I'm a big fan of the bonus gear and Smart Intel. Including stats, comparing to friends, and it launching whenever I launch a game. Literally the only downside is the slight sluggishness when transitioning within the various menus. Otherwise, stellar app! Thank you, Ubisoft, for publishing one of the best franchises in gaming history (Assassin's Creed).

Easy to use and navigate through, however some of the challenges for games are not registering. A common one that I have regularly been unable to complete is doing "3 objectives in a single incursion" on R6 Extraction. I've done 3 in ranked, wall-to-wall and both regular co-op and solo incursions, yet it still does not say I have done it, not that there's much that I want to buy with coins right now though, I hope more gets added as time goes by.

The free items for my game were amazing,best thing ever. On the other hand, as soon as I spend my balance or Ubisoft money, it takes the money and gives no reward. For example I wanted a scythe for Assassin's Creed Valhalla, I purchased it. It told me I could use it in game, I went to use it and I didn't have it. Please fix this!!!!

I will write a review as well however I am trying to find out if trackmania should be available the full game for free I just cannot tell it sounds like it should be but then when I go to try to do it it's only if the trial when I go try to download it's only the trial also 4 some reason it's hard to scroll to the bottom of certain Pages it just keeps wanting to bring me back to the top so I just want to give you a heads-up overall pretty satisfied and thank you I like the way the stats are kept

I'm going to throw my phone. Can't even load the homepage before the app force closes itself, I reinstalled, I kept trying about 40 or so times and it just won't work no matter what I do. It's extremely buggy and annoying as hell.

I enjoy this app with the Smart Intel and detailed stats. It's fun to compare stats with others in your friends list. It is a nice way to be able to give kudos to those ahead of you.

Needs improvements, has bugs and glitches as all Ubisoft products do. Idea of the app is good, app itself is garbage and needs work. Constantly freezes up and does nothing at all. And I believe it causes issues with the Ubisoft servers making it impossible to complete challenges due to server connectivity issues. Example: I tried to get something from rewards for Immortals, it said there was an error but yet it took my points and gave me no reward. Would be awesome if this app actually worked!!!

I hated the ubisoft connect update for mobile as well as PC. But after some time, it was fine. Just fine. Yeah it's heavy on low end devices, but it's fine on mine (exynos 9611, 6 gb ram). It's good that they've added the chat option in the app. But there's no option to delete the conversation. Please add that too.

Ubisoft connect is the most dumb thing I've ever had to try and deal with. Ever since connect came out I haven't been able to login into my Ubisoft account on Xbox so I can't use the stores or anything when I play games. I've reset my password four times and Everytime I open the damn app all it says is your account might be compromised (even though I still haven't even logged in yet) we recommend changing your password. Which I've done multiple times, then all it says is that there was an error.

Ubisoft appears to have updated the app, regarding Ubisoft Connect. Looks good and seems to be working better now. My only two complaints are the following: Show our achievements (PC Xbox)/trophies (Playstation) under the games we own/play. This way we can see what we've unlocked, as well as comparing our stats with our friends, co-op partners, etc. Ubisoft app used to show them so bring them back! Steam has them on theirs! Second, bring the Challenges/Rewards back (even for the older games)!

This app is good and it's cool that it has challenges. I think the rainbow six siege challengea should have more challenges. I feel like you can get done with all of them in less than 9 or less matches. Anyways the app is good though.

The app is great but ive been having lots of problems with the Division 2 i have hi speed iternet and it takes for ever to upload and open its been giving me this problem for quite a while and ive done everything by the books but the problem continues.

Love this app because I don't have to pause my game to go to ubisoft connect to check my bits, check and claim my challenges and collect my rewards. I can just do it right on my phone.

I love the app, it really gives a lot of stuff for free, for all of their games, and it gives helpful info. Ubisoft made some of my favorite games!

The app still buggy, closes, logs me out, randomly switches tabs, I don't have to touch it and after a while it can force close. Sure I can claim rewards, but I'd like to claim them without the tab randomly changing. Can't really see my stats on the games if they won't show even though I've played them.

I like using this app, but it's always lagging , freezing, and kicking me out. I hope this gets fix so that no one can experience that problem.

Screw Ubisoft! Had to download this garbage app just to download games from game pass. Reset my password cause I haven't used account in years and it keeps asking for verification codes I don't have and never received and can't resend them. Now my accounts suspended and no way to unlock it.

The app is ambitious and synchronises with console play. Cross platform support and account merging are necessary for long time fans to be invested. Pay to play should reward not punish. I am not enticed to part with my cash for u-coins!

The app is very slow and some times I can't see the messages (new) In general the pc app is half bad but this one is worst That what I think , thank you for reading

It's ok, good for checking six siege stats on the fly but it is still quite slow and laggy. Works fine though besides that.

Constantly have to login to my account. Why can't your app remember who i am? It's extremely annoying. Even when i use it daily, this keeps happening!

Brilliant app got lots of free for Assassin's creed Ghost recon wildlands it gives me free Intel on Ghost recon so it feels like in actually in the game or being a desk commander keep up the good work and keep giving our free stuff as I'm currently trying to unlock all the Splinter cell accessories for Nomad

Very useful. I can claim my challenge rewards without leaving the game on computer. Just a pocket Ubisoft Connect

App won't load. Fresh install on S21 Ultra. Crashes to home screen as soon as login finishes and daily hint/tip flashes up.

Same as on a computer: bad reception? Let's ask for credentials. Has been on flight mode? Let's ask for credentials. Service installed on two different terminals? Let's ask for credentials. Weather is a bit chilly? Hey, credentials. Weekday name ends with "-day"? Credentials ! I've activated 2FA everywhere the option was offered but on Ubisoft services, which seem to have a abysmal API backend and whose apps seem to consider that a single failure to reach the API warrants a credentials reset.

Some people are saying the app doesn't work, or it crashes, never experience that. The UI is the same as pc, so it's easy to use. Wouldn't get it if you don't already have games you play that use Ubisoft connect

Its okay. Devs finally got it working alright but I hate having to log in everytime I launch it, lust stay logged in, how hard is that? Navigation's a bit broken. Sometimes the HOME button won't work when on the GAMES tab. Then the redeeming rewards section can be problematic and just spins; thinking but never loads. Still plenty of work to do.
