Slow and cumbersome. Two minutes to load up to enable you to clock in. Difficult to use, no better than the website. Will revert to website for ease of functionality. No facility to retrospectively change department and review/ammend job allocation based on clock times being compromised due to app performance. App could definitely be better.
Frozen on opening screen for 11 minutes before I had to reboot and retry. Same result. It's not my phone as settings etc haven't changed from last time uattend worked. Get it sorted.
The app had a bad habit of losing my punches and running at least 2 minutes fast, but now it does not function at all. I have tried reinstalling, but the app always freezes immediately after entering my company code. Now it stays frozen on the logo page at startup and never loads.
Not a very good app. Crashes often, I'm forced to take a break of an hour any time I clock out. But we only take 30 minute lunches. No options for me to adjust that. If I punch out using the punch out feature still required to wait an hour. Well this makes my time inaccurate and causing more work for those I'm employed by. If i didn't have to i wouldn't use this app. Not good at all.
The app was good once then it was updated at had been rubbish ever since. Constantly logs me out despite having selected the 'keep me logged in' option, which then leaves me having to enter my company ID code, username and password. Start up time for the app to actually be functional is anywhere between 10 seconds to 5 minutes. Absolute rubbish
Tried downloading it and it won't run on the Android system. Keeps locking in the loading screen. Very frustrating and poorly managed.
Very slow app , takes about 2-4 minutes to get to where i can punch in or out , making me extend how long my phone screen stays on and wasting alot of battery power but no choice but to use it with my employer . And the add notes option should be available during shift . our company uses that alot and theres only a tiny window of time to touch the button for it .Meaning when i punch i have to stare at my phone for 3 minutes straight minimum.If people werent forced this app would not be here
This is quite honestly the most buggy app I've ever used. It only works about 10% of the time (not an underestimation). For a service we rely on for reimbursement, it's very sad. The crashing and freezing needs to be fixed, I'm tired of having to email my hours everyday.
New update version takes forever to load when starting up. Every other time I open it, it just gives me a black screen and it takes 3-4 more times closing and restarting the app before I can clock in. So it looks like I'm late to work!
It was a good app, but the latest update has almost made it unusable. Sometimes I have to restart the app numerous times before it will log in. When it does log in on the first try, it takes upwards of 30 seconds to a minute to log in. It also logs me out for no reason.
Sometimes when clocking out, it appears as though you have but if you look back later, it's disappeared. Also, it takes the app approx 30secs or more to open. Sometimes you just get a black screen.
Since the recent update we can no longer access the app on our Ipad. I went and bought a brand new Lenovo tablet and same issue. The app is not compatible with the Lenovo tablet even though it has IOS version 8.1. Still paying for a service that we cant use. Not very happy.
Ever since the update, a few weeks ago, it's been a mess. The app won't open, it freezes, I've even had to uninstall it multiple times so it can react and I can punch in/out/lunch.
Clocking in or out on time is virtually impossible! Since I'm working from home, this app is crucial. There have been quite a few instances where I've tried to punch in or out and received a message saying I have to wait one minute from the current time to do so. I wait and try again and I get the same message until finally, it accepts the punch. I had to justify a 15 minute deficit in my time card just do I could get paid. Please fix this!
This app is absolute garbage. It usually takes anywhere from 2-3 minutes to load, and then will freeze on you. I have to use it to clock in and out of work, so I use it multiple times a day and it is always the biggest pain. If it were up to me, we would use a different system just to avoid using this app.
Awful. Worked fine the first few days, now it freezes my phone almost every time I punch in/out. I have to force a restart on the phone to get the app to work for one punch. This is the only app on my phone that causes problems like this.
Trash app. Who developed this ? It is absolute trash. I save my log in , it deletes my info. I call they say I have the wrong password, we reset the password and the next day I'm locked out again. Add to it you need the app and still have to go to the site for vacation requests etc. I mean , shouldn't it be available in one place? I refuse to use the app and my employer can take the issue to the horrible customer service team at Uattend. Hire professionals and get it together please.
Most of the time it takes about a 2 minutes to load the app and finally to be able to punch in. The app is very laggy and very often disconnect from your login. Just have used to work great but after all the update they just got worse and worse.
Tremendously garbage app that one of my jobs uses. All my co-workers complain about this app. I have gotten in to the foolish habit of hitting the app 10 min before just so it could be on and work properly, and it still freezes....NO STARS but had to hit 1 so i could post!!!
The recent update has completely ruined the app. It logges me out and remains stuck on loading when trying to log back in. Also it doesnt show the text that I'm typing into forms. You have destroyed the app.
I need to use this app for work, and it's literally the biggest pain in a$$ ever it only works once (very slowly and with many retry's) and after that it won't load again I have to uninstall the app and then reinstall the app and then sign in all over again to punch in and out every single day, so basically I have to delete and reinstall and sign in twice a day pain in the neck PLEASE FIX ASAP
It has a tendency to round up and rounds down... Can be annoying. Exact time when clocking in and out is better.
PRIVACY CONCERNS WITH UPDATE. They want access to the contents of your phone and SD card along with other important functions. Even if you can shut them off the fact that they would try this is questionable. Why do you need the permissions all of a sudden?
When it updated it took all my log in info with it. Before I could stay logged in. Now I have to put the company I'd and all my personal info in each time!! I have also been clocking in and when I go to clock out I'm not clocked in at all. It's very annoying please fix this!!!
Freezes regularly. Doesn't register punch in/ out on occasion. Web page is even worse. Easier to use desktop site on a phone than mobile site.
I recently had to keep inputting the co code over the last several weeks co has to input now last night you update yet again and can't get back in unless I have my admin input code!!! So frustrating 👎 you also used to show company logo at top no longer since the last update beginning of this month no idea at the moment if you changed this cause I can't get in since update last night
I've been using the app for about a year or so, and before the upgrade it work great, after that it has been super slow on my end. Ut takes approx 2 minutes to finally let me clock in and out, sometimes even longer and it stays on a dark screen for the longest. Other than that it's good.
