This app is better than its previous one. But there needs to be some changes. Can some change the way the app shows its amount history. I am not able to scroll down and see more than 10 transaction.
This app doesn't work at all. The moment you tap the app icon to launch, it doesn't open only a screen with branding displays. Earlier app was smooth and better. How do i access my gocash card now especially when we are out of UAE and traveling. Not expected from UAExchange.
Crazy app, I wish there was an option for less than 1star, I will advice you downgrade this app because the previous (go cash) was super good compared to this. Such a crazy upgrade, u rather had left the old app cus it worked so smoothly. Imagine this crazy app saying it's not authorized to work in my device, as if there is a special device for the app.
after long suffering from this app and the company itself, I decide to cancel the card, very very bad software, very bad website, the most bad thing here, nobody reply to your request to solve the app that crashing, you told them: not able to open the app, it crashing? they will said: okay, I will guide you, first step: open the app..🤣🤣
I liked the idea but unfortunately for me I was never able to top up the card with this app due to an error saying that another transaction was still in progress, after multiple calls and emails with support I still had the issue, at the end I had to cancel the card.
It always give me error message "this device is not allowed to access UAEX CARDS application " whereas b4 I was using the gocash card smoothly. My device galaxy note 8 Korean version on android 8.0.0 pls can you fix this. Thanks.
I gave 1 star since there is no option for minus 5 stars. Really bad app. I strongly recommend NOT to use it. Tried to transfer from my bank, it did not go through and still have not received my funds back!!! This app is kryptonite. Stay away from it.
Very Useless. I Cannot able to register. Enter your eid and birthday at the end. Go to the nearest branch. That's why called apps so it's easy to use.
The app is useless and is not working in the phone, you should back to old version that was working smoothly without any problem.
I wish I could give a negative rating. This app is extremely bad including backend infrastructure and needs to be withdrawn immediately from playstore. Customers please transfer money at your own risk via app, in my opinion better to go to the exchange and get it done. Waiting for my 5000K USD to still reflect. Will complain to UAE Central Bank in the morning
What happened to this? The app is not working and my card is not functional. It's been 2 weeks and still didn't receive any updates about the new card. Where can we complain about this? Customer care is forever busy can't contact. Please someone save us.
Strange the application does not work at all, only starts with the logo of xchange and does not move. Uninstalled and reinstall again not working. Admistrator to answer reason?
Why is their no transfer option and to Nigeria in this app,I still can get the use of purchasing this card..can't transfer using other apps,can't withraw using other ATMs,not all online purchase are active..I met the staff member he said I need to call the number at back of my card...then I called but nothing seems to be of direct service to me except wasting my credits
I've got my new go cash card. I've called the customer service to activate my card and told me regarding this app. I downloaded it but why I can't log in, when I am putting my eid number and dob it's says "Both ID & DOB are mandatory.. I can't understand why I know I've type the right eid number and dob still I can't logged in... is there anybody can solve the issue??
My Gocash card suddenly got Invalid, refund was suppose to come into my card but its invalid. Tried calling customer care, was on the line for more than hour. Tried login into this app but no success. I am not sure what to do now.
I don't know why you guys moved from a helpful app to a useless one... I was struggling to top up the card for 1 week. I can't cross the welcome page. I will rate you 1/2 star

at the moment it is not working I don't know why. Before it was perfect but now, zero. can't log in, even cant see the App face where we can put username or code.
Cannot get it to work. The previous app, GoCash worked fine but I can't get this one off the ground. It would be nice if I didn't have to get carpal tunnel trying to enter my date of birth.
They have never worked well, the staff is very not friendly, and customers service is not good and not friendly, always they have system issue, I stock outside country with no money coz of them system is always not working.
1. the application has limited no. of banks 2. i tried to search for my bank name, i didnt' find it. cancelled the transaction and logged out, still the seach sign is showing in my phone screen.
this app is useless waste of data and time. after downloading u can open and there is absolutely nothing, after enquiries at uae exchange they keep insisting that it works which is a lie. mu time gone for nothing
The old app works well on my phone,but after downloading the new one its showing it's not compatible on my Samsung s8 plus...
Worst App as far as reviews go, didn't resolve there app stuck app who knows for how many weeks. I had check my balance of my account by Recharging my phone in order to get sms from Go Cash about transaction.
Worst application ever. I have no idea why they decided to replace the earlier application, which was at least working, with such useless alternative.

This app keeps crashing and fails to open each time i install it. Try to fix it
Offerings are good but app is worst. Server is mostly down or will give message that you aren't online. In such a case your wallet to wallet will be processed as many times you retry clicking on error message, funny isn't? They couldn't change email on file even for which I had to walk to the branch twice and they confirmed the change.Their whole software side is flawed as it seems and you can expect something can go wrong when you are travelling and having cash in the card trusting it will work
