the service at all. Bad experience

I started my first transaction few days back still not completed.. Shows under process... While asking customer care they are saying UAE exchange have limitations than other exchanges.. So verification from crediting banks are required and more time needed for transfering the amount. Application dose not have an history check option from which we can take transaction number to track. If you add any account to the application it cannot be removed (why in hell they don't have delete option) . Etc

Bad first time experience. No guidance. Call Centre doesn't pick up. Update after 1 month: One of the most non-intuitive app I have come across. It is strange that even in this age and time developers can be so out of tune with customers and organisation executives who accept this kind of poor products.

From my experience this is a scam. They cancel the transactions making weird reasons and will block the amount you transferred to them. They'll refund it only if you pay them a 'fine' amount for 'their mistake'. It takes 1 to 2 days for them to verify the beneficiary account number which you provide them, and after that they ask you to transfer them the money, then they'll say the number of digits in the beneficiary account number is not correct. On my first transaction they said I should've added a zero in front of the benificiary account number, on my second transaction,they said I shouldn't have been adding any zeros in front of the account number! When they takes 2 days for the account number verification, they clearly knows if there is any issue with the number of digits in account number, but they wont tell you anything and will ask you to transfer them the money. Once they receive the money,they'll start the drama. First time I agreed to pay the fine amount for their mistake, second time I demanded a full refund, initially the customer harassment guy resisted, then he agreed to make full refund as a one time 'favour'. They sent a mail asking for the details of my bank account for making the refund, I provided it in the same day and waited one week. They didn't respond to my emails, and when I called them today, they said my money is blocked because of the 'fine' amount issue, and if I'm ready to pay it, they'll refund it immediately. This is scam and they are frauds.

I updated the app. Now when opening the app it takes me to uninstall page and doesnt open the app. I have tried reinstalling the app twice, still the same. The app doesnt open and automatically asks to uninstall. Old version was so smooth. Plz suggest a way out.

Full of bugs, tiring to follow up with customer service team. Not very clear or showing real interest in solving problem. The app is full of bugs and their system is more than often down.i don't understand the purpose of the app when the customers can not send money through it.

I started my transaction on 26th December and after 12 days it is not credited to the recipient account while the status in application is shown as credited. When I contacted their support they had no idea and later they told me that transaction has been rejected by recipient bank. Still waiting to get my money back and facing problems in getting useful information from their support.

The app is fine. But very poor customer service. They don't respond to the emails. No response to the calls as well. Tried to connect numerous times, but had to wait for ever....Waste of money....

App is okay and easy to use. Slightly difficult to navigate till you get used to it. Can not set your home exchange currency on send menu. it always shows aed to usd. no option to change ot and set it to any onther currency.

Frustrating experience. Once the app directs you to net banking page...it does not redirect to the app after transfer is complete. If you manually close it...it shows failed transaction but your money has already been debited.
