Installed latest update and now the app we won't even open.
Had no troubles till last update (version 21.1.50). Now it just informs me that the app is experiencing issues & to check my network settings. Un- & re-installed it multiple times no avail. Currently utterly useless & highly frustrating, to say the least!!! Someone please fix this asap!!!
Suddenly getting a random message "the app's security policies do not allow automated click programs" and something about USB debugging not being allowed. This needs to be fixed asap
I've been happy with it, but I upgraded my phone to the Samsung 22 ultra and now the app wont work at all.
I am able to log into the app, but as soon as i get in it immediately shuts off. A window pops up saying app not responding.
Mobile check depositing would be nice. Or to actually be able to see statements. But it works alright for what it is.
Everything was fine till this last update and now it won't load correctly. Keep get error message, contact administrator. Please fix!!!!!
Not as many options as experienced with other banking apps for self service and account information but they are making improvements.
Love it up until it asks for my password. That's kinda why I set the app to unlock via finger print.

This sucks because there is no way to recover account from old devices And turn off app on old phones

Since the latest update, I can not use the app with my Android!! I had to call the bank office justvto find that much out!! Why have an app that will only work with an iPhone?? I haven't been able to access my acct for over 3 months if not longer!! How much longer?!? I've had my acct with y'all 14yrs. If this isn't fixed soon, I'm closing my acct. I don't want to but come on!! Not a happy customer!! 😕🤬
