The navigation is ok, but a bit complicated and not so intuitive. Some options does not seem to be at the right place. Easy payments, clear statements and fast payments between own accounts. The fingerprint log in doesn't need to have the login button as first step, it could start automatically as it is easier for the user.

Once again, after the last update, the app stopped working. Also, tried contacting customer support and the service seems to be unavailable.

Very good application and features. The only thing I am missing is the possibility to receive and pay taxes (duty on vehicles, property, waste)

It sais "there is an important update, please update now" but there is no update in the Play store, this is a banking app not some music player. Preventing me to access my banking because of an imaginary update is stupid and irresponsible

Super annoying Google Pay pop up. Change this behavior and I might change my rating.

Awful app. It used to be one of the better ones and I was actually happy with its functionality, until they added the pop-up that prompts you to connect this app to your Google Pay account. It loads up with a delay, and today it finally did just as I was tapping "enter", so I accidentally connected it to one of my many google accounts. There's no option from within this app to disable that option. I would not recommend this app, and in 2021, a bank without an app is virtually useless.

The app is useless to me, as it doesn't show me my credit. Sure, I'm a co-creditor and not the primary name, but I am 100% responsible if the main creditor delays a payment or stops paying. I should be able to see the status of all payments on this credit in my profile, instead I see a message "you have no credits".

The application doesn't work at all. I have it from 2 days and cannot click the button "CONTINUE" whhen I try to transfer money to other account. No error message, nothing. I will consider to take everything I have there and put it in another bank. Very bad functionality of the application. Sad, that there is NOT an option to give negative feedback. :/

Almost useless! Shows you only current payments (not all), you cant go back (lets say 3 months), it deletes incoming transfers(even for the current period), nothing comparing to computer version. Period! Fix that!

The previous update caused some login issues but the developers were quite fast to fix it. Now I only wish there was an option to see the sum of the outgoing / incoming transactions in the app like it is in the web version.

How can a modern banking app cannot have simple push notifications for anything, related to the bank account? Like information for completed transactions, new utility bills, etc. And why the initial authentication is so horribly slow every single time?

Does not work at all!. I've been trying to become a UBB client for last few weeks and everytime when I have to synchronise the information entered with Eurortust I keep receiving a message " UBB mobile is not working properly right now, please try again later" This later never came and I gave up. My father had the same problem with his UBB mobile app, which was solved after the visit in a branch. Why we have to have an app which is useless.

Crashes often ever since the last three updates either in working mode or in the background. It is also loading slower compared to the earliest versions of the app.

Used to work fine until last update. Now cannot use it at all. Can you fix it asap samsung a50 phone. Changed my rating to 1 star from 2 stars because the app is still not working. Not tested properly judging by the number of complaints.

Keeps crashing in the home screen since 2 weeks, takes way too long to fix it!!!!! Fix it, or put the old version back!!

Great app for english living in bg, however i still dont have the option to add a debit card, even the bank couldnt understand why i didnt have the option. Update, went to the Vrasta branch today, and found an English speaking woman who arranged a card and helped with other things. Better and faster than my English Bank account in the UK. Thank you

There are almost hundred apps on my phone, but only this one doesn't work, so I'm upset when support guess the problem was in my phone. The app is Installed, but cannot be started. I see just a blurted background picture.

Terrible app. It is not working at all. Ive contacted their customer service. They couldn't solve the issue. Absolutely useless

The app was great, but after the update keeps crashing, can't even open it. I have uninstaled and installed it again...nothing still crashing

Since the new version released on 16 July 2020 I cannot open the app as it crashes the moment you login .please fix the bug .how can you release an app when it fails to open ?it's very unprofessional .PLEASE FIX THE BUG

I can't even log anymore in the app , was working good at first but not anymore . It doesn't even pop up the log in screen when I open it for the pass 1 week ......

I wish the app gave me the option to use pin as an alternative method for authentication when the fingerprint option is enabled but my fingers are dirty. Otherwise it's a decent banking app.

There is limited information that you can find in the App. The process of changing the pin is not working every time so you need to do it few times to be sure.

Remove the manual entry of the verification codes and the app will be very good.

Since the new version i cannot access the app. Cannot make any transaction or even see my account. A shame.

By far the best banking app provided by a traditional bank on the Bulgarian market.

The app needs a dark mode. And also concider adding a notification feature whenever funds get into our accounts.
