UB Mobi

This is the worst banking app I have ever used. It is not clear what is going on. Multiple things are pending for an extended period of time, then they disappear for no explained reason. Half the time the app wont open or stops responding. I'm looking into changing banks! Between the new debit card not being accepted at multiple local locations, to not being able to see a clear record, I'm done.

The images in the background are very annoying and distracting, people want a good clear, usable app not pretty backgrounds in the working area. At least give an option to turn this off. This App is so freaking slow as well its ridiculous.

Three stars, half rating since the app works about half the time. Constantly have error messages, connectivity issues & only with this app, all other apps work & connect fine. This is very frustrating especially when I need it to work.

App sucks. Too many things do not function correctly or reliably. The people you have to call every time to fix everything are nice. I ultimately left UB because of this horrible app.

Down loaded this App to keep from going to bank due to Covid. App never works correctly and always has connection issue. Lets not get into details about the 1 star United Bank deserves about their banking policies anyways. Shouldn't of been shocked that the app is run as terrible as the bank.

Sometimes can't access - says error occurred. Not accurate information. The date shown is the date it "clears" not the actual date of purchase. Dislike!

I'm new to the app so I haven't tried everything but so far it's easy and convenient.

Very easy to check account balance,deposit checks and also take care of most of your banking needs

Terrible! Always an issue logging in or tells me that I don't have adequate internet service!

I don't like the fact that it takes so long to pay the bill. Sometimes a week later.i like to know why???

I've been using the app long before the transition.

For a "smaller" bank they have outperformed all the big banks I've ever used. Thank you United Bank!
