UBL Digital

This is now really frustrating. I have installed the app on 3 different mobiles. It's not working on any of them. It crashes as soon you enter the login details. The problem has been unsolved since Nov. 2021. UBL does not seem to care! Below is my previous feedback. It is sad that after several weeks of new update UBL is unable to fix the bug. As soon as you go to Pay Anyone menu the app stops and exits. The app has become unusable.

I tried on both wifi and mobile data reinstalled, restart phone. The app is not functional now. Which 3rd class software house provided you their cheap services. App is now out of service. (Old)New UI update is trash. It was good to bring the dark theme but changing the whole UI to make it attractive made the most of functionality lost like.

I've downloaded the latest version of this application in 4 different devices and the results were same. The application keeps crashing again and again. I've a lot of work to do with the digital app but I'm facing such difficulty that's really devastating for me. Disappointed.

Once again, your application is high on Bad Performance. Currently, your application is pathetic in performance. By adding style doesn't means that it meet the quality. After new update its performance is too much poor. Unable to access your website also. Unbelievable, poor performance from such a big organisation. Old version was quick and easy. This was my previous experience which was good. Light and Simple aap but Mobile top-up must be user friendly like Meezan Bank app.

Very bad upgrade. My app crashes after login. I'm very disappointed and am unable to access my funds. Ubl could've done a better job by not touching the old app. Based upon the feedback from ubl team I have u installed and restarted device. Even the new installation is giving same error. I hope somebody fixes the issue as many customers are suffering because of the new upgrade.

Since i have updated, the app has stopped working, it won't log in and keeps showing the error of the rooted phone, in the previous update, it always warned about rooted phone but i was able to proceed to log in. But i can't anymore. Im facing same issue on different phones as well. Please fix it!

It's good to hear that you can varify your account using fingerprints. But you are using wrong method. See, every single phone (High or Low end) equipped with fingerprint scanner (Physical or Optical), why don't you use that fingerprint scanner. It's same as branch's physical fingerprint scanner.

The app crashes every time when I sign in. Sometimes 1 min sometimes a few seconds later, what is this? And all the options are disabled except moblie topup and billing. I cant transfer money to any one or not even to my easypasia account. Please fix it ASAP. Even the ubl degitel wont sign in when i enter the username and password. What kind of service is that?

This app is absolutely useless when I try to login it takes me back to home screen. I've had this issue since January and UBL have still not resolved the problem with this app. Same issue after update on 20/05/2022. When I entre my login details it takes me back to home screen of my phone or tablet. Very annoying and disappointing 😞

A problem arose from last month. The app doesn't open on data. Despite the Internet working, it shows that there is no Internet connectivity. One always needs a WiFi connection to open the app. Please resolve the issue. Thanks

Absolutely worst app. Couldn't activate my debit card. I entered correct OTP a million times but everytime it says. Session expired. I am wondering what UBL IT Team. UPDATE: After alot of struggle i managed to activate my card now there useless app is not accepting card details to activate registration on the app. This app is total nightmare

Worst service ever! Unable to login to the app wheneverrrrr i try. Like millionth time even. Never logins unless I lodge a complaint. Worst worst worst service ever. Kindly remove the app from playstore if you cannot work on it. I've been told to use a wifi to login, not use face detection or thumb impression. What kind of rules are these. Complaint cannot be lodged as I do not have the latest app version. From where do I update the app if it's not showing up on playstore. WUD NVR RECOMMEND!

I did as the UBL response suggested (delete, restart, redownload). Same issue: the app crashes after I sign in (I get a one time password so I know log on is ok) but app crashes. Still 1 star. It keeps crashing and does not let me sign in.

It's been a month now . This app is inaccessible . And some time it's run smoothly . It's showing again and again issue . Fix it it's doing a disturbance to me. And some other my friends whose using this app. It's already updated . But no result.. it's starts working properly 3 days ago but again same problem. I'm not understanding why this issue is not resolving ..

I am facing the problem of buffering the app all the time when i open it. Facing all the time of this issue and can't undestand why this is happening. I am just get rid of this annoying bug. After updating the new version, app is still responding in the same way. Issue is still not resolved. How pathetic this app is. Totally annoying and full of bugs.

Infinitely useful app, new features and services being added all the time. I highly recommended the UBL Digital App to anyone. Especially to those whom interested in opening an account, as with this app it will be very easy to open an bank account and then you easily do all your financial transactions through it in a very fastest and secure way.

I have been facing multiple issues after the recent update of ubl app. I am unable to open up my secondary account in the applications interface. Moreover, any transaction to/ from the secondary account is also not possible. Multiple complaints were conveyed to customer care but were of no vain. Kindly rectify the issue as it could cost the company major backlash.

Horrible experience. App isn't opening on Zong sim data. When i switched to jazz connection or wifi, its working fine. Plz fix this bug immediately. I also check another sim, another App on another mobile's Zong data .but the problem remain.

This is one of the worst app I have ever used. It crashes as soon as I put my password and doesn't give option to put OTP. The help line staff is also useless same like as their app, I have lodged complaints 4 times but hasn't been resolved yet. I am going to close my bank account from UBL and switching in to Meezan they are extraordinary service providers.

UI over UX? no thank you. Your previous app was better and FAST to save time. Edit: The developer responded and helped to fix the issue. Thank you. Although it would be good idea to let people decide motion speed on first app launch.

UPDATE. i said you need to send details how to activate these features along with junk mail you send us.I'm not asking your security features but your failure to inform customers how to avail those features and all details given in junk mails are useless if you follow them you will waste your time. No instructions and very poor guidance to activate card. No instructions on how to activate or avail all features. I can't use amy features like add payee, transfer money etc....

Very bad app. Its not been working properly since it was upgraded to new version. It takes a very long time to login but at the end it fails to login. I complained online but in vain. Very bad service UBL. Now I have to think about other options. I did so for several times as you said to uninstall, clear cashe, restart cell then install app again but not resolved the issue. The worst app I have ever used. Not expecting this from UBL. This must be settled within hours. Or re shift to previous app

I am new here, found good in first look, 16/04/2022, Found less security issue, when we are sending money to someone who is already added as a payee it doesn't need OTP again. This is very less security. I didn't seen any transaction without OTP in any bank digital app except this. 19/05/2022

I am unable to login for past 4 months now, there seems to be a problem with my profile with their IT team. I haven't got it resolved till now. Every time i have to call and explain whole story to a new agent. My complaint gets closer automatically after few days without resolution.

-1000000 stars for this rubbish app. I have 3 other banking apps . All of them open in one click. This app says you don't have internet connection. I talked to their helpline , they say app is working fine . You should watch your connection. How the hell all other apps are working without internet.. they should be ashamed.

These apps save time definitely but I'm having an issue regarding the services. I've only got the active services of mobile top-up and bill management, all the other services are inactive. I call many times on helpline and they said your complaint is registered and you'll get those active services within 2 days, 3 days or till evening etc etc. But I didn't get any active service, I cannot transfer money through this app.
