When I am trying to open fleet aap then showing version got old and redirecting to the update page and when I am clicking on update then it's redirecting to the play Store. But in Play Store I cannot find any update and it's showing open app. Again while opening getting the same process. Please give me the solution. Thank you

The app will not let me add drivers. I've tried and tried and it keeps saying "error try back again later"...I've tried for 8 months now. Really hurting my business here. I have 3 cars in my fleet yet I'm the only one that can drive them. Your app will not let me add other uber drivers whatsoever

After updating worst experience problem is add driver option remove. Bad application

Since last 2 week my fleet app not showing number of trips and earning. I called to the customer care and he said its technical problem facing by uber. When uber will resolve this for me. From customer care side answer is not sutisfactory. Please revert me back, this issue giving me problem to calculate my earning. Payment is not showing saying retry, what is wrong with app? Please fix it soon. I am not able to see payment details. Payment option is not opening for last two weeks. Work on it.

Very poor fleet application working. As I'm trying to see the payment details from back weak ,it will be shown something went wrong please try again.. how much time it will take to show the payment information...

I am attached to Uber fleet app since January but is unable to call customer care and does not show promotions in my app but my driver can see promotion in their app... Please help

The latest app is extremely bad the UI is just not suitable for mobile. Going into payments to know cash collection on a day is a tedious job and the cash collection shown us not accurate for instance for today it is showing 1433 and when I manually calculated it came out to be 1600+. Can you imagine if it keeps happening there is a high chance I lose money

The fleet app pops up and says update, when i click update it goes to the previous option of update. Even tried uninstalling and downloading the latest version and it still doesn't work. Unreal.. Can't manage my fleet like this.

Need more older car so the waiting time can go down to 1 minute. Most customers prefer cars older than year 2000 models. They don't need the latest and greatest. Make it easy for drivers to sign up. Passengers just want clean cars with faster pick up time. Make the car buy investment so cheap that everyone can join uber. Need that 24/7 reliability with great speed. Car models after 2000s are okay for that

The new CEO f**ked the drivers in every possible way. They take an average of 38% from drivers, removed every help option for passenger related trips, did away with all worthwhile promotions, removed all the discounts that were given the drivers such as car maintenance and phone plans, and removed the option to give feedback due to all the negative responses they were receiving because of all the heinous things that they have done. I strongly recommend everyone to use alternate services.

This app its good but in there lots of features need to be add which is important to make this uber fleet a perfect app for every thing a owner need like all trips km ,current trip details, and its not shows the exact live trips its a slow app and its also not shows the incentive slap of drivers. Uber should have all this features its a American based company its still its not good enough alot of this need to upgarde . Thank you

Even after I have updated documents in account for my vehicle. It's still not showing up to select and drive. No direct phone support also aren't available in the app. Don't ask me to visit your local area office as I am staying far away. I can't travel to your local office every now and then. Look into the matter at your earliest.

There is a major bug in this application. The first trip is always cut off and it shows the second trip directly. It thereby creates difficulty in understanding the trip earning for that trip as well as earnings for the day. Please acknowledge this issue and release an update resolving the same.

Very frustrating App, I am trying to replace a car with a new one and it's been hell, the app is not allowing me to even remove the old vehicle. No contact centre to call due to Covid 19. At least there should be a 24/7 response team to attend to immediate needs. Your competitors are doing better...Sit up!

The earlier version was a lot more better than previous versions.Besides, the partner share is too high. I am requesting Uber to reduce the share percentage and also this is not a good real time driver tracker app . This app got much more worse than the earlier one.Also, you can't view where your different drivers head for. Also you can't contact for complain and app support. Last of all, this app is full of bugs and daily fixes should be done.

Confusing to find the correct app in the first place. All these apps, and they don't have a Uber Eats delivery app. It's all jumbled up with Uber Driver app, which I have no interest in driving people in my car. I deliver food only. App mixes it all up and is not clear next steps. Also customer service hours limited, so they do not have your back

Very bad app. No option available for uploading documents. Only in driver app, option is there. In that also, only by touching the documents, uploading starts. We can not see whether the document is correct or not.

The worst app and service. Sometimes you can login sometimes not. Sometimes you can see support msg sometimes not. And the payment calculation that it shows and the way it shows is the most awful that it can get. I can not believe it's a billion dollar company. Shame.

Very difficult to understand payments and cash collected. Old app was much better. I don't why you have ruined a once very good app. Neumerous bugs. Same variable shows different values in different pages. I want to know if the app works fine if i install older apk.

We can't see bank payment ,it's nolonger user friendly. Can we have the older version back. This knew one is nonsense

I've been struggling to see how much my drivers the havr made after collected cash so I should ask them every Sunday to give me a screenshot instead uber should make the way to show partners how much the driver made in cards and cash payments so that will be easy for as to pay them back

No user friendly, doesnt help with payment understanding in easy way. Earlier versions were way better. Company share on the income is high, nor the support is of any standard especially in any emergency. The CustomerCare reps are useless, they neither have any knowledge not the authority to do anything. Per kilometre price given to partners doesn't even covers the basic cost.

This latest app is unable to show driver partner Pay and Card payment,its keep on saying "Something went wrong"

App needs serious fix. Payment statement page shows error and can't check cash collection.
