This app is quickly becoming useless. How can I have money trapped in my account and I can't do any transfers because the app keeps popping-up errors like: "Request delay", "You're signed-in from another device", "It looks like there are too many attempts from you", etc; all within split-seconds of trying to do a transfer. How can all those issues be happening almost at the same time and within the same sign-in session? You have to try repeatedly, praying while you do, otherwise...

A year after, nothing has improved. Still a very unreliable app to use for quick transfers. Getting through to transaction history remains hectic as always. This app is just basic to say the least. Nothing serious to give you a mobile banking experience. It's almost impossible to trace previous transactions in cases where I need to reconcile my spending for a particular month. That should not be a thing I should have to visit the banking hall for. Quite unimpressive and frustrating.

If you're using this app to receive money, you'll end up being frustrated because it won't reflect until after some time. If it's a big sum, it could take hours before it'll reflect on your account. And it's funny that even after getting a credit alert with the app transaction history showing the transaction, it still won't reflect on the account dashboard. It's really frustrating. If you need urgent money, I won't advice you to use this. I hope they fix it.

It's quite frustrating to use. I tried to log in on my new device and now both my new and old device are restricted from making trandfers. Not to mention, adding a Domiciallry account to the app was a huge struggle. This honestly deserves a zero star rating. Even their customer care service is completely useless. Nothing but ads and bad music for 30 minutes, while my airtime was wasting. I didn't get to speak to a customer care rep in the end.

The app carries out some of it's functions flawlessly but when it comes to useablity(if this is a word), it's just the worst,you go to certain pages in the app and the back button never seem to work, I find it hard to logde some certain complaints on the app. The developers have a lot of work to do in the app, it feels half baked...😩

The app is excellent. There is a bit problem, I tried to open an account through the app, and am receiving a system message that I have created an account, which of course I haven't finished setting up my account. So, there should be a way to ask someone if the want to edit their account, incase they have tried once in registering.

Great app. Finer than previous one... But, * It delays a lot. The previous version were faster in response. * I can't check transaction history from Jan. It will be nice if you can add a search engine, so that one can easily search out a particular transaction. * I've tried adding a prepaid card so as to be able to make transactions within the app, but it would not, even at the bank, the front desk officials could not fix it. The 3 issues I've mentioned made it 2 star rating from my angle.

This new version is whack! In fact, it gives a big problem when I want to sign in to use the app, it keeps giving me some silly messages. Even when I finally login, before it goes through the message keeps popping up and the transaction won't go through. Abeg! Improve on the new version or you take us to the old version because I don't see any difference in the new version, only the interface...the new version is so frustrating sometimes...most times sef!

The worst bank app ever!! There's always a system message saying in their words "your request is taking longer than usual". As in all the time!! You can't do transactions without receiving the message above over 5 times (no exaggeration). It's so frustrating!! It's unreliable and will fail you when you need it. Only using it because there's no option.

A good app, generally speaking, but with a few glitches. For instance, sometimes you carry out a cash transfer, and the cash neither gets to the intended destination nor reverses back to your account. Again, sometimes, the app just won't connect to the bank's network, and this could go on for several hours.

App was fine before this update. The UI/UX doesn't work well, too much space wasted on sub-menus that I've never had to use. Rather, the functionality I have the app for (98% Transfers) is relegated to a difficult-to-understand format. Please roll back to the previous app version. This current one does little more than look flashy. Also get rid of the 'How may we serve you' extra step. It's a genuine waste of code. You already, had that feature on the landing page post-login

I have had major problems with this app in the past (delayed transactions with unclear statuses, confusing and slow "loading" UI, customer care chat service operators responding too late, etc.), but I have noticed that it is gradually getting better. Some of these issues still occur occasionally but they're a lot less frequent now. Please keep improving.

I initially gave the app excellent but it's quite unfortunately that i am going to have to give you what is worse than 1 (if the option exist). Ever since i updated the app, i have not been able to make any transaction, it just keeps saying that account number and bank aren't a match (something that has always been in my beneficiary list) and for transfer to other to other UBA accounts, it keeps saying that user's account is currently frozen, inactive or dormant. Really!!!! UBA really!!!!! like for real!!!!

Not user friendly. It's a pain to log in as a first time user especially when you are outside the country. I am amazed with the customer service and their level of assistance or should i say non assistance. Should improve customer onboarding experience. Your banking app should be a blend of security and ease of banking. First impressions last the longest.

Hello. You really need to work on the banking app. It is frustratingly slow in opening and not due to network, as other banking apps open with the same network on the same phone. You do a transaction and balance will be showing unavailable for a long time. It's all a turn off. You should work on it ASAP before you begin to lose customers to other better banks.

The app is so slow now and when I try to share my transaction receipts it doesn't work at all. The slowness of the app can cause you to repeat transfers because you thought the first one didn't go through. Please fix these things. The app was good before. Edit: Also pls add a feature that notifies you when you're about to make a double transfer.

Transaction receipt doesn't show receiver's account name. This is more important on the receipt than the sender's account number. I just noticed that my UBA mobile app linked to the same account profile can work on two different devices. This is not SAFE at all. It means the app is porous, not so secured and can easily be compromised at the slightest lapse on the part of the user. Having it work on one device gives the user a certain degree of security should anything happens.

For about a month now, I've been able to make successfully use the app for transaction. It has been showing "balance unavailable". I thought it was network issue at first but still persists up till now. This has crippled my activities recently. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, even installed different UBA apps but realized that all have their specific uses. I had to wake up this midnight where traffic in the network will be to try again, still unsuccessful. I'm not happy about this.

This is my most used App. The interface is easy to operate, the graphics is beautiful too. It's a very safe and secured bank application. It doesn't waste time except if your internet is not fine. I have never had any issue like incomplete transaction or hanging of money with this app. Although, there are still room for development particularly in bill payments.

I love the design. It's really appealing. The upgrade is also work perfectly well. Connection speed is superb. But there's only one thing missing and that is card services. There should be an option for card management where one can turn off and on card services, such as POS, ONLINE and ATM. with this option, cards are more safe. For instance, if you turn off card completely (off atm), even if the card is stolen, it will be useless unless you turned it on. Pls you guys should do this for safety

App is pretty good. Glad to see you fixed the beneficiary issue i had the last time. The only issue I have with the app now is it doesn't save the details in the "pay bills" section even when you tick the save details box. One has to always look for the details to pay for internet and dish services which is an inconvenience because its something you use regularly. Please fix that.

Good interface and was working fine initially until lately. If I want to make a transfer, after keying in the bank account details and my pin, next message I will see is that the acct no and name do not match. This I have tried severally with different acct and some of the acct I have made a transfer to before using the same app. I just don't understand and it's frustrating. Until that is fixed, I give 2 stars.

Terrible app. What's the need upgrading an app just to make it very ineffective. Have to wait for an hour after any transfer before the recipient gets alert. Tried it on my other accounts and it's the same. The old version didn't give any of such issue. Currently sitting and waiting for a delivery of transfer I made since. It not helping the confidence we have with UBA. How can I get the old version back

Fast and easy,the ease of transaction and interactions are seamless. On the other hand there is often a lag in updating of account balance especially when funds are transferred outward to other banks. The SMS notification do not tally with the balance on the app. Costmer care response is also good but could be better.

Using this app has been the most frustrating thing I've ever experienced while using a phone. Takes ages to login, almost never performs any transaction(especially transfers). I'm always getting a pop up that reads 'the action is taking too long to respond'. I used to enjoy using this app in the past but it seems it has outlived its relevance. Fix up or take it down.

UBA banking app used to be the best since I started using it in 2016 but I don't know what happened this year and it started frustrating me, including other banking services. I receive both debit and credit alert very late, I get debited without them making my transfer and get my refund after over a month of endless complaints. I don't know what happened but it started way before the lockdown and I don't know if they'll get better.

Honestly, am disappointed with your APP,. not my relaible app and I can't trust it whenever I need to do a transaction. A freaking message of "transaction is taking longer keeps appearing". after transfer, the balance is not updated immediately. I have several other Bank apps on my phone and I can rely on them. I still come here once in a while to see if anything has changed or improved. Unfortunately I keep getting disappointed. The dispute resolution aspect is the most appalling and annoying.
