I don't like to give even 1 star. I had terrible stomach pain and dysentery. So I booked uber auto to go to my office. But auto isn't allowed inside. Soon the auto driver ended the ride and said the cost for total distance. But I was dropped in the middle. Half distance was only covered and rest half is not covered. But why I have to pay full amount. There is no option to opt for returning amount in uber app. Return the money please.
safe and convenient. But, in recent times it's not comfortable. The auto/cab drivers keep on canceling the bookings, which tells on our valuable time. Most of the auto's come with different number plates than, what shown in the app.it's time to discipline the procedure.
Day by day, service getting worst. When you can't able to get cab or whatever even at double cost in main metro city main area then can't imagine!!! Success rate for getting Uber cab for your destination is 10% rest 90% cancelled the booking due to no suitable location for cab driver (except railway and airport)!
Totally waste of time and harrasment. Tried booking a bike ride for 2-3 km. Driver calls and asks whats the amount, then they say they are coming and reject the ride after cutting the call. I am uninstalling this useless app. Sometimes drivers ask to cancel the ride in app and pay in cash. This is the worst app for car bike services.
The drivers in delhi area are really really negligent people. I had this driver who did not cancel the ride himself but didnt wanted to complete the ride as well. He wanted me to cancel but i did not. Eventually he pressed the complete ride option from his phone but i did not travel with him at all. I now have a balance of Rs. 118. Moreover there is no facility to complain about such things in the app. Please take strict action against the driver or i will initiate legal action.
Don't have cancel reason. Some drivers don't come to the spot, even they don't cancel the trip. After that passengers have to cancel the trip forcefully for calling next trip. And Uber takes a cancellation charge from passenger.It's a trap by Uber.
Uber bra, like you're debitting from my account twice for each trip and there is a trip this morning that never even happened because I canceled while I was trying to figure out if the app works as expected and R138.00 was just taken. Please explain yourself. I loved this app before but now it's a love / hate situation. Fix it!
The driver always randomly cancels the ride without any reason and we're not even informed what really was the issue with cancelling. App is getting worse.
Goes to Eternity in finding u a Cab & then reflects "Sorry"!!!!!! Well Can't understand what's the point of making people stay with messages like" It seems a busy day!!"No actually you are fooling customers & wasting their time instead of doing plain speaking as to no Uber Auto is Interested in picking U up...Wud U try UberGo instead .?.. Worst services. Drivers seem to call and ask you for your location and the fare and then they'd cancel. I waited for so long just to get a ride and I yet didn't get any.
One of the Worst apps. Most of the drivers are cancelling our trips on their own. I won't use this Weird app again.
It is a worst app even it cannot detect an OTP sent by it.how far the technical people has not aware of this small but stupid issue.Otp won't come for a long time Now they disabled the my account
I'm a first time user. It's Very convenient, safe and with professional, friendly drivers so far.( Wish the fee for short distance would be a little more cost effective though). The lite version doesn't allow you to edit or change the payment option once chosen and I was only asked to rate the drive a day later. Also one cannot pre-schedule a ride for later in the day. (unless I'm missing something) Other than that I am happy the app doesn't take up much data.
Most of the trips cancelled by the uber auto/car drivers pn their own interest and i suffered lot. This may be rectified.
While booking on the mobile less amount and while getting down from the rickshaw the amount is different and very high not happy charging extra
Giving it 5star just to let you know i have already made the ride cancellation paymet which was not actually cancelled by me 4-5 times but still always show as balance and will show you 100 rupees at the time of booking and on arrival driver will show you 205 this scenario always happens with me this is so bad
Great app. My only issue is that sometimes it will pick a driver who's far away from your location or caught up in thick traffic . So the driver will request you to cancel, but the app doesn't seem to offer a means for you to record that. So you end up being charged a fine, effectively, during your next ride, for reasons beyond your control.
This app often fails to properly sync with rider app and causes financial loss with lack of good will of the uber authority to refund or compensate
Service when you have boarded a car is excellent. But the real problem is getting the car after booking. cancellation by the driver, long waiting than actual waiting time shown and location of pick-up point . Drivers complain that they had reached the the pick-up as shown in their map. I do not know which map is correct, map of driver or one who has booked it. One more thing I have observed that the route given in the map to reach destination is sometimes not a straight route. Reason I do not know but fare calculated according to distance in Km. will be more if you go round. I expect that driver should have good knowledge of streets and lane particularly in old city like Kolkata otherwise sometimes problem crop up. Thanks for the service provided to old people like me.
Its good. But it þakws extra charges more than the total amount to be paid.. I wanna complain.

Why is there no way to add amazon wallet? Lite version shouldn't compromise with Payment methods
Have now used this app and Uber twice just a great experience, easy, quick and on time 👌👍
It doesn't work in times of need at all neither does the website and other app does...
Very good but the airport terminal 2 area the authorities should allow them pick passengers at the designated bus stops because is creating serious inconveniences
I use this app. I booked my ride 296 Rs and after completing my ride in my app show me 370 Rs and I pay it. The booking time amount is different.
Good but sometimes we need auto so please increase Auto Service and some drivers talk very rude
I understand that it gets the job done, but I think it's missing a key feature which is to add multiple trips like the main Uber app. I just needed to pick up something at the pharmacy and back, which would cost me the price of 1 trip with the main app. With Uber lite I couldn't and would have to pay for 2 trips. I installed the main app and paid less... Multiple trips are needed here
The App sometimes responds very slowly. It works well on Broadband connections. But when we go out and use the Mobile data, it responds slowly. Some drivers, after ascertaining the destination, cancel the trip, thus making us wait longer to get a booking. Please improve the system and the App. Thanks and regards.
This is single-handedly the one of best app I have ever downloaded. Load in, choose a drop off location, pick your vehicle type and you're off. The default payment method also set to cash which just adds to the convenience. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone who infrequently grabs a cab and doesn't want a large app with an account setup. In my year+ of usage, (aside from driver problems common to the main Uber app too) the app has run perfectly and gotten my location perfect every single time.
