UAE PASS

Good idea, however the date select screen for date of birth only allows you to adjust by 1 month at a time. I was born in 1966, so has to hit the back arrow over 600 times! Need a multiple drop down select by year, month and day.

One of the smartest government initiatives ever! Works very well on all platforms and is a breeze to use once you are setup and validated! And thank you for permitting multiple devices to authenticate from!

Not working! Worst app. When i create my pin the result Is YOUR DEVICE IS NOT SUPPORTED BY UAE PASS!!! So i need to buy the new phone just for this UAE PASS! Please do something to this app. Some one need this app. Urgently

Every time I download the app and make a recovery then I close the app. The app doesn't open anymore It hang. So everytime I need to use the app I have remove it and reinstall it again

I downloaded the app last week after be sent OTP on my email address correctly fill it in was told the OTP is incorrect just to log in is a big problem. Please need help seriously

I have emailed them thrice regarding not able to log in but they don't respond at all. Not good experience.

Tried installing it on 4 different Note 9. On 2 of them, the app won't launch at all. On the other 2, I'm presented with a black screen when I need to scan my ID. I really tried. I tried giving it all permissions. I tried restarting. I tried clearing cache and data. I tried reinstalling. This isn't usable, at all. I can confidently say I've never seen an app fail so spectacularly. I expect better from an official Emirates app.

Doesn't work on my friend's iphone. Barely works on my Xiaomi Phone. I have to do everything 3 times for it to work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program 4 times to get verified. It was hell.

Not working on Android 11. Cannot open notifications to authenticate login. Update 2022: My phone broke down. Kept failing to set up in new phone despite succesful facial validation.

it is amazing. it is a key to every app. I used it to open etisalat, Du, ICP, Dubai Police and many other apps. I do not have to create separate accounts in these apps. Thank you very much.

The application it's not working I cannot press Confirm or cancel so I tried to Uninstall and then install it again but now I cannot press Arabic or English . I cannot press the buttons on the screen either Arabic or English or previously confirm or cancel I cannot press any button at all only in this application Is there any problem with the new updates of the application?

I have been taking picture for face recognition for the past half an hour and at the end i have to adjust and upgrade failed like what do i have to do more than not smiling and adjusting myself and the room light 😅

Am not able to login, hence am not in uae now.. I need to get my updated vaccination certificate with barcode readable. How can I get it without Emirates id and uae mobile phone number Kindly advise please

Pointless piece of software. Just makes everything more complicated. In order to be used, you have to go to a kiosk, even though you have to scan your EID to log on the app. Not to mention that there are absolutely no kiosks in the marina/media city area... waste of everyone's time.

the application didnot accept the otp passward though I tried severl times from smsung mobile even I tried from another mobile , same problem telling wrong password any solution?

App is very very slow When trying to log in, it takes a good 30 seconds from opening saying 'authenticating', and that's just to bring up a fingerprint authentication option. Then, often it will simply say 'Cannot complete authentication'. With a login like this, the app is unusable. Come on guys, you must do better!

If you're looking for an app that doesn't work 100% of the time, this is for you Logs me out always, I have to resubmit every time my number and email for OTP. And then when I try to use the app to log into DEWA, it doesn't accept my pin. Or even my fingerprint!! Amazing considering it's supposed to be used across multiple government portals for important stuff like EID and bill payments

I'm using Google Pixel 2 XL and this app doesn't launch after installing. I restarted my phone I've cleared cache and data. I tried reinstalling. Apart from that, I tried installing from 3rd party application, and there's no difference. I've never expected this from a government based app. I hope you'll sort it out ASAP.

Good app. Though sometimes unstable and would result in a mess when verifying.

The app isnt syned with other government portal which makes it super difficult to use. I was trying to pay the abudhabi fines and directed to uae pass, but errors after errors. I'm not technical guy but someone has to fix this and not just send us automated message to email etc. Also the developer needs to fix bugs. For me it's not at all useful and seems like someone just made this app for fun but with no idea of solving people's problems. I still have faith so let's see if miraculously calls

Fails to be used as log in service app. Other gov apps try to pull data/confirmation from UAE pass app but when I use correct credentials such as pin or fingerprint, the app tells me they're wrong. I tried the same credentials on UAE pass by itself and it worked. So strange. I tried reinstalling the app, updating it, and resetting my credentials, but the problem persists. And due to this, the app is useless.

Poor performance. Tried loading to my Samsung phone it did send the ONE TIME PASS somehow, the system does not allow the applicant to enter the code into the system. I am using non Emirate phone provider from the USA. Does it matter ? Please have a good IT person to look into this ASAP. It is very frustrating situation.

In order for me to apply for jobs in a few government websites, I am required to have a UAE PASS. Now please explain to me how can I access UAE PASS when every time I try, there is a new problem. This time, I have a new phone, and whenever I try to login and register my device by entering the OTPs sent by SMS and email, I get stuck at the pin page "can't create verified identity". I can't access my own account. Please resolve this ASAP.

Registration process is quite easy and fast. I am surprised to find that there is no log out option for the app and it stays open just like your social media apps which. I think it's quite risky for the app to be open once somebody has access to your phone even through there are other validations for signing as somebody can access your EID and Visa info. Hope the developer will fix it on priority.

If someone ever asked me 'what was the worst thing that you had to deal with in your whole entire life?' I would respond : UAE PASS. FYI: mobile apps are supposed to make peoples lives easier. The problem is, this keeps happeninv every year! I am supposed to move out to another rental apartment within few weeks!!! and due to this app error, I am unable to complete the requirement for my contract!!!! Find some real tech-professionals to fix it. Terrible experience, not even one star.

One of the worst thing you could do is to annoy the user again and again. Why do I have to enter the correcr OTP and again it says incorrect.

Quite possibly the worst app ever created. I echoe every point raised by everyone regarding the process of set up and failure of registration. All we get from the call centre provided is that they will do everything they can to make it better. However, why even launch an app when it is in such a state, did they even have a test run? Very disappointing and concerning in the management overseeing this new enhancement going forward. Shame bells, shame bells.

This is an amazing app. Other than the logo animation when it starts up, nothing else works. i am yet to find another app on android which is as unworkable as this one. Well done, team. Update: So the official response is that my device running Android 10 is not compatible where Google store says that my device is compatible.

This app does not work on Samsung Galaxy Note 4. I wrote a review here. The publisher then replied me with an official email where to send my ideas, complaints. I sent an email to them, asking which phones the app was compatible with, but surprisingly they have refused to reply me. They are not in a hurry to help at all.
