Its little bit difficult to open other accounts and to buy airtime
It's inconvenient that I have to go to the branch to register for cellphone and online banking, I live really far from the branch and I fail to understand why we can't be assisted telephonically🙄

The bank with the worst customer service care ever. The staff is only friendly to popular customers. It's a pity I had to go to the branch to activate the app. When I got there I was told to bring proof of address. You could see that the lady was not ready to help me. And still today the app is not activated. How do you bring proof of address when you already have an account? I'm not happy with their services at all. I'm thinking of switching banks.
